Job Purpose

Money Minded is a new service designed to support adults (18 years and over) in Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hounslow. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with the West London NHS Mental Health Teams, operating within the tri-borough area.

The service provides support with welfare benefits, accessing debt support, housing and well-being. The role of the Mental Health Information and Advice Officer will be to provide advice, guidance and customer representation to tri-borough residents living with Mental Health difficulties. Advice issues may include housing, welfare benefits, council tax, accessing debt support, signposting etc.

The successful candidate will deliver support to enquirers and manage a caseload of individuals, as agreed with the Service Manager. In addition to advice casework, the Mental Health Information and Advice Officer will also be expected to assist onboarding referrals to the service, as and when needed.

The successful candidate will work closely with the West London NHS Mental Health teams and project volunteers, ensuring adherence to the Advice Quality Standard framework (AQS) and Mind's policies and procedures.

Due to the nature of the work, if successful, you will need to have an up-to-date DBS check completed, prior to undertaking unsupervised client work.

Place of Work

The Mental Health Information and Advice Officer will be required to work within the West London NHS Mental Health team offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver support to enquirers and manage a caseload of individuals as agreed with the service manager
• Deliver monthly wellbeing peer support groups/workshops
• Provide advice and information relating to all welfare benefits, including assisting clients with form filling and contacting agencies such as the Department for Work & Pensions on their behalf

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a SQL Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. This position is based in the Information Management and Technology department and answers to the Business Intelligence Development Manager.

The post holder will take a prominent role in developing a varied suite of Business Intelligence solutions as well as maintaining existing solutions, primarily using Microsoft SQL Server based tools. Work will span the full range of data processes, from system integration to developing and populating data warehouses through to developing user reports. They will work on the technical aspects of system integration and be involved in the development and maintenance of ETL (extract, transform, load) processes across all systems. The post holder will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to gather requirements and ensure data integrity is maintained. Whilst technical ability is key to this role, experience and aptitude in Business Analysis is also required to ensure that our technical solutions are fully integrated into business processes.

• Advanced T-SQL and SSIS development for the creation and maintenance of ETL and reporting solutions.

• To lead the development and maintenance of custom applications to provide bespoke functionality, for example using .NET Framework, C# or Python.

About you

About the role

As the Senior Philanthropy Lead at Bookmark, you will work with the Head of Fundraising to manage and grow our philanthropy portfolio within the wider strategy. You will lead a team of three to deliver on the fundraising strategy, line managing both the Philanthropy Manager and Senior Fundraising Executive. To be successful in this role, you must have a successful track record in high-value fundraising and acquisition, including a proven track record of securing five or six-figure gifts to meet or exceed targets. You must have experience line managing individuals, nurturing their development, and managing their performance to achieve results. Ideally, you will have experience developing and managing a calendar of successful charity events that meet fundraising targets and managing or working with a fundraising board or high-value committee. Islington Centre is seeking a committed and motivated Support Service Caseworker. We create a community, teach English, provide a support service and a therapeutic and creative space with arts activities and sports that help people who have suffered trauma.  You will be working directly to help resolve issues arising around destitution, accommodation, asylum support, health benefits and referrals to partner organisations and further education colleges. Job purpose:

 The role has two distinct areas of responsibility:

Roles and responsibilities:

Office Administration and logistical support (70%)

· Proactively ensure that the office functions well and efficiently, maintaining office equipment and stocks of office supplies within budget.

· Act as the primary contact for visitors and phone inquiries. Manage the general inquiries email inbox and other shared email accounts.

· Be the main point of contact for office maintenance, security, and building management. Communicate with the landlord to promptly and efficiently address any related issues.

· Add, update and maintain the UK Asset online asset register

· Identify opportunities to improve administrative systems and processes and proactively collaborate to redesign them.

· Collaborate closely with the Global People and Operations teams and ICT to assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new staff in our London office.

· Plan staff events, including annual summer and winter socials.

· Assist with renewing global insurance policies and provide administrative support for handling claims, including coordinating with staff and the insurance claims team as necessary.

· Coordinate with the IT team to set up new employees, ensuring the provision of company IT equipment aligns with internal policies.

· Provide administrative support to staff when visiting the UK, including providing visa support letters and making travel bookings in the UK for visiting staff and partners.

· Provide support with the organisational Travel Management Company (TMC), including setting up staff profiles and offering booking guidance.

· Monitor staff travel plans for ICT equipment movement.

· Manage Saferworld's organisational contacts database, including contact import, tagging, and deduplication, in compliance with UK GDPR legislation.

· Maintain an organised and effective filing structure within the internal SharePoint sites where relevant

Management team administrative support (30%)

· Provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer when required.

· Assist in preparing and coordinating management team, UK and Saferworld Europe Board meetings, and other committee and leadership meetings. This includes handling documentation, logistical arrangements, ICT setup for remote participation, and supporting travel bookings and expense claims.

· Manage the global Saferworld calendar, ensuring everyone is informed of events and meetings as necessary.

· Undertake miscellaneous tasks as requested by the CEO, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to support organisational needs effectively.

Development Director

Peterhouse seeks to appoint a talented fundraiser as its new Development Director, a key position within the College. 

The new Development Director will have the exciting opportunity to develop and shape a new fundraising and campaign strategy for the College. Working closely with the Master, Professor Andy Parker, you will ensure Peterhouse meets its significant fundraising potential. 

In 2034, Peterhouse will reach its 750th anniversary and celebrate 50 years since the admission of women to the College. The work done so far has built strong relationships with our alumni which will form the foundation of a new campaign over the next decade, leading up to these milestones. The incoming Director will lead and shape this campaign.

You will manage a portfolio of the College's most significant donors and prospects, cultivating and personally soliciting potential benefactors for major gifts.

Amongst the 31 Colleges that make up the University of Cambridge, Peterhouse is truly unique.  Major Donor Manager  

Hours: 37 hours per week (1 fte)
