What you’ll do:
- Manage the development and implementation of new versions of the postgraduate curricula for our specialities.
- Establish and implement necessary quality assurance mechanisms and initiative.
- Oversee the provision of support for ancillary workforce development initiatives.
- Undertake market research to evaluate the viability of proposed new workforce initiatives, targeting those with the greatest reach and impact.
- Lead, motivate performance manage and develop a team.

- Experience of curriculum development or experience of innovation in training programmes or teaching.

- Experience in developing funding bids/building cogent business cases.

As Senior Grants Manager you will be an ambassador for the Foundation and will lead implementation of the grant making strategy to provide opportunities for children and young people (0-25 years old). You will be collaborative and collegiate with a willingness to contribute to and strengthen a strong team culture to empower team members to lead and develop, and be an articulate and confident presenter, able to bring stakeholders together at the highest levels to unlock problems with strong skills of persuasion. Strong experience of improving processes and procedures in grant management is key and experience of capital projects/spend out of a fund would be helpful but not essential

I am working exclusively with a health-based regulator, and we are looking for a Senior Project Manager (NOT IT) to join the Transformation and Change team on a Permanent, Full-Time basis. You will be expected to plan and manage complex programmes relating to Practice Standards, implementing appropriate rigour, governance and controls.
Your new role
The successful candidate will:
- Manage project objects and ensure they are aligned to the local and corporate strategy.
- Develop business cases, project plans and budgets.
- Lead projects throughout the full lifecycle to ensure they are delivered on time and to budget.
- Ensure budget plans and risks are tracked and reported.
- Matrix manage the resources across the organisation.
- Report on project progress to key sponsors and stakeholders.
- Communicate to relevant internal and external stakeholders throughout key stages throughout the project.
What you'll need to succeed
This position is ideal for someone who is:
- Prince2 qualified
- Experienced at managing high value, complex, strategic projects throughout the full lifecycle.
- Experienced of preparing and presenting plans to a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Experienced in budget and resource management.
- Good communication skills.

We’re looking for a part-time Senior Operations Manager with extensive operational, business, Health & Safety, IT and HR experience. A member of the Senior Management Team, this person will play a vital role in enabling Time & Talents to deliver our strategy, maintain best practice and develop robust long-term plans.
What we do
Time & Talents is a lively, busy community centre in the heart of Rotherhithe, SE16. Set in a leafy heritage building, and ‘T&T2’, our second venue in Surrey Quays Shopping Centre, we offer something for everyone. With a history of 137 years of supporting people of all ages in Rotherhithe and Bermondsey, we bring people together for mutual support, fun and friendship with a wide range of services and activities for older people and other adults, along with volunteering and children and families’ projects.
T&T has grown substantially over the last 5 years, and we are in an exciting time for the charity. We are reviewing our long-term aims and changing local needs to ensure programme delivery continues our extensive track record of positive outcomes. We also need to review our current contracted provision and best practices in the charity’s business and operations.
We are strengthening our offer whilst staying focused on our aims: ensuring that everyone feels part of a community and that no one is isolated or lonely. We are looking for a fresh pair of eyes to help us maintain best practice in our work.
The role
In this role, you’ll:
- Hold responsibility for T&T’s internal business and operations functions
- Motivate and manage the operations team
- Contribute to the wider organisation as a member of the Senior Management Team
- Act as Deputy Safeguarding Lead for the organisation
About you
You are passionate about the power of community to connect and support people. You have a track record in driving the excellent delivery of grant-funded community programmes in the third sector. You have demonstrable experience in charity finance, leadership and internal operations. You’re an emotionally resilient and experienced leader with a growth mindset and plenty of grit. As Trusts and Philanthropy Manager, you will contribute to the development and implementation of plans to grow income from trusts, major donors and statutory funders by developing excellent written proposals, applications and reports. You will deliver exemplar stewardship to donors which responds to their individual needs and inspires continued support, mostly through written and telephone communications but also includes participation in events, visits and meetings. You will use fundraising research resources to carry out research to identify and cultivate prospective funders. You will also collaborate with colleagues, especially in the services and research teams, to gather information representing project needs, aims and deliverables; ensuring that what is presented to funders is aligned to the delivery side of the organisation.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A successful track record in trusts fundraising including developing multi-year proposals for 5 and 6 figure gifts.
- Experience in effectively stewarding funder relationships.
- Excellent writing skills for delivering inspiring proposals and reports to a deadline.
- Experience in developing and maintaining funding relationships that inspire repeat gifts.
