On behalf of the UK Anti-Corruption Coalition, Transparency International UK is looking for a Senior Coalition Engagement and Communications Coordinator.
This is an exciting opportunity to support one of the UK’s leading civil society coalitions working to strengthen the UK’s response to corruption and illicit finance. With major opportunities ahead, including the Illicit Finance Summit and the UK’s upcoming G20 presidency, the coalition is well placed to influence the next phase of the UK’s anti-corruption agenda.
In this role, you will help coordinate and deliver the work of the coalition and its working groups, supporting collaboration across member organisations and helping drive progress on coalition priorities. You will engage regularly with coalition members, organise meetings and convenings, and contribute to the development of coalition outputs such as briefings, consultation responses and joint letters to policymakers.
You will also play a key role in the coalition’s communications, leading the coordination of messaging across member organisations and helping ensure the coalition’s voice is clear and impactful. This includes drafting press releases, statements and opinion pieces, supporting media engagement, managing the coalition’s digital channels, and identifying opportunities to amplify coalition and member priorities in the media and public debate. Working closely with member organisations’ communications teams, you will help ensure coalition communications are timely, coordinated and strategic.
The Coalition Engagement and Communications Coordinator will report to the Senior Coalition Manager and work within the UKACC Secretariat, supporting collaboration across coalition member organisations and stakeholders.
Main responsibilities – What will I be doing?
Coordinating coalition meetings, working groups and follow-up actions to support the effective functioning of the UK Anti-Corruption Coalition.
Engaging with coalition members and external stakeholders, including civil society partners, government departments and parliamentary offices.
Contributing to the preparation of coalition outputs such as briefings, consultation responses and other advocacy materials.
Coordinating coalition communications and working with member organisations’ communications teams to develop aligned messaging and joint outputs.
Managing the coalition’s website and social media channels and drafting communications materials, including statements and press content linked to coalition priorities.
Supporting the planning and delivery of coalition events, convenings and stakeholder engagements.

We are looking for an experienced Community Partners Engagement Project Manager with an impressive track record of co-ordinating and delivering high quality community organisation engagement work in partnership with statutory stakeholders. Key tasks and responsibilities:
To provide leadership and day‑to‑day management for the Change4Life Neighbourhood Projects. These place‑based annual initiatives focus identifying and overcoming barriers to on promoting healthy eating and physical activity in four priority wards, selected based on National Child Measurement Programme data and levels of deprivation where children are most at risk of poor health outcomes.
As the Community Partners Engagement Project Manager, you will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of the Neighbourhood Projects, working closely with – and line‑managing – the Community Partners Engagement Coordinator. You will share strategic oversight with the Change4Life Programme Manager and Change4Life Service Manager and play a key role in shaping high‑quality, outcome‑focused interventions that deliver positive, measurable changes for children, young people and their families. This role directly contributes to Family Action’s strategic ambition to ensure the organisation is Stronger than Ever.
Central to your work will be mobilising and supporting local partners within each ward to co‑design and co‑deliver initiatives that address the real, locally identified barriers to healthy eating and physical activity. You will build on existing community strengths, ensuring that projects reflect local needs and amplify community voices.
You will work collaboratively with delivery partners, wider community organisations, and local councils, engaging relevant council teams when required. By developing strong, productive relationships, you will help create a local movement that brings together residents, services, and organisations to make it easier for children, young people and their families to eat well and stay active.
The post holder will demonstrate a strong commitment to national and local public health priorities.
Your skills
You will bring your knowledge and experience of project management to co-ordinate and deliver co-produced neighbourhood project plans in partnership with key local stakeholders. The post requires an ability to co-ordinate and manage the Change4Life neighbourhood projects in close partnership with Public Health and Local Authority partners. The ability to think outside of the box, work in a creative and dynamic environment, excellent partnership skills with statutory and voluntary organisations are key. Strong staff management skills, excellent report writing and data analysis skills are required for this role and a thorough understanding of quality assurance and safeguarding frameworks and practice.

As Senior Project Manager, you will lead our Artworks and Placemaking programmes. These programmes work with local communities to care for, protect, and improve places along the National Cycle Network (NCN) through artwork and placemaking.
You will lead the expansion of the Artworks and Placemaking programme from Scotland into England. This includes setting up new projects, supporting delivery partners, and making sure funder requirements are met.

