For a large international organisation, we are recruiting an Interim Group Financial Controller to focus on their short-term cash flow forecast model, intercompany, and trapped cash. Critically, this role will fully implement and embed the use of a 13-week short term cashflow forecast and will oversee the cash repatriation to the UK from overseas entities, liaising with Treasury, Tax, FP&A, Group Statutory Reporting, and the MSP. The Group Financial Controller will also lead monthly close, balance sheet integrity, intercompany processes and compliance, and develop insight and understanding of the company's working capital to drive initiatives to optimise.

World Jewish Relief created the Specialist Training and Employment Programme (STEP) for refugees in 2016 and today we are the largest provider of specialist employment support to people who have experienced forced migration in the UK.STEP aims to support and empower people through a tailored employment programme that addresses the complex barriers that they face when preparing for and ultimately finding work in the UK.   

We support all people who have experienced forced migration, regardless of their proximity to the labour market, to develop the skills and access the opportunities they need to secure sustainable and meaningful employment. We run STEP online and in person programmes across the UK.  

We are now expanding our work to deliver (in partnership with the British Council) an English Language and Employment Support Programme for up to 4,000 Ukrainians and Hong Kong BNO status/visa holder (50% of each community) over the next 12 months.

We are seeking a Philanthropy Officer to play a key role in supporting and delivering excellent stewardship for our Patrons and most generous individual donors. Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London.  All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment. 

We are recruiting Employment Advisors (full and part time) to join our IPS service, you will be based in Newham, working 35/17.5 hours per week. Working Well Trust's services have previously been awarded the IPS Grow quality mark and adheres closely to the principles of the IPS model in supporting people in to employment. This role will be working with clients who have mental health support needs, wanting to gain paid employment. 

Experience of employment support is not essential, it is more important that you share our passion and commitment to employment as an integral aspect of wellbeing and supporting people to find the right job for them. You will receive training on the IPS model and in supporting people with mental health issues. GUCE Programme Lead Role

Community Energy is gaining momentum nationally, where people are increasingly coming together to take control of their own energy.  Grand Union Community Energy (GUCE, pronounced “juice”) is looking to see local communities along the Grand Union canal in Hertfordshire enjoy a clean and resilient energy system that benefits all.  We develop, support and promote renewable energy and energy efficiency projects for  communities from Watford to Tring, and build householder resilience by helping them reduce their bills and energy use.

We are seeking a Programme Lead for two days a week to manage the day-to-day running of the team and organisation and keep us on track as we navigate an exciting time of growth and development - supporting us to fulfil our overall objectives. Depending on the skills of the applicant the same individual could also cover aspects of other roles we are looking to fill.

About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a person to take on a key role in GUCE’s  small but expanding team. The Programme Lead will be responsible creating a structure and policies for GUCE to grow and hit our mission.

As our Programme Lead you will play a leading role in delivering our contribution to the two-year National Lottery funded project ‘Community Energy People’.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Forecasting finances for GUCE as a whole.

• Report to funders.

• Maintaining a new CRM (Monday) and working with other team members, subcontractors and Board Directors to ensure it’s complete and accurate. 

• Creating and maintaining policies on training, HR, delegated authorities.

• Managing payroll.

• Recruiting new staff and volunteers.

• Coordinating and onboarding volunteers and new staff members or contractors, including overseeing the volunteer journey from ad-hoc conversations to participation e.g. joining the Board or progressing to become a paid member of staff..

• Maintaining, recording, and reporting the metrics and finances for the Community Energy People project.

• Line management of other staff members.

• Framework for connecting and working with sub-groups, e.g. EcoBerko and Watford.

• Updating and maintaining the Business Plan.

Terms and Conditions

Salary: Pro-rated salary for 2 days per week, £13,000 to £20,000 per annum (£34,000 to £51,000 full time equivalent) depending on experience plus 3% pension contribution.

Hours: Average 2 days per week (15 hours). The working hours can be flexible.

