We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. Your responsibilities will include maintaining payroll data, updating employee records, verifying timesheets, logging staff absences, and addressing payroll queries swiftly and effectively. You will also support payroll reconciliations for SSP, SMP, SPP, and pension accounts, as well as assist with year-end tasks such as audits, PSA, and P11D submissions. Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Payroll Manager to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including inputting and reconciling timesheets, calculating holiday pay, and updating payroll records.
• Support year-end activities such as PSA and P11D calculations and submissions, ensuring full compliance with HMRC regulations and internal policies.
• Manage pension contributions and submissions, ensuring accurate data uploads to pension portals and compliance with scheme rules and statutory requirements.
• Administer statutory and occupational sick pay in line with current legislation and company policies, with a strong understanding of Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) rules and accurate processing of sickness absences.
• Maintain payroll data integrity through regular system updates, data cleansing, and the implementation of necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy.
• Deliver a high level of service by responding promptly and professionally to payroll-related queries from employees and stakeholders.
• Partner with the Payroll Manager and Finance team on ad hoc projects, reconciliations, and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Foster strong working relationships across departments to support seamless payroll operations and effective communication.
• Commit to working one additional day per month during payroll processing periods to meet operational demands.
• Provide cover for the Payroll Manager during periods of absence, contributing to the continuity of critical payroll cycles and strategic projects.

Education & Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent with good results in Maths & English

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our Assessment and Therapy Service. This vital role ensures smooth operations by managing scheduling, case tracking, document management, and communication with families and professionals. You will be involved in the development of the service and your views, and insights are encouraged.

· Schedule and coordinate internal meetings and therapy consultations

· Provide administrative support for allocated assessment and therapy cases

· Maintain and update electronic records (Charms, SharePoint)

· Proofread, format, and distribute clinical reports and correspondence

· Liaise with families, therapists, Local Authorities, and partner agencies

The Cathedral Chapter is in the process of refeshing its Mission and Vision within a Strategic Development Plan (due to be published in early 2026), and as part of this the Cathedral’s fundraising priorities will be decided and a Fundraising Committee formed to oversee and direct the task of building sustainable income within a fundraising strategy. We’re seeking a Media and PR Assistant to join our busy press office working to grow the charity’s profile and media reach. This role would suit a team player with a proactive attitude who has a keen interest in, and knowledge of, the media. Strong communication skills – both written and verbal - are a must.

About the role

As the Assistant PR and Media Officer, you will work across the media and PR team to support the delivery of impactful media coverage that will build understanding of the issues affecting people with arthritis, increase awareness of Versus Arthritis and drive change.

This will include acting as a point of contact for journalists seeking information and working with colleagues across the charity to provide timely and accurate comment, requiring occasional out of hours work. As well as responding to reactive media enquiries, you will have the opportunity to help deliver proactive media work and write press releases. 

Central to increasing awareness and understanding of arthritis is through sharing the experiences of people with lived experience. Alongside the Stories Officer, you will support people to share their stories with media and help manage these important relationships. 

A key part of the role is to provide administrative support and to lead on media monitoring and evaluation, ensuring this supports team performance and learning. We’re a friendly and supportive team, keen to help you progress and thrive.

ROLE PURPOSE
The Principal provides overall institutional leadership for Waverley Abbey College, locally, nationally and internationally. They are also the steward of its spiritual and strategic health, including: 
> Strategic direction and planning to develop Waverley Abbey College as Waverley Abbey Trust’s education ministry, ensuring our ethos and theological framework is safeguarded.
> Direction to the existing faculties and development of new products in line with the strategic plan.

> As a member of the Executive Team, contribute to the strategic direction and delivery of Waverley Abbey’s mission .

ROLE PROFILE AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. College Leadership
> Provide spiritual and strategic leadership to all aspects of College life.
> Lead and cultivate the culture of the College.
> Develop a strategy and plan to achieve the Waverley Abbey mission & vision, ensuring annual operational and business plans are delivered for each department of the College.
> Promote and foster a quality conscious culture and staff committed to forming learners and graduates of academic excellence and deep personal spirituality and formation.
> Ensure that the College theology is in line with the ethos and values of Waverley Abbey, and that Waverley Abbey ethos and values are informed and enriched by our theology.

2. Relationship Management
> Be accountable to the CEO, Exec, Advisory groups and Board.
> Constructively drive the development of the College within the wider Waverley Abbey vision.
> Ensure that Board, CEO and Exec are fully informed on all areas of risk affecting the College.
> Innovate and develop partnerships with external stakeholders to effect the vision and mission of Waverley Abbey, and growth of the college, establishing and fostering healthy relationships with likeminded institutions, scholars and business leaders throughout the world.
> Participate in and extend the integration and relationship of the College with 24-7 Prayer for the larger vision for Waverley Abbey.
> Engage with church leaders, para-church organisations, donors and other key stakeholder groups to develop the mission of the College, ensuring staff are similarly engaged.

> Manage relationships with all relevant external bodies including DfE, Universities, QAA and OfS.

