Role Purpose
The Executive Assistant is an important role within our organisation, working closely with the CEO and leadership team. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position at the heart of a globally significant initiative. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the CEO, helping translate vision into action and ensuring high-level stakeholders receive timely, professional and thoughtful communication.

Main duties

Proactively manage the CEO’s diary, inbox and meeting schedule to ensure strategic alignment and use of time

Draft, edit and manage correspondence, briefing notes, and presentations on behalf of the CEO and leadership team

Coordinate and support internal and external meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation, taking accurate minutes and tracking decisions and actions that arise
-
Support the CEO to track progress on key priorities, ensuring deadlines are met and decisions are followed up

Provide administrative and organisational support for events, travel and itineraries (UK and international) and other logistics

Manage the CEO’s social media accounts as directed, posting content and responding to key contacts

Financial Administration - gather and provide financial information to Finance co-ordinator, gather and co-ordinate receipts etc

Maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, partners and board members with professionalism and tact

Assist the CEO and leadership team with additional administration/ organisational tasks at their discretion

Assisting with research of projects, e.g. potential partner research
Essential skills and experience
-
A minimum of five years of experience providing high-level administrative support in a busy organisation

Proficient in workplace software including Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Trello and able to learn to navigate new systems quickly

Experience of upwardly managing senior leaders with limited time and high responsibility

Experience managing external communications with senior stakeholders

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and produce coherent reports and minutes

A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and adapt to changing priorities

Excellent time management skills: the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines is key

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desirable skills and experience

A relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous but not essential for example Certified Administrative Professional (CAP), Exec PA Diploma, Certified Executive Assistant Professional (CEAP) etc

Email Marketing Coordinator

The is a remote working role on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Position: Email Marketing Coordinator
Location: Remote (The working pattern for this role will combine onsite and home working, with onsite attendance currently anticipated to be 1 day per month)

Salary: £30,268
Contract: 12-month fixed term contract starting on 1 September 2025

About the Role
As Email Marketing Coordinator, you will spearhead the creation and implementation of innovative email marketing campaigns that boost engagement and drive conversions. In this vital and rewarding role you will be responsible for the end-to-end email marketing process – from campaign planning, content development, A/B testing, list management, automation, personalisation, performance tracking and reporting.
Your principal duties and responsibilities will include:
· Leading the enhancement and optimisation of the email strategy to boost engagement, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue.
· Simplifying and improving email production processes to boost efficiency across key teams, especially in fundraising and commercial.
· Collaborating with colleagues to create personalised campaign journeys that enhance supporter engagement and lifetime value and to ensure the proper and accurate segmentation of supporter data for all campaigns.
· Collaborating with the Digital Development Manager to design, implement, and analyse campaigns, using a test-and-learn approach to continuously optimise performance and enhance engagement.
· Managing the email welcome journey for e-news sign ups, and support on the development of other supporter journeys for a range of audiences across the team.
· Day-to-day management of the email-marketing programme, including drafting, building and managing campaigns and automations, and managing audiences.
· Working with colleagues and draw on existing data to develop insights and understanding about supporters, and using this information to develop content which is engaging, informative, and meets supporters’ needs.
About You
We are looking for someone who is educated to degree level or has the equivalent in experience.
You will also have:
· Experience of managing email send platforms, including building customer journeys and reporting email success metrics, and strong understanding of email marketing platforms and automation tools.
· Expertise in email marketing best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, and optimisation strategies.
· Experience in supporter stewardship communications and journey planning to enhance engagement and maximise lifetime value.
· Excellent written English with experience writing for the web with good copywriting skills and editorial capability – able to manage the content lifecycle, with a keen sense of brand awareness.
· Excellent consultancy skills, translating digital terminology and processes into clear and concise language to a variety of stakeholders.
· Solid project management skills – able to organise and manage multiple projects whilst dealing with a number of conflicting demands and timescales.

The National Landscapes Association represents the UK’s 46 National Landscapes – legally protected places where nature and people thrive together. We lead and champion action to protect and restore these special landscapes for the benefit of everyone.
We’re looking for a Data and Evidence Officer to support our work on the Gower Landscape Connections project and across the wider Association. If you’re passionate about using data to tackle the climate and nature crises, and can turn complex information into powerful insight, this could be the role for you.
You’ll be responsible for sourcing, analysing and mapping ecological, climate and socio-economic data to inform practical conservation planning. Working closely with the Gower team, as well as the Association’s Nature-based Solutions programme, you’ll help develop systems that drive landscape-scale action. You’ll also play a central role in maintaining and evolving our GIS tools, supporting bids for major nature recovery funding.
We’re looking for someone with experience handling both statistical and spatial data, who communicates clearly and can collaborate across teams. You should be as comfortable working with detailed evidence as you are thinking strategically about long-term impact.
