The successful candidate will have:
- A full professional accountancy qualification (CCAB or CIMA).
- Ideally, experience in the charity sector and working in large complex organisations.
- Significant experience in management accounting processes.
- Demonstrable, previous, extensive experience in a finance business partner role.
- Track record of supporting the end-to-end processes for in-year forecasts and annual budgets.

About You
Working closely with colleagues at the Royal Society of Wildlife Trusts and with Local Wildlife Trusts, the Land Management Practice Officer will support The Wildlife Trusts Nature Reserves community of practice. This role will focus primarily, in the first instance, on supporting local Wildlife Trusts to reduce their pesticide use.
The post will help Trusts develop and share knowledge, skills and capacity in the realm of pesticide use reduction and, where possible, also across other aspects of land management. This work will support Goal 1 – Nature’s Recovery – of the Wildlife Trusts’ Strategy 2030.

We are now recruiting for a Programme Coordinator for our schools in Bristol. The role will also oversee our partner schools in Dorset remotely, with infrequent travel to Dorset.
- The Bristol Programme Coordinator oversees a caseload of up to seven partner schools. They manage the logistics and organisation of each school’s tutoring programme, working closely with the schools and pupils and managing the pool of volunteer tutors. They attend the weekly tutoring sessions at each school, as well as overseeing the quality of face to face and online tutoring, always working to deliver a great impact.

The Oral Health Foundation, an independent charity dedicated to improving oral health and wellbeing globally for over 45 years, is seeking an ambitious and proactive Head of Partnerships to lead their income generation strategy.
About Them
The Oral Health Foundation works tirelessly to reduce oral health inequalities by providing expert, impartial advice and education to those who need it most. They collaborate closely with governments, dental professionals, health agencies, and communities to promote good oral hygiene, early detection of mouth cancer, water fluoridation, and more.
The Role
In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and growth of partnerships and funding opportunities that fuel their mission. You’ll work alongside senior leaders to diversify and increase income streams, ensuring their vital campaigns and educational resources reach even more underserved and vulnerable communities by 2030.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, secure, and nurture new and existing partnerships aligned with their mission.
- Design innovative partnership packages and sponsorship opportunities.
- Develop new income streams across campaigns, advocacy projects, and educational materials.
- Act as the central point of contact, ensuring excellent partner engagement and seamless collaboration.
- Provide timely reporting on partnership performance and impact to senior leadership.

- Growth in number and diversity of partnerships.
- Year-on-year increase in income supporting their programs.
- Strong internal coordination and partner satisfaction.

- A strategic thinker with proven experience in partnership development or income generation.
- Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with funders, sponsors, and collaborators.
- Passionate about social impact and reducing health inequalities.
- Comfortable working in a small, dynamic charity environment with senior management.

Are you passionate about supporting parent-carers of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? Our client, a respected West Sussex-based charity, is seeking a dedicated Benefits Service Advisor to join their small but impactful team, in a part-time role.
In this role, you’ll provide personalised advice and guidance on Carers Allowance, Disability Living Allowance (DLA), and Personal Independence Payment (PIP). You will support parent-carers through every stage of the benefits process — from initial applications to appeals — and contribute to the development of key resources and toolkits. Occasional travel within West Sussex will be required for meetings and roadshows.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in welfare and benefits advice (especially DLA, PIP, Carers Allowance)
- Strong understanding of the challenges faced by families of children with SEND
- Excellent communication, organisational, and writing skills
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- Experience using Charitylog or similar CRM systems

In return, you’ll receive:
- £28,000 pro-rata salary (actual salary £22,400)
- Part-time, 28 hours per week (To be worked across 4 or 5 days a week). The charity is open to less hours, if you are looking to work less hours.
- Permanent.
- The majority of your time will be remote/ home based, and will suit someone living in or close to West Sussex to be available for in person drop-in advice sessions once a month, and roadshows which take place in West Sussex.
- The ability to drive, with access to a car, is essential. Travel expenses will be covered

As Trust and Foundations Fundraiser, you will be responsible for maximising income by building and maintaining relationships with existing portfolio of trust donors through excellent relationship management. You will research and identify new opportunities, and write and submit high quality, targeted proposals to secure support from new and lapsed funders. You will prepare written reports on activities, progress and income against objectives and ensure the impact of the work is clear, visible and effectively communicated on social media, on the website and in the Impact Report. You will also use the database to maintain accurate and detailed records, manage relationships, and coordinate actions and deadlines.
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Experience of writing successful, compelling trust applications and reports.
- Experience of building and maintaining relationships with funders
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding fundraising targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

You’ll also help assess and implement new IT systems, including exploring the potential of AI to enhance our efficiency and impact.
About you: You’ll bring experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, and a strong ability to support colleagues in using digital tools confidently. You’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines. You’re also curious about new technologies and keen to explore how AI can be used safely and effectively in a charity setting.
