Project Consultant, Executive Search
Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in our Holborn office
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum

We are looking for a Project Consultant to join our Executive Search Team, supporting the appointment of high-profile Chief Executive, Director-level and Board appointments across the sector. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, consultative environment where you will play a pivotal role in identifying and appointing exceptional leaders that drive meaningful change in organisations and society.
As a key member of our Executive Search team, you will support a Principal Consultant to build strong relationships with candidates and clients whilst also delivering research support to source outstanding potential applicants.

Chief Executive Officer
£60-65,000 per annum

Our client are an ambitious charity providing essential services within their community, and this is an exciting time to join the organisation as their new Chief Executive. The scope of their work and demand for their services has grown considerably, answering the needs they have seen within their community.
After recently merging local branches, the new CEO will play a vital role in supporting staff and shaping the future, providing vision and strategic direction for the charity.
Working closely with the Board, you’ll be leading the development of the charity's services in line with need whilst also increasing their profile, acting as an ambassador for the organisation and cultivating positive relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure the profile and impact of the charity and its services. Effectively engaging staff, volunteers and external stakeholders, while continuing to secure new funding streams will be key to your success. - Proven senior leadership experience and a passion for leading and enabling teams to thrive and develop.
- Experience of running and improving high-quality, value and volume client-facing services at a senior level in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Excellent financial and business acumen with a track record of successful business development, income generation and income diversification.
- Comprehensive strategic business planning experience and ability to deliver on key targets both strategically and operationally.
- Strong relationship-building, networking and influencing of external stakeholders.

They work with organisations who are tackling entrenched social issues such as poverty, homelessness, social isolation and unemployment.
The Portfolio Manager is responsible for developing and managing client lending relationships through relationship management, credit management, and business development. We are looking for an excellent communicator with a commitment to social impact investing and supporting social enterprises. You will have a proven capacity to review and understand lending legal documentation, from a commercial and pragmatic perspective. You will also demonstrate a high level of comfort with financial modelling and able to apply this to understand property valuations, yield analyses and other information.
This role is part time, working three days per week, and will ideally be based in the London office for 2 days per week. As is typical within the social investment sector, this role does not include a bonus.

This role leads the planning, delivery and evaluation of the organisation's Information Programmes which through the design and promotion of effective digital tools support the improvement of people’s financial security. Aligning the delivery and development of information services through partners, integrated programmes and the charity's established channels you will lead on implementing the strategic vision of this vital work to be digital first, while ensuring that anyone who needs support can find it at the right time and in a way that meets their needs.
An ambassador and conduit for many different areas and partners, you will continue to drive continual improvement of the information offering, from a user experience perspective. The successful candidate will have experience of bringing together digital and user perspectives with a goal to make products easily accessible, useable and effective for clients at all levels of technical ability.
Experience of leading on user experience within a digital environment is key, and an understanding of the charity sector and the multiple audiences that are likely to use products is important. You will also hold the following:
• Experience of developing, and managing outcomes focused information programmes across digital and non-digital channels that deliver real change and benefits for large audiences of users
• Experience of developing and managing tenders for outsourcing large scale technology-driven services, creating targets and OKR’s and managing their delivering at a senior level
• Working knowledge and experience of content management systems, customer relationship management (CRM), multi-channelled operations and relevant digital information systems
• Experience of leading on cross sector partnerships
• Experience of product delivery through co-production
• Experience of managing an expenditure budget of £1.5m
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and concisely in easily readable materials and reports

Chief Executive
Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week working from the office/ across Manchester.
Salary: up to £75,000 full time equivalent.
They are now looking for a new Chief Executive to build on the great work of their retiring, long-term CEO, to lead the charity into its next phase of development. This will include leading an organisational review, ensuring they have the right structures in place that support staff to continue to provide exceptional quality services, as well as a crucial voice for those they work with.

We are pleased to be working with a charity that empowers young people, in their search for a temporary Executive Assistant to support their senior leadership team.
This role is starting as soon as possible, and running for 3-6 weeks in the first instance, however it might go permanent for the ideal candidate. This is a full time role, 37.5 hours per week. You will be required on site twice a week (Tuesday and Wednesday), and the remainder remote.
