As a Mobile Caretaker, you will play a vital role in ensuring our supported accommodation across London remains safe, well maintained and ready for the people who call it home. The quality of our buildings directly shapes the experience of our clients - and your work will make that difference visible every day.
Working across multiple sites, you’ll deliver responsive repairs, carry out minor maintenance and prepare void rooms to a high standard so they can be re-let quickly and safely. By identifying issues early and responding proactively, you’ll help reduce risk, minimise disruption and support services to run smoothly. Your contribution will protect our properties, support frontline colleagues and most importantly, create stable environments where clients can focus on rebuilding their lives. Day to day, this includes carrying out practical repairs such as painting and decorating, minor carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling and other general maintenance tasks to keep accommodation safe and in good condition.
You’ll be part of a growing Maintenance Team that works collaboratively, shares knowledge and takes pride in high standards. Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient and compliant delivery of the College’s operational services, including estates and facilities, transport, health and safety, sustainability and contracted services.
Role Responsibilities:
Estates and Facilities management
- Manage and monitor contracts for building and grounds maintenance, cleaning, hygiene, waste management and energy supply, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and agreed service levels.
- Lead procurement processes for operational contracts, including tendering, evaluation, renewal and performance monitoring, ensuring value for money and strong contractor relationships.
- Develop and maintain a rolling programme of planned and reactive maintenance, site inspections and condition surveys to ensure the estate is safe, accessible and fit for purpose.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory and statutory requirements relating to property and facilities.
Transport
- Manage the College’s transport fleet in line with Community Transport Association requirements.
- Ensure all vehicles are legally compliant, well maintained and efficiently utilised.
- Ensure drivers are appropriately authorised, trained and compliant with statutory and College requirements.
Health and Safety
- Act as the operational lead for health and safety across the College.
- Maintain and regularly review health and safety policies, procedures, risk assessments and compliance documentation.
- Work collaboratively with the Health and Safety Coordinator to deliver training, guidance and support to staff.
- Ensure statutory inspections and testing (including fire safety, water quality and electrical safety) are completed and recorded.
Sustainability
- Monitor energy consumption and implement initiatives to reduce usage and improve environmental sustainability.
- Ensure waste management and disposal processes meet environmental legislation and promote recycling and responsible resource use.
Leadership
- Line manage the operations team, including estates, transport and health and safety staff.
- Develop and implement effective operational procedures to support the smooth day‑to‑day running of the College.
- Manage operational budgets and contribute to financial planning and cost control.
- Contribute to College-wide planning and improvement initiatives through collaborative working with senior leaders and managers.

A new role, the Finance Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the charity's day-to-day finances, contracts and risk management. As a member of the senior leadership team, they will support the CEO with strategic planning. A key part of the role will include financial planning and administrative support for the charity’s fundraising efforts as part of a £6.5m conservation and renovation programme. They will lead the preparation for, and presentations at the charity’s Board and related finance committees.
The postholder will ensure that the charity’s budget and out turn are closely monitored and that established financial controls, spanning the procurement to payments cycle, are firmly adhered to. They will lead budget setting, forecasting, and financial reporting (including management of the external audit and production of the annual report and accounts) and will support wider work programme-planning for the charity, setting the foundations for financial success and sustainability. In addition, the postholder will act as the central finance liaison with the Inns of Court of Inner and Middle Temple – TCT’s principal funders – as well as with other stakeholders, donors and cross-departmentally.
Candidates should meet the following essential criteria:
CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified accountant
Experience in a senior/ management financial position in a charity/ not for profit
Experience of managing cash and investments.
Effective communications skills both written and oral
Excellent IT skills including MS Office and Finance Systems

The Role of Diocesan Housing Surveyor
We are looking for someone who can work alongside the Diocesan Property Manager, and Property Officer, to assist in the management of the Clergy Housing stock comprising of 160 houses across Coventry and Warwickshire.
The main responsibilities of the of Diocesan Housing Surveyor
are:
- Inspect Clergy houses and assess repairs and improvements necessary in compliance with Coventry Diocese Clergy Housing Standards.
- Implement the recommendations of the property reports.
- Arrange property inspections and implement the required works with the agreement of the Property Manager.
- Arrange stock condition surveys.
- Address reactive repairs and ensure works are undertaken and completed in accordance with the Housing Standards.

