This is a full-time role in a well-established charity based in Twickenham. This role would suit someone who wants to have the opportunity to work flexibly and build their career in the Charity sector with experience of working in social care.
Richmond Carers Centre has the mission to help unpaid adult carers to live a full, active and meaningful life by providing them with advice, information, activities, breaks and emotional support either face to face, by phone or by email to enable them to live well.
As a Support Worker, you will be part of a small, dedicated team and take a lead on providing emotional support to adult carers and a commitment to enhancing their health and wellbeing. Much of your work will involve actively listening to carers, often via the phone support line, providing information, advice and support.
As part of the Adult Carers Support Team, you will also be involved in organising breaks for carers, outreach activities and leisure events, as well as group work to help enhance carers’ health and wellbeing. Part of the role will also aim to improve the identification, recognition and understanding of the needs of adult carers, raise the profile of adult carers and ensure adult carers needs are met. You will also be expected to work with our volunteers and to use appropriate monitoring and evaluation reports to show our funders what we have achieved.
You will be someone:

Main Duties include:
- To provide a regular telephone support-line, face-to-face and email support, offering appropriate, generic advice
 - To offer a range of service delivery options and be involved in providing those options e.g., breaks, group work, leisure activities or other outreach activities
 - To encourage and assist carers and those they care for to access Care Needs Assessments and Carers Assessments and to take up services that will enhance their lives
 - To complete individual grant applications with carers for respite or if they are experiencing financial hardship due to the cost-of-living crisis
 - To work where appropriate with other service providers/agencies to promote the carer agenda or jointly deliver carer support issues
 - To be proactive in the registration of carers living or caring for someone within the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames
 - To keep accurate records of group and individual carer engagement for monitoring and evaluation purposes
 - To participate in key events organised by Richmond Carers Centre and other relevant partners to promote services to a wider public

The CAS Community Food Partnership is intended to support Food Projects (i.e., Foodbanks, Food Pantries, Top Up Shops, & Community Fridges to name a few) with capacity building and diversifying their operations – enabling them to support their communities and users, with overcoming challenges related to food and income insecurity. The project delivers activities across the county, with each Officer acting as a dedicated point of contact for each district. Activities range from supporting awareness raising of local services (i.e., Healthy Start, Affordable Food information, Cooking Projects) through social media channels to supporting Food Projects to become more resilient, including looking at their food supply chain and supporting the development of innovative solutions.
As the Community Food Partnership Manager you will provide strategic direction, and management to a team of four, and work with partners to ensure the outcomes of the project are met. You will have a good level of knowledge of infrastructure/capacity building support and be an experienced Manager of people. You should have an awareness and understanding of the challenges facing the voluntary sector and be skilled at developing partnerships, be able to demonstrate sound financial acumen, and the ability to navigate multiple priorities.

Tender is an arts charity working with children and young people to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence through creative projects. Our programmes are safe, enjoyable, age-appropriate spaces where young people can engage with sensitive topics and “rehearse” for real-life scenarios. Participants are encouraged to be both consumers and producers of learning through script-work, role-play and creative media such as films and art. Role purpose
The main purposes of this role are:
- Researching, identifying and applying for grant funding and commissioning from statutory sources, trusts and foundations (T&F)
 - Developing and writing high quality fundraising bids which align with the objectives and needs of statutory funders, T&F and Tender’s strategic objectives
 - Managing and maintaining partnerships and relationships with a range of stakeholders (statutory funders, T&F, delivery partners, professionals in the sector, internal stakeholders)

Administration

Health & Safety Coordinator
This is a fixed term contract for 12 months max, to cover maternity leave.
The hours are 37.5 hours per week, Tuesday - Saturday
The role:
The Health & Safety Coordinator will provide support across the Rothschild Foundation to ensure that all appropriate health and safety, risk management, and related compliance systems and procedures are in place, reviewed and updated regularly.
This role is responsible for producing incident reports and submitting RIDDOR reports, undertaking weekly and quarterly playground inspections, as well as responding to all queries - both internally and externally - relating to health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations into workplace and visitor incidents, and be directly responsible for the necessary record keeping and any claims management.
 - Working with the Security Department, and supporting as required with fire testing and safety. You will work with the Head of Security on disaster planning and the disaster team in general
 - Ensure contractor management policy is followed, and new contractors are onboarded correctly with all documents checked
 - Undertake weekly and quarterly routine inspection of the children’s woodland playground at Waddesdon Manor, ensuring all paperwork is completed, reporting any required works, and liaising with ROSPA and the insurers during their annual inspection
 - Make the action points for the H&S Committee meeting, distribute these in a timely manner, and support preparation of the agenda in advance of the meeting
 - Ensure Heads of Departments update and maintain all risk assessments for their business area and that record of awareness forms are completed annually, and remind Heads of Department about conducting new activity risk assessments
 - Coordinate mandatory training for the Rothschild Foundation using the e-learning system and regularly produce reports on staff members that have not completed the required modules and flag to the relevant line manager
 