Location: Home-working, ideally within the GUCE catchment area from Watford to Tring.

You will need to travel to meet stakeholders, attend relevant meetings and visit potential sites. You may be called upon to work outside office hours.  Reasonable travel expenses will be covered and the job holder would be expected to provide their own method of travel.

Contractual arrangements: 12 months fixed term with the option to extend, subject to 3 months’ probation.

There is a notice period of four weeks from both sides

Holidays: The equivalent of 28 days per annum excluding Bank Holidays, pro-rata for the part-time nature of the post.

Thanks to National Lottery players, Community Energy Pathways has been awarded £1.5M from The National Lottery Community Fund, the largest community funder in the UK, to deliver its Community Energy People project over three years. The Community Energy People project will enable 11 community energy groups across 11 counties to employ people for the first time, recruit more volunteers and deliver more projects, and faster. The new workforce will represent our diverse community. Community Energy Pathways will provide training and mentoring to those groups, as well as governance, HR and marketing support.  

Purpose of the job

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and relationship‑focused individual to join our Corporate Partnerships team. The role will be a mix of managing and growing existing partnerships and supporting new business activity.

You’ll work closely with the Corporate Partnerships Manager and other colleagues across the team to ensure that our corporate partners feel valued, supported, and inspired by the impact they are helping to create. You’ll also contribute to building our pipeline, identifying potential new supporters, making first contact, and helping to develop tailored proposals.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

• Support the management of existing corporate partnerships, ensuring they are well‑stewarded and achieve agreed objectives.

• Coordinate partnership activities, such as volunteering days, events, campaigns, and communications.

• Work with internal teams (Marketing, Impact, Delivery) to gather and share inspiring impact stories and updates with partners.

• Track and report on partnership deliverables and KPIs.

• Identify opportunities to deepen existing partnerships, such as additional projects, campaigns, or employee engagement activities.

New Business Support

• Research and identify potential new corporate partners.

• Assist with approaches to prospective partners, including outreach emails, calls, LinkedIn networking, and event attendance.

• Support the development of high‑quality proposals, presentations, and budgets for senior stakeholders.

• Help maintain and grow the new business pipeline.

Communications & Events

• Work with Marketing & Comms to produce engaging partnership content for social media, newsletters, and impact reports.

• Represent UK Youth at external networking events, conferences, and partner‑related activities.

Data & Administration

• Keep all CRM records accurate and up to date.

• Support due diligence processes for both new and existing partnerships.

• Ensure donations are processed, recorded, and recognised appropriately.

Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London.  All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment. 

We are recruiting Employment Advisors to join our IPS service, you will be based in Enfield, working 35 hours per week. The service has been awarded the IPS Grow quality mark and adheres closely to the principles of the IPS model in supporting people in to employment. This role will be working with clients who have mental health support needs, wanting to gain paid employment. 

Experience of employment support is not essential, it is more important that you share our passion and commitment to employment as an integral aspect of wellbeing and supporting people to find the right job for them. You will receive training on the IPS model and in supporting people with mental health issues. We welcome applications from people with lived experience of mental health, either personally or through a close contact.

You need to have a desire to support people to achieve their employment goals, and the ability to multitask and manage your workload effectively. Good organisation skills are essential for this role, in addition to an interest in mental health, and the role it plays in the workplace. The successful candidate will need to become comfortable in approaching employers, and showcase the advantages of our service in order to work with them to recruit our clients to fill vacancies and sustain employment.

You will work with clients (managing a caseload) who have mental health support needs, to assist them in securing sustainable paid employment in line with their preferences. You will deliver the IPS approach (for which training will be given); providing person centred support and guidance to clients, whilst building positive relationships with local employers to enable clients to move into suitable employment.

You will work as part of a mental health team (NHS Trust) maintaining positive and integrated relationships, fostering a holistic approach to recovery through employment. You will work closely with clinical teams, providing a coordinated approach that always remains client led.  You will also be working to targets whilst maintaining a high-quality service.
