This is a highly rewarding role for a Team Leader to manage and coordinate the Outreach Service. The outreach service will target families from the DWP two-year list and New Birth lists as well as managing supervision of complex family caseloads in partnership with Children’s Centres/Family HUBS, midwifery, health teams and mental health services. The postholder will also support and manage other projects as required by Westminster/ Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea.
We are looking for someone who has project management experience including monitoring progress against objectives, managing budget as well as experience of managing staff and volunteers. Excellent I.T skills and the ability to plan, prioritise and deliver in tight timescales are essential.

Job purpose:
The External Affairs Manager will work closely with the Director and provide vital support to NACCOM and its members by:
- Ensuring the strategic planning, management and alignment of communications, policy, research, campaigns, and advocacy as part of the External Affairs function at NACCOM.
- Ensuring NACCOM’s external affairs functions feed from and into our network development work and our Community Ambassador / Research programme
- Growing and safeguarding NACCOM’s brand identity, integrity and strategic positioning across all our external channels, networks and audiences.

What's the role about?
You’ll be joining the RSPB England Education, Families and Youth team to support our regional partnerships with Girlguiding. In this role, you’ll contribute to the development and delivery of our key project outputs.
Key tasks:
- Design and deliver youth-focused nature engagement activities, including co-creating a nature and climate youth action toolkit and launching a Youth Nature Ambassador Network for members aged 10-18 to shape initiatives and lead their own projects.
- Design and deliver 'train the trainer' sessions to empower adult and young leaders in youth organisations, to embed nature and climate action into their core programming as well as driving the changes they are most passionate about.

The Senior Manager will lead the delivery of the National Theatre Collection (NTC) strategy to grow awareness and engagement with filmed theatre with Secondary and Primary schools as well as across the wider educational landscape.

We are looking for people to join our pool of freelancers, delivering our Transforming Spaces programme and helping us to deliver our ambitious project targets to ensure many more children and young people can have safe spaces to sleep, learn and play. We redecorate children's bedrooms, as well as local youth clubs and community centres which children rely on for support. The purpose of the programme is to provide children living in unsuitable accommodation with safe environments where they can sleep, learn, play, and grow.
Renovation projects are designed with support from The Childhood Trust’s pro bono interior design team at Katharine Pooley and completed in one day by a group of volunteers. There is growing demand from both communities who need our support and from volunteers who want to give their time to make a difference.
Project days can be long - sites are based across London so can mean 8am starts and finishes after 6pm.

The Felix Project is London’s largest food redistribution charity. Our vision is a London where good food is never wasted, and no one goes hungry. Purpose of the Job
To be the driving force and manager of this new operation, you will join a brand-new operation with the chance to put your stamp on it and drive it forward into the future.
Whilst having the support structure of the wider Felix Production teams and West London Depot Operations team.
You will be the manager of this site and have overall responsibility for its day to day running, it is a hands-on role with most of the working day spent in the kitchen and running the bakery unit. At the beginning of the operation, you will be the only permanent employee there, but this team will expand to add an additional junior baker once fully operational. However, there is the Depot team and the wider production team who will be supporting the day to day as well.
We are a volunteer lead operation so you will have volunteers working alongside you to support the operation.
- In mid-2025 we will open our third production faciality, Felix Bakes. A small operation designed to help us rescue more surplus food and turn it into high value baked goods
- All these goods we make will go back to our brand-new West London Depot, based in the same trading estate and then delivered to some of the 1,200 Community Organisations we support around London
- A particular focus will be on seasonal produce gluts (carrots, courgettes, potatoes), meaning we can ensure more of this produce does not go to waste and add value to the people we support across London
- It will work in partnership with our second production faciality The Felix Food Factory, which will be able to process and/or freeze some of these seasonal gluts into an easier to use format for Felix Bakes
- We are launching this operation in partnership with Deliveroo, who have gifted us the use of this space.

Duties and Accountabilities

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Community Outreach Manager to manage and expand our outreach efforts. The Community Outreach Manager will be responsible for leading a team to deliver Betknowmore UK's Community Outreach services, engaging with local communities, and supporting individuals impacted by gambling harms.

Finance Manager
Advocacy After Fatal Domestic Abuse (AAFDA) was founded by Frank Mullane in memory of his sister Julia Pemberton and her son Will who were both killed by her ex-partner in 2003.
Each year, around 150 families lose a loved one to domestic homicide. The actual number of suicides as a result of domestic abuse remains unknown. AAFDA’s prime function is to provide families in England and Wales with specialist peer support and expert and specialist advocacy for the range of statutory reviews that will take place after domestic homicide.
As a growing charity, AAFDA is looking for an exceptional candidate to join our supportive team and lead our finance and resource management functions. The role will provide and manage the HR, administration and finance activities of the charity and sit within the Senior Leadership Team.

ROLE OVERVIEW
AAFDA (Advocacy After Fatal Domestic Abuse) is a growing Charity and to meet the demands of this growth, we are looking for a full time Finance and Resources Manager to join our team.
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
To work with the Board, CEO and Deputy CEO to ensure efficient and effective financial management, including setting and monitoring budgets, producing financial reports, and overseeing day to day financial management, including payroll and bookkeeping via Quickbooks, and providing advice and guidance, to inform the development and delivery of AAFDA’s strategy and business plan.
To work with the CEO and Deputy CEO to ensure that AAFDA meets its funder obligations, including reporting on time, gathering data from across the team and compiling reports for CEO/Deputy CEO sign off.
To work with Trustees and staff to ensure AAFDA fulfils its legal and regulatory requirements, including; coordinating the implementation of health and safety, GDPR and other policies and procedures; leading on human resources support; and overseeing office management and IT. Note that specialist HR advice and support and IT are provided to AAFDA by external contractors.
The role provides and manages the HR, administration and finance activities of the Charity and sits within the Senior Leadership Team.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
· Ensuring the day-to-day financial and accounting operations (Quickbooks) are delivered and maintained.
· Administering and managing Payroll, expenses, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, managing the bank including reconciliations and other financial management.
· Managing AAFDA’s budget planning, monitoring and review and year-end accounts processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Finance:
· In conjunction with the Leadership team, undertake regular finance operational duties including;
- Preparation and setting of a three-year outline budget to accompany AAFDA’s three-year strategy.
- Preparation and setting of the annual budget.
- quarterly reviews – including cashflow and operational re-forecasts.
- Monthly management accounts and variance analysis.
· Prepare quarterly finance reports for the Board, including variance analysis, re-forecasts and ad-hoc reports, as necessary.
· Assist the third-party accountant with the preparation of year-end accounts.
· Manage and operate the internal finance and accounting systems and databases.
· Oversee delivery of payroll, through the use of third-party providers software and using the staff time management recording system.