You will be a great fit if...
You have great attention to detail and excellent record keeping skills, as well as 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role. You'll have experience working in health and safety and the ability to process incident reports and undertake inspections.

                    About the opportunity
As Accounts Assistant focusing on Treasury and Accounts Receivables, you'll play an important role in delivering a high-performing, efficient financial transactions operation with partnership and improvement at its core. This is both an operational and developmental role, offered with the possibility of pursuing a formal qualification such as a financial accounting apprenticeship or another appropriate finance or administration-related qualification.
You'll be part of our Finance & Assurance directorate, reporting to the Financial Transaction Team Officers and working alongside other assistants and trainees. Focusing specifically on Treasury and AR activities, you'll gain broad experience across cash management, income processing, and receivables. From recording and processing financial transactions to supporting month-end and year-end processes, you'll monitor daily communications and role-model brilliant partnership and customer service, support reconciliations and audits, and work in an agile way across multiple projects and workstreams.

Shannon Trust are delighted to be working with His Majesty’s Prison & Probation Service (HMPPS) to provide peer-led learning programmes across a number of prisons. To ensure the continuation of our programmes during times of staff absence, we are now seeking to recruit a Prison Facilitator on a bank working basis to work across the South Central region, covering HMP Aylesbury, HMP Huntercombe and HMP Bullingdon. Working closely with prisons and their staff, people in prison, Shannon Trust volunteers and mentors, this post will support with the delivery and development of our literacy and numeracy programme in the Central region, maximising opportunities for people in prison to learn to read.
Ideally you will have some experience of prison settings underpinned by the ability to build relationships quickly and personal qualities that include resilience, determination and a problem-solving approach. You will also have a willingness to travel, sometimes at short notice, to provide short or long term cover within the region including possible overnight stays.
This role will be prison-based. This is a bank role and so the number of days to be worked will vary and are not guaranteed. Asylum Aid is seeking a solicitor and IAAS-accredited senior caseworker to join its Public Law team, with experience in immigration legal aid, judicial review, and asylum and human rights law. The role involves managing a complex caseload of asylum, trafficking, human rights, and public law claims, providing high-quality legal advice and representation, and conducting judicial review challenges in the Administrative Court and Upper Tribunal. The successful candidate will work closely with the Public Law Supervisor and the Director of Legal Casework to ensure that individual cases are handled effectively while also identifying systemic issues suitable for strategic litigation to achieve broader impact.
In addition to casework, the postholder will contribute to the strategic development of Asylum Aid’s public law work by supervising junior staff, providing training on judicial review procedures, and collaborating with colleagues on internal strategy discussions. They will also engage with external stakeholders and other sector organisations to represent Asylum Aid, contribute to policy discussions, and develop initiatives aimed at increasing the effectiveness of public law challenges. The role requires experience of managing legal aid cases, using case management systems, and complying with regulatory requirements, including applying for and extending legal aid certificates and submitting claims for payment.
The position requires resilience, empathy, and strong organisational skills, as it involves working with vulnerable clients and exposure to distressing material. About the Role
Our Communications Assistant will amplify all the great things the Foundation does. They will be responsible for JPF’s youth-focused social media channels (Instagram, TikTok etc.), creating marketing material focused on inspiring and motivating young people to engage with the Foundation, and our community development. About Your Responsibilities
The Communications Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Communications Team across three areas, as well as supporting a number of other initiatives across the Foundation.
The primary duties are:
Digital Communications and Marketing

Community Development
• Youth consultation Panel (YCP): Work with the JPF team to engage with and support our Youth Consultation Panel to share their opinions and help inform the work of the Foundation.
• Alumni Network: Support the development of the Jack Petchey Alumni Network, a community of past JPF programme graduates, expanding its uptake and planning future events.
• Youth Survey Development: Support the creation, distribution and analysis of JPF’s annual youth surveys.
• Partner Collaboration: Work with the Communications and Engagement Officer to manage our partners to promote their programmes and opportunities to young people.
• Identifying Stakeholders: Collaborate with colleagues on developing JPF’s Patrons and Ambassador’s plan with a focus on young people from the charity’s past as well as social media influencers.

