For the UK's largest not-for-profit social enterprise in the employment and social mobility sector, we are recruiting a Senior Finance Manager. This role will provide high quality financial information and analysis to senior managers and external stakeholders supporting decision-making. This is a highly commercial role, which is key in ensuring service quality is maximised, and financial performance targets are achieved. Main Duties:

• Budgeting and Cost Control - Lead divisional budget setting and forecasting process

For a large international organisation, we are recruiting an Interim Group Financial Controller to focus on their short-term cash flow forecast model, intercompany, and trapped cash. Critically, this role will fully implement and embed the use of a 13-week short term cashflow forecast and will oversee the cash repatriation to the UK from overseas entities, liaising with Treasury, Tax, FP&A, Group Statutory Reporting, and the MSP. This organisation brings dance to different communities and people of all ages.

About the Role

The Senior Corporate Development Lead will focus on:

*Executing the fundraising strategy developed by the Head of Corporates and Trusts in relation to corporate partners, during the maternity period.

*Oversight and leadership of the income and expenditure budgets for the Corporate Business Unit.
*Identifying major prospects and the pursuit of these, with a view to raise considerable financial support, working to agreed targets.

*Working closely with senior colleagues and high-level volunteers to implement the strategy

As Head of Trusts and Corporates you will;

- Gain an in-depth understanding of current corporate partnerships and patronages at ENB and identify areas for growth, leading on the income and expenditure budgets for the Corporate Business Unit. You will also Support the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager to review and deliver the existing strategy for the Corporate Business Unit and be accountable for the programme's pipeline development, for the future

About You

You must have had;

*Experience of working with commercial organisations in a fundraising environment, with a track record of securing six figure support.

*Proven experience of line management in a fundraising department, supporting their professional development and providing inspiring and supportive leadership.

*Track record of growing income and pipeline development in the performing arts, cultural, higher education or third sector, in the UK.

Harris Hill are excited to be working with a values-driven housing provider to recruit a passionate and proactive Tenancy Services Officer to deliver high-quality tenancy management services across approximately 200 homes in Bromley and SE London.

This role is all about building strong relationships with residents, supporting them to sustain their tenancies, and ensuring communities thrive. You'll manage a wide range of housing issues including lettings, income recovery, ASB, and estate inspections—working closely with local authority partners and internal teams.

Location: Offices in Penge & Bexley 

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver a responsive, face-to-face housing service
• Support residents with complex needs, focusing on tenancy sustainment
• Manage voids, lettings, arrears, and ASB cases
• Conduct tenancy audits and property visits
• Encourage resident involvement and service improvement

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in housing management or a similar frontline role
• A confident, people-focused communicator who can manage complex issues with empathy and professionalism
• Strong IT and organisational skills
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