This role plays an important part in shaping how ARUK invests in marketing. By bringing together marketing campaign performance, audience insight and financial data, the role helps the organisation understand what is driving engagement, income and long-term supporter growth — and where future marketing investment should be focused. About the Role
The Legal Project Officer coordinates two projects which sit at the heart of ILPA’s legal policy and strategic legal coordination work.
The Legal Project Officer will work closely with the Legal Team (Legal Director and Legal Officer) to run ILPA’s Working Groups and with the Director of Strategic Litigation and Advice in a key role to coordinate strategic legal advice and litigation. The Legal Project Officer also works closely with the rest of the ILPA Secretariat, including the Chief Executive, Content and Digital Channels Manager, Training Manager, and with Trustees, ILPA and SLAC members, the SLAC Steering Committee and convenors of ILPA’s Working Groups.
You will support the organisation and running of ILPA’s thematic Working Groups, which provide a valuable forum for ILPA members to share best practice and discuss issues of current importance, assisting with agenda-setting, presenting updates, following-up on action points, answering queries, and preparing meeting summaries. The overall aim of these activities is to improve immigration, asylum and nationality law, policy and practice.
You will work with the Director of Strategic Litigation and Advice to develop partnerships with NGOs and legal professionals around the UK and to coordinate all Strategic Legal Advice Committee (SLAC) meetings. These meetings will be held online, across the UK. Each SLAC group will hold four meetings per year as well as emergency meetings where necessary. You will be responsible for the minute taking of all SLAC meetings. You will work with the Director of Strategic Litigation and Advice to set member-led meeting agendas, identify member training needs, facilitate training, update the SLAC website, and feed in to monitoring and evaluation of the project. You will be responsible for coordinating SLAC Steering Committee meetings.
About you
The position would suit a self-motivated individual who is passionate about the sector and is looking to further their career in the immigration world, through coordinating and organising these two projects at ILPA.
You may be keen to be working at the heart of the systemic changes following Brexit, recent significant legislation, including the Nationality and Borders Act 2022, Illegal Migration Act 2023, Safety of Rwanda (Asylum and Immigration) Act 2024, Border Security, Asylum and Immigration Act 2025, and government initiatives to “reduce net migration” such as the increased Minimum Income Requirement for family visas, the suspension of the refugee family reunion route, and earned settlement and family returns proposals.
You will have an interest in strategic litigation and how it can be used to protect and promote the rights of those discriminated against on the basis of their migration status. You will be passionate about being involved in the coordination of a unique and exciting project that brings the third and legal sectors together in developing strategic litigation.
Given the complexity of immigration, asylum and nationality law, we do not expect applicants to have expertise in every area, but an understanding of the law and excellent critical analysis skills are key. Any successful applicant will be able to attend ILPA training to further their knowledge.
Main responsibilities
To liaise, work with, and gather evidence from ILPA and SLAC members to support advocacy and knowledge-sharing in the sector;
To coordinate and contribute to internal and external meetings;
To coordinate ILPA’s thematic working groups and SLAC meetings, including by attending evening meetings, agenda-setting, participating, drafting minutes/meeting summaries, and working with the Secretariat, ILPA’s thematic Working Group co-convenors, and SLAC’s Steering Committees to take forward agreed actions;
To handle queries relevant to ILPA’s thematic Working Groups and SLAC sent by members and others where appropriate, such as by forwarding these on to relevant individuals and drafting responses;
To manage SLAC’s Steering Committees;
To monitor, organise, and disseminate information, communications, and updates, which will often relate to law, policy, and litigation relevant to SLAC and ILPA’s thematic Working Groups
To assist with facilitating SLAC training events, and feed into the monitoring and evaluation.
Person Specification
Essential knowledge, experience, skills, and qualities:
A law degree, postgraduate qualification in law, or other relevant qualification in law;
Experience of working in or with immigration, asylum and nationality law in the UK, such as in a caseworker or paralegal role;
Experience of building and managing effective professional relationships with a range of people, with demonstrable ability to communicate effectively in challenging situations;
Relevant legal knowledge, skills and judgment, including:
an ability to navigate and understand the Immigration Rules and Government guidance,

The Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association (ILPA) is a charity and a professional association the majority of whose members are barristers, solicitors, advocates and IAA (previously OISC) regulated advisers practising in all aspects of immigration, asylum and nationality law.