• Event Representation: Attend key events to capture content and represent JPF as a spokesperson when needed.

                    The Sales and Insights Manager leads on the management and development of the CRM database and ticketing system (Tessitura). They are responsible for reporting and in-depth analysis of sales and data with the aim of better understanding our audience and delivering creative, data led, and results driven marketing campaigns.

The Marketing & Communications team is crucial to the success of the Almeida’s ambitious vision and the strategic priorities for the team include:
- Build and manage the brand of the Almeida Theatre across London, the UK and internationally.
 - Take a strategic and data first approach to marketing and promoting the Almeida and its work in order to deliver income targets in excess of £3 million in ticket sales each year.
 - Build and diversify the audience who experience our artistic programme and increase engagement levels among those currently least engaged in arts and culture.
 - Engage with a significantly bigger audience than current ticket purchasers, curating a cultural conversation predominantly through the creation and distribution of digital content.
 - Develop a segmentation strategy for audiences based on insights from our CRM system (Tessitura).
 - Generate additional income from growth of the Almeida Membership and the promotion of auxiliary sales.
 
Key Responsibilities:
CRM:
- Lead on management of Almeida’s central CRM database, Tessitura, and act as principal point of contact with Tessitura for all system maintenance, development, and upgrades.
 - Work closely with the Marketing and Development teams to maximise the use of our CRM systems and ensure they are fit for purpose and align with the goals of the organisation.
 - Ensure the CRM provides an effective sales funnel and is an efficient sales process.
 - Work with the Box Office Manager to set up on-sales for new productions and events.
 - Update the information and content in TNEW (online booking system), working Box Office Manager to ensure a smooth sales path.
 - Work with the Development team to enhance our insight into current and prospective supporters. In particular, working to support Membership recruitment and retention, to encourage donations.
 - Work with the Marketing Manager to produce audience segmentation strategies.
 - Help troubleshoot queries or issues, related to Tessitura filtering those that cannot be resolved internally through to the Tessitura support.
 - Provide support to all of the key departments within the Almeida which generate and use data, including set up of users, and provide training as required.
 - Be a key part of the Almeida’s GDPR team ensuring all our data collection and processing complies with all current and future data protection legislation.
 
Sales, Insights and Data:
- Compile and deliver sales reports and analysis to relevant departments across the organisation, including senior and executive leadership, tailoring reports to suit a range of requirements.
 - Monitor ticket inventory and introduce strategies for managing ticket holds.
 - Provide up-to-date data analysis and reporting on marketing activities to help improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
 - Use sales data analysis to advise the Director of Marketing and Communications on ticket pricing strategies.
 - Manage our digital audience survey (Survey Monkey) and Arts Council data collection platform (Illuminate), collating and reporting on the results and evaluation of campaigns and audiences.
 - Help guide the Almeida’s audience development strategy through customer research and data analysis relating to existing and new audiences.
 - Support other departments with data collection and analysis.
 
Other duties:
- Be jointly responsible for the accuracy of all marketing communications, maintaining the theatre brand at all times, and advocating for this across the organisation.
 - Support the Marketing Manager with digital advertising.
 - Help to develop and deliver marketing strategies to increase income from auxiliary sales such as merchandise and Almeida Café & Bar.
 
Person Specification
- Enthusiasm for theatre and the work of the Almeida.
 - Significant experience of CRM and ticketing systems, ideally Tessitura.
 - Digitally and technologically fluent, with understanding of relevant software and systems.
 - Knowledge of in-depth ticketing data-analysis and reporting techniques.
 - Highly numerate, with an interest in data and statistics.
 - Experience of driving forward key audience development objectives.
 - Strong attention to detail.
 - A creative thinker, problem solver and confident decision maker.
 - Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
 - Ability and confidence in managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Remuneration and Hours:
Salary: £41,000 per annum
Holiday: 25 days per annum
Probationary period: 3 months
Notice period: 3 months
Pension: As part of auto-enrolment you may be eligible for NOW pension. The Almeida contributes 3% of basic salary to a stakeholder pension scheme (Scottish Widows), following 6 months’ service and successful probationary period.
