About the role
As Landlord Liaison Coach, you will join our team in Birmingham at an exciting time, delivering an outstanding property procurement service across the private and social rented sector. Working alongside our team of lead worker coaches you will identify appropriate matches of tenants and homes. In addition, you will be managing your own caseload of homeless members and providing advice, guidance and advocacy. It’s a role requiring commercial acumen and creativity as you partner with both social and private landlords to source accommodation for our members. You will work collaboratively with partners and staff across the organisation to ensure tenants receive the support they need to sustain their homes and landlord relationships are nurtured. There is scope for development of the role and plenty of support. It’s a fantastic opportunity to make the role your own and shape it from the beginning.

Fire Risk Assessor
We are seeking an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to deliver high quality fire safety assessments and help protect residents across a large housing portfolio.
Position: Fire Risk Assessor
Salary: £51,000 to £60,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications plus £1,300 car allowance
Location: Stratford, London with travel across the South region including South West London
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: Hybrid working with a mix of site, office and home working

About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and driven PR Manager who can lead the delivery of impactful, insight-led communications that raise the profile and reputation of the RAF Benevolent Fund. You will bring strong experience in developing and executing multi-channel PR campaigns, building media relationships, and delivering compelling storytelling that demonstrates real impact. Confident operating at both a strategic and operational level, you will work collaboratively across teams to align PR activity with fundraising, welfare, and organisational priorities, while managing reactive media, reputation, and crisis communications with sound judgement. With experience of reporting on performance and leading others, you will play a key role in strengthening our brand, driving engagement, and ensuring consistent, high-quality communications across all channels.