3. Business Development and Student Pipeline
Ensure the College is profitable and has high student satisfaction ratings

> Increasing brand awareness of Waverley Abbey College nationally first and then internationally (working closely with marketing) .
> Delivering quality and excellence in all products and services to students and potential students.
> Establishing and managing efficient and effective enrolment systems to maximise student enrolment onto all courses.
> Ensuring pricing of courses is always competitive and profitable.
> Regularly reviewing product offering and ensuring excellence, and meeting market demand .
> Developing new products that attract and serve students nationally and internationally (especially 20-40 year olds) .
> Thinking global, acting local and putting digital strategy first.
> Developing and implementing strategic relationships with partners and Church networks to drive volume in student pipeline.

4. Research Direction, Course and Learning Development
> Strengthen and extend a committed learning, development, innovation and research environment throughout the College.
> Build the reputation of the College for research and learning development that is relevant, influential and world class .
> Establish the College as a research centre within its HE offerings, that is fit for purpose as a future University.
> Establish a pathway to degree awarding powers.
> Establish credible routes to new courses, HE and non-HE.

5. People
> Lead the College Senior Leadership Team and develop a high performance culture .
> Recruit and appoint senior staff and oversee standards for recruitment of faculty, senior managers and other key roles.
> Oversee the development and implementation of an effective workload allocation model .

Job Description
The Jewish Museum London has undergone substantial positive change over the past two years, moving out of our Camden site and moving to a ‘Museum without Walls’ model. With new leadership installed at both lay and staff levels and a consultation process underway for the development of a five and fifteen-year strategy the Museum is looking for a new member of the team to assist in running the day-to-day administration of the organisation.

Our museum is made up of passionate and expert staff and a collection of over 40,000 objects which are both accredited and designated with Outstanding status by Arts Council England. Our learning programmes hold multiple awards, and our visitor feedback is consistently very high, however, we have much bigger ambitions than our current success. The Museum is looking to expand, in space, in profile and in audience reach. We are looking for someone passionate about our potential to assist the wider team as we move forward to the next phase of the Jewish Museum London.

Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team the appointed candidate will have the organisational and administrative skills to ensure the Museum can effectively run its programmes and help grow the organisation.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
The main role of the Executive Assistant will be to administrate the activities of the Museum. Organizing key meetings on behalf of the Senior Leadership Team (this will include Finance, Ops, Collections and Learning) will be a key part of the role. Excellent communication skills are required as this role will involve liaising with a wide range of
internal and external stakeholders. You will assist with social media and general comms as the Museum’s digital presence continues to develop.
From time to time, you may be asked to provide research and presentations for meetings. In consultation with the Finance Director and Head of Operations, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the day-to-day logistics of Museum activities.

Are you a Solicitor with experience of housing and homelessness law and Legal Aid? If so then consider a move to Shelter you could soon be making a real difference to people affected by the housing emergency.

About the role

Using your legal expertise, you will play a key role in tackling housing injustice and unfair housing practices. You will be working under our Legal Aid contract, delivering legal advice and representing tenants at court where needed. Delivering systemic change through legal challenge to prevent homelessness will also be a considerable part of the role.

You will also work with the team in the Hub to help make sure people in the community are aware of their housing rights and how to enforce them, as well as providing support to Trainee Solicitors and Legal Advisers, ensuring good practice and compliance.

About You

Qualified as a Solicitor with at least three years post qualifying experience, you will have a strong knowledge of housing law and substantial experience of managing a wide range of housing cases. You have strong skills in court advocacy, litigation, research, report writing, file reviews and are able to meet financial targets. You will be able to meet the 2018 SQM supervisor standard in housing and be able to demonstrate experience of working under a legal aid contract.

About The Team

In Merseyside we have been providing housing advice and support services for over 20 years. We have a Community Hub in Anfield where clients can drop in for advice and our team also works across Merseyside in community settings, providing housing advice and advocacy, legal representation as well as practical DIY for people who have previously been homeless. We also work to bring about systemic change by raising awareness of housing rights and supporting local people to campaign on housing issues.

Rape Crisis South London is looking for a skilled and experienced professional who is passionate about improving the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people. 
 

This is an exciting opportunity to lead on the delivery of the South West London (SWL) Child Sexual Abuse Early Emotional Support Service for the CYP service. Working closely with the NHS and Schools you will manage a small specialist counselling team ensuring high-quality, trauma informed support for our young people who have experienced sexual violence. It is essential that you have a good working knowledge of Safeguarding legislation for children and adults, as well as child development. 
 

You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and an ability to develop partnerships with schools, families, funders and other key stakeholders. You will hold a relevant professional qualification in counselling or psychotherapy and be registered with the BACP/UKCP or equivalent. You will have significant experience of working therapeutically with children and young people, ideally in the contexts of trauma or abuse. 
 

Responsible to the Clinical Lead for CYP you will also provide additional support in the management and allocation of referrals, as well as provide additional support and advice as required to the wider CYP Service.
