CFG promotes remote-first working, although we do have office space at our registered address in Southwark, SE London for those team members who prefer an office setting. We expect all of our team members to attend all staff, directorate, or team anchor days on a regular basis in London. All staff anchor days are currently quarterly, and directorate and smaller team anchor days are organised on an ad hoc basis. We are looking for a Participant Support and Delivery Officer to join a charity’s team at an important moment in the organisation's growth.

About the role:
In October 2023, the organisation began delivery of Year 1 of their West Midlands based Environmental Leadership Programme in partnership with the Shropshire Wildlife Trust. The role of the Participant Support and Delivery Officer is to work closely with the programmes delivery team across the partnership on the different stages of programme recruitment, delivery and implementation – all to ensure that participants have an excellent experience with us.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Supporting the recruitment and onboarding of Year 2 participants in the run-up to the programme starting in October 2024 and provide a friendly point of introduction for participants onto the programme. This will include travelling to support the delivery of in-person taster and recruitment activities.
- Supporting the participants and managing their experience before, during and after programmes. This will include working with the programmes team to ensure we have collected all of the participant information we need to be able to assess the success and impact of our programmes and will include communicating with and keeping track of correspondence with participants
- Carrying out monitoring and evaluation activities and analysis of data that will help us measure and communicate our programme impact, including data collection (qualitative and quantitative) that can be used to create a programme narrative
- In Salesforce - undertaking data entry and administration including the production of basic reports and the ongoing development of simple automation that helps us streamline processes across the programme and partnership

As the Digital Product Officer, you will support the ongoing development and management of the organisation’s website. Help to manage the process for reporting, testing and deploying updates to the functionality. Improve the processes around the creation of content on the website and help manage the back end of the CMS to ensure it is clear and functional.

We are looking to recruit two Digital Marketing Officers to join the newly created Digital Engagement team working to deliver exceptional digital activity that delivers against organisational objectives. One successful candidate will lead on supporting social channels and the other on email marketing, however both roles will be expected to work across all digital channels and cover for each other as necessary.
You will work on digital campaigns across email, organic social and paid digital marketing channels, including PPC and social media. This role will be vital in setting up a new digital hub of expertise within the organisation and helping to drive forward the best use of digital channels.
Key responsibilities include:
• Work with stakeholder teams to develop digital marketing campaigns across paid, earned and owned channels delivering against KPI’s for income, campaigning and brand awareness.

Who we are looking for:
A Permanent Customer Relations and Sales Officer to work as part of a centralised sales team, which leads all Autism Know How sales, logistic and customer support enquiries.
Managing all aspects of the customer sales journey, this role will lead and deliver an effective, timely and professional customer journey and experience, maximising income potential and repeat business to ensure performance against team sales targets and to enable the society to continue to improve its offering for autistic people.
This role will work closely with colleagues across Autism Know How, Marketing, CRM and Business Development departments, and other relevant NAS teams where required.
This role will also deliver general administration and data processing as required.

JOB SUMMARY
The Head of Finance will be active in preparing monthly management accounts and commentary for the Senior Management Team.
The Head of Finance will be responsible for the ongoing development of the financial systems, processes and procedures, monthly accounts, cash flow, as well as budgeting and forecasting.
BUDGETING & REPORTING
- Preparation of annual income and expenditure budgets for the Charity, working collaboratively with Heads of Department and members of SMT.
- Review and collate all Head office service costs and professional fees and calculate cross company charging for financial reporting.
- Provision of income and expenditure reports, variance analysis and reconciliation of fundraising activities.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including balance sheet, metrics, and commentary.
- Provide a quarterly report for submission to the Board of Trustees
- Formulate monthly rolling forecast cashflow for the Charity and Trading Company including phased income budget and planned expenditure.
FINANCIAL SYSTEMS CONTROL
- Ensure the organisation operates robust accounting procedures and systems of internal financial control in line with current good practice and legislation.
- Oversee and facilitate the annual external audit but effective liaison with the auditors and preparation of accounts ready for inspection.
- Regular review of access rights and permissions for accounting, banking & HR software systems
- Ensure the Charity works in accordance with Charity SORP, HMRC, Charity Commission Regulations and other relevant bodies’ recommended code of practice.
- Keep up to date with changes in legislation affecting finance, payroll & HR ensure this information is cascaded down to other members of the Team.
KNOWLEDGE
- ACCA, ACA or CIMA Qualified with significant post qualification experience
- Excellent technical and analysis skills, including advanced Excel modelling and analysis.
- Knowledge of the Charity SORP and Charity Commission requirements and guidance
As the Training Programmes Manager you will have oversight and responsibility for the healthcare professional training projects and activities, as well as growing the M4RD network within HCP groups and training institutions.
You will be key to rolling out Rare Disease 101 training for healthcare professionals all over the UK and potentially abroad. While you are not expected to deliver training yourself you will be pivotal to creating opportunities and facilitating all aspects of the programme.
