Job description

Do you want to help keep a busy dog-loving workplace running smoothly?
We’re looking for a Facilities and Post Room Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation of Dogs Trust’s London office. You’ll manage incoming and outgoing mail, maintain supplies and equipment, and assist with facilities tasks to ensure a safe, welcoming, and well-functioning environment for staff and visitors.

What does this role do?

As a Facilities and Post Room Coordinator, you'll:

  • Coordinate facilities contracts, office supplies, and related purchase orders and invoices.
  • Provide support to colleagues and visitors, including meeting room setup, AV assistance, and reception cover.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post and couriers, ensuring timely distribution and deliveries.
  • Maintain communal areas, monitor stock, report building issues, and carry out First Aid and Fire Marshal duties.

Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for Tuesday 24th February, and will take place on Teams.

Could this be you?

You’ll have experience in a busy administrative environment, delivering excellent customer service with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organised and proactive, you’ll be confident managing multiple tasks, willing to undertake First Aid and Fire Marshal training.
