They proactively engage diverse stakeholder groups, build strong relationships, and relaunch the volunteer engagement programme to deepen in-person connections with patients. With excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for the cause, they manage a supporter relations and engagement officer and work collaboratively across the Moorfields family to maximise impact and cross-working opportunities.

The selected candidate will have significant experience of working with supporters and donors and will have a thorough detailed knowledge of the voluntary sector. JOB TITLE: DIRECTOR OF INCOME GENERATION

Today, more than 100 years on from the charity’s launch, the organisation works in approximately 22 low-income countries to improve the welfare of working animals, including horses, donkeys, mules, water buffalo, oxen and camels. The charity's mission is to transform the welfare of working animals in low-income countries.

The Director of Income Generation is part of the organisation's Senior Leadership Team leading, motivating and inspiring the organisation in line with their strategy, agreed values and behaviours. They are responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive Income Generation Strategy that ensures long-term sustainability and financial growth. This role oversees all the charity's new and potential income streams including individual donors, major donors, legacy donors, trust and foundation grant makers, corporate partners, institutional donors and commercial / earned income. Working closely with teams across multiple countries, the post holder will ensure that their revenue generation activities resonate with diverse audiences and stakeholders around the world.

They are looking for a candidate who has demonstrable senior-level experience leading successful, large-scale (six figure +) income generation programmes in an international, non-profit context. They are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of a range of fundraising channels including at least four of the following: individual donors, major donors, legacy donors, trust and foundation grant makers, corporate partners, institutional grants and commercial / earned income. The supporter relations and engagement officer supports the supporter relations and engagement manager in delivering the charity's strategy, helping to drive all aspects of supporter relations, engagement, and stewardship to strengthen relationships with stakeholders. With strong interpersonal skills and a passion for the cause, they provide expert supporter care and line-manage two fundraising assistants to ensure stakeholder communications are timely, impactful, and engaging.

You will have proven events planning or management experience and will have previously worked in a charity or marketing/ membership organisation. You do not need line management experience for this role.

This Management Accountant role is available on a permanent contract and full-time basis. The salary band is £45,000-£50,000 and has hybrid working arrangements after probationary period. The charity’s head office is based in East London.

The Management Accountant will work closely with the senior management team and play a key role monitoring financial performance ensuring it is aligned with organisational objectives.

You will be responsible for managing financial processes, budgeting, forecasting, provide financial insights that will aid projects, monitor operational costs, improve financial controls and procedures and lead on creation of monthly management packs for senior leadership. You will also build and maintain professional relationships with senior managers, budget holders, and Head of Departments and be on hand to provide financial advice and assistance.

You will be a qualified accountant (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA) and have proven experience as a management accountant or in a similar finance role. You will have a strong understanding of budget management, financial controls and forecasting. You will have strong IT literacy, with experience using Microsoft Excel and Sage 200.

You will be detail orientated and have high levels of numerical accuracy. You will also have strong levels of organisation and time management skills.

Desirably, you will have experience working within a finance role within a healthcare, social care or a similar regulated organisation.

IT SUPPORT OFFICER (PERMANENT)

Working within a small and friendly team, you’ll provide day-to-day IT support and play an active role in delivering system improvements and onboarding new colleagues. You'll also support major digital projects, including the rollout of new systems for CRM, HR, and learning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver first and second line IT support to staff and volunteers across the organisation.
• Support onboarding, including setting up devices, access, inductions and user permissions.
• Provide clear, non-technical guidance and training to users with varying levels of IT confidence.
• Help maintain systems including Microsoft 365, Teams telephony, Intune, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows servers.
• Take part in system maintenance including patch management and service updates.
• Support wider infrastructure such as printers, cabling, meeting room tech, and shared hardware.
• Assist in the implementation of key digital systems (CRM, ATS, HR, LMS) and future rollouts.
• Contribute to disaster recovery testing and ensure documentation is kept up to date.

ABOUT YOU

• Experience providing IT support across software, hardware, and telephony.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, Windows operating systems, and core infrastructure such as DNS, DHCP, and Intune.

The organisation is a leading local conservation charity dedicated to protecting and restoring nature, inspiring people to connect with wildlife, and tackling the climate and biodiversity crises. The charity manages nature reserves, delivers habitat restoration projects, and advocates for wildlife across counties.
 
This Senior Finance Officer role is available on a permanent contract and full-time basis. The salary banding for this role is between £35,000-£38,500, dependent on level of experience. This is also a hybrid role where they would like the postholder to attend the Leicestershire office 3 days a week.
 
The charity are looking for a self-motivated and communicative finance professional to support with ensuring smooth running of financial operations and support with decision making. You will also ensure to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant charity, financial, and tax regulations.
 
You will prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports for senior management and trustees. You will monitor budgets and forecasts, process invoices, expenditure, and bank reconciliations. You will manage and maintain the Trust’s finance system (Sage). You will look to continuously evolve financial processes and procedures. You will also support with the administration of restricted funds, grants, and project budgets, including reporting to funders.
 
To be successful in this role, you will be AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA, or equivalent finance qualification. You will have experience in a similar finance role, ideally in the charity or non-profit sector. You will have a strong working knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Sage, Xero, or similar packages). You will also have demonstrable experience using Microsoft Excel and excellent attention to detail.
 
You will have an understanding of charity finance, in particular restricted and unrestricted funding. You will be a strong communicator, who can work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and present financial information in a clear manner.
 
Desirably, you will have experience supporting financial reporting for externally funded projects (e.g. National Lottery Heritage Fund). You will also have knowledge of SORP and charity accounting standards.
