We’re looking for a Data Quality Analyst to strengthen the accuracy, integrity, and usefulness of financial and operational data across the organisation. What you’ll do
You’ll develop and maintain finance data policies, ensuring alignment with audit standards, financial controls, and regulatory requirements. You’ll monitor and audit data quality across systems, identifying issues and implementing improvements that protect accuracy and compliance.
Working closely with colleagues across Finance, Operations, and Strategic Partnerships, you’ll gather and document reporting requirements, validate data needs, and ensure our financial reporting is robust, relevant, and timely. You’ll analyse income, expenditure, and allocation datasets to support forecasting, modelling, and fund distribution decisions.
You’ll build dashboards and visual tools (e.g., Power BI) that connect financial data to programme performance and service impact. You’ll produce clear, actionable insights for technical and non‑technical audiences, supporting senior leadership, trustees, funders, and auditors.
You’ll also contribute to developing financial KPIs, social impact metrics, and monitoring frameworks that help us understand the cost and value of our services — from average cost per outcome to cost avoidance and programme effectiveness.
What you’ll bring
You’ll have experience in data analysis with a strong financial or funding component, ideally within a charity, social enterprise, or public sector environment. You’ll be confident using Excel and Power BI,with a solid understanding of data governance, quality standards, and GDPR.
You’ll understand financial reporting, budgeting, cost allocation, and forecasting, and you’ll be comfortable working with funder requirements and audit processes. You’ll have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insight.

In April 2021 we launched the GM Navigators project to support young people impacted by youth violence. In response to feedback from parents and carers, the PACS project was set up in 2023 to assist Parents and Carers identifying their child as ‘at risk’. Since this the service has gone from strength to strength with Parents and Carers engaging from all 10 GM boroughs. We have securing funding to continue this project until 2027 with potential for further extensions.
Oasis is recruiting a PAC Support Worker to be part of the PAC Project.
As a PAC Support Worker you will;
· Support parent and carers that identify their child is “at risk” offering them advice and guidance, practical support and linking them in with services/groups that will provide them with a sustainable support network.
· Help parents and carers to develop projects to raise awareness of the issues they are facing, offering peer support and influence policy and system change.
· Be trained in Non-Violent Resistance (NVR) and other parenting approaches to support parents and carers to respond to their children’s needs, de-escalate situations and maintain good relationships within their home.
· Delivering our ‘Encounter’ Parenting Training (based on the principles of NVR) online and in-person to groups of parents and host online and in-person support groups for parents and carers.
· Be integral to the shaping and development of the PAC project utilizing the feedback of those you are working with to ensure the project is impactful and meeting parent’s and carers needs as a priority.
- Empower Parents and Carers that want to set up groups or run campaigns to raise awareness of issues they are facing. Managing resources to support them to turn their ambitions into reality.

Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator
One Can Trust, High Wycombe Part-time | 17 hours per week Salary: £13,600 per annum (£28,000 FTE)
Help keep our food bank running and support people facing food insecurity across South Bucks
One Can Trust is a thriving local charity supporting individuals and families experiencing hardship across South Bucks. Alongside our food bank, we run a clothes bank, toddler groups and a community café. With a dedicated team of 11 staff and over 400 volunteers, we currently support around 360 people each week.
We are looking for a practical, organised and community-minded Warehouse Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day running of our warehouse operation. This is a hands-on role that combines stock management, volunteer supervision, health and safety responsibilities and general warehouse administration.

About the role
As Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the food bank warehouse. Working closely with volunteers and colleagues, you will oversee stock control, donations processing, warehouse organisation and compliance with food safety and health and safety standards.
This role is ideal for someone with warehouse or stockroom management experience who is happy to be actively involved in the physical day-to-day operation.
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Location: One Can Trust, 11b Duke Street, High Wycombe, HP13 6EE
Hours: 17 hours per week (Monday to Friday, ideally 8.30am to 11.30am), plus approximately two flexible hours per week as required for food collections and operational needs.
A full driving licence is essential, along with a willingness to drive the charity's van.
Key responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Receive, inspect and record food donations from suppliers, businesses, community groups and members of the public.
- Organise and rotate stock to ensure food is stored safely and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure adequate stock levels are available for food parcel preparation.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.
- Report shortages, surpluses or operational issues to the Operations Manager.
Volunteer Coordination
- Supervise and support warehouse volunteers during daily operations.
- Provide clear guidance and ensure volunteers follow warehouse procedures.
- Work closely with the Volunteer Coordinator to ensure sufficient volunteer cover.
Food Stock Management
- Carry out and review weekly stock checks.
- Identify low stock levels and report requirements to the Operations Manager.
- Liaise with the Finance and Procurement Coordinator regarding purchases.
- Oversee the collection of surplus fruit and vegetables, including undertaking collections when volunteer support is unavailable.
Health & Safety
- Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture within the warehouse.
- Carry out routine checks, including temperature monitoring and environmental checks.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, manual handling and warehouse procedures.
- Act as Deputy Fire Warden.
- Work with external contractors, including pest control and PAT testing providers.
- Escalate concerns and support the implementation of health and safety improvements.
Facilities and Vehicle Management
- Support the upkeep, security and maintenance of the warehouse building.
- Ensure the charity van remains roadworthy, legally compliant and well maintained.
- Liaise with waste management providers and other service contractors.

Every year, thousands of people in the UK face court alone. Often through no choice of their own, people must represent themselves at a moment that could have life-changing outcomes. This includes loss of access to children or homelessness. At the same time, people facing court alone may find themselves up against a party with legal representation. They are instantly at a disadvantage and overwhelmed by the enormity of the challenges they are up against. We supported unrepresented litigants in the civil and family courts in England and Wales over 45,000 times last year.
We provide a safe space with volunteers who listen to each client’s individual story. Last year, over 1000 volunteers helped people to get their thoughts in order, problem-solve and decide next steps, source relevant and reliable legal information, explain complex procedures, complete court forms, and clearly present statements.
At a time when legal support is increasingly limited, we have a vision that no one should have to face court alone.
The role
Support Through Court is establishing a legal advice clinic for money claim matters under £10,000, for a one-year pilot. Advice will be given to clients across the national service network who have been internally triaged to the clinic.
The role involves day-to day management of the clinic and supervising law students as they facilitate client appointments, conduct research and draft letters of advice. Clients will predominantly be supported remotely with occasional in-person appointments and advice “drop-ins” in the local area. You will train and supervise students to help them gain practical legal skills in a clinic setting, having final sign-off of completed letters of advice/oral advice to ensure clients receive an excellent service.
You will embed the legal advice offering of the clinic into the organisation, increasing and developing referrals from our national service network and supporting staff understanding of referral ability.

We are launching a pioneering initiative across Berkshire and North Hampshire to identify, prevent, and reduce the devastating impacts of gambling harms.

We’re looking for a Service Manager to join our team on a 8-month maternity cover contract.
The role
The Service Manager will be based in the service department, and you’ll be supported by the Head of Service Delivery.
You’ll be working with our university partner, Cardiff University, to recruit, train and supervise a high number of law students to deliver a high-quality service to our Cardiff clients. You'll also be supporting our current long-standing local volunteers, as well as continuing to recruit more local volunteers. You'll pomote the service locally to ensure that our service is accessible and well used.