· Driving Licence with access to own car

Role Purpose
Oversee a blended model of in-house direct labour teams and external supply chain partners, lead and empower your teams to successfully deliver effective building, mechanical, electrical and regulated compliance related works and services across the organisation's property portfolio to ensure our homes are safe and well maintained. Delivering against challenging KPI's, ensure continuous improvement and customer safety across gas, fire, water, electrical, lifts, M&E and asbestos.
Working with the Property Services Director and Assistant Directors to shape and implement the Property Compliance Delivery strategies to deliver effective building/property regulatory compliance in line with statutory, regulatory and policy requirements. Instrumental in leading change and embedding a positive, enthusiastic, and empowered culture that enables colleagues to deliver good performance and great customer service.
Lead on new ways of working including the use of modern digital solutions to make our business more effective, agile, and responsive, requiring a forward and outward looking approach as well as an open mind and applying Lean principles in decision making.
Key Accountabilities
- Shape and contribute to the organisation's long-term compliance strategy, ensuring alignment with national housing policy and emerging legislation.
- Lead on the effective management of statutory compliance, ensuring all regulatory and legislative responsibilities for gas, electrical, asbestos, fire safety, legionella, water, and lifts are delivered.
- Oversee the delivery of regulatory repairs within the required timelines such as Damp, Mould and Condensation, Disrepair cases, and HHSRS related complex repairs, oversee escalated complaints that require additional attention to de-escalate and resolve.
- Responsibility for preparing and presenting detailed assurance, risk and performance reports to the senior leadership teams and relevant committees / boards.
- Ensure services delivered have customers at the heart of decision making, proving excellent customer service which prioritises keeping them safe.

In order to make the most of the opportunity our redeveloped hall and rooms provide we are seeking to appoint a Venue Manager. We are looking for a personable and energetic individual, with experience in marketing and business development, to help us realise our vision, which puts All Saints Hall back at the heart of community life, both in all that we seek to do in service of the community – especially young people, children, families and those who are marginalised – and as a flexible and attractive space to hire for conferences and classes, parties, weddings and more.
Whilst the Venue Manager’s focus will, primarily, be on the Hall and its site, it is important that the individual integrates well into the wider staff team. It is also important that our new facilities are seen as one (albeit important) part of the greater whole. The Venue Manager will work closely with the Parish Manager and also our Property Manager, who will be a great resource for the successful candidate, knowing the building inside out.
It will be key for the person who is appointed to this role to understand the importance of mixed usage, for church and community, for outreach and for hires, and the successful candidate will be someone who sees this crucial mix as an opportunity and not a burden. Those already exploring using the Hall, for a range of different activities, are telling us that this is a great selling point, to have beautiful contemporary space, which has been invested in both for hire and for community work.
We very much hope that All Saints’ Hall becomes a busy hub, and it is envisaged that the Venue Manager will build relationships with suppliers, cleaning and security contractors and other assistance (including opening and closing) for times and events where that is appropriate.
Recognising that the role requires flexibility and a range of skills, we would be prepared to explore the possibility of a job share for the right candidates.

Business Development
- Growing and developing relationships with both event and longer-term hirers.
- Networking in the local community to raise the profile of the venue.
- Building relationships with approved caterers and other event conduits.
- Working with other staff to build meaningful community partnerships relating to venue usage and hire, to further All Saints Church’s mission and ministry.
- Communicate and liaise with the Hall Marketing and Operations Committee, making best use of members’ experience and expertise.
Venue Hire
- Managing the tensions of seeking to ensure the venue is used for social action and outreach, community use and event hires.
- Increasing income for usage and hire wherever possible.
- Maximising usage of the whole building (main hall, meeting rooms and gallery).
- Being creative in attracting long-term hirers.
- Being entrepreneurial in working with those planning events to facilitate a good quality experience.
- Managing invoicing.
Building Management
- Ensuring that the venue complies with all health and safety regulations, policies and procedures.
- Being responsible for risk assessments for use of the venue and for events taking place.

The Role
