About the role
As Data Lead, you will facilitate the collection, management, integrity, security and reporting of our programme delivery, quality assurance and evaluation data, supporting the work of the Data and Insights Manager and Head of Impact and Quality. In this role, you will primarily work with our CRM system, Salesforce, alongside other data systems such as Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and FormAssembly.

Main responsibilities
- Lead on data capture of key data points from partner schools, ensuring high quality throughout, efficient processes, and complete data. For example, collection of pupil data, SATs and GCSE results.
- Be responsible for promoting high standards of data integrity across the organisation. This includes supporting staff to develop in their use of data, undertaking regular data integrity activities, and developing solutions to improve data integrity issues at the source.
- Work with the Data and Insights Manager on the administration, maintenance and development of our Salesforce CRM system.
- Support the design, delivery and maintenance of a range of custom reports (in Salesforce or other software), to facilitate external stakeholder reporting and a range of internal project work across departments.
- With the Data and Insights Manager, act as expert in data governance and data protection processes at Action Tutoring, promoting data security and GDPR compliance across the organisation.
- Any other ad hoc responsibilities as deemed relevant by the CEO.
Person specification
We are looking for someone who has:
- Two or more years experience with Salesforce administration, including custom objects.
- Experience administering online data capture software (ideally FormAssembly), including managing integrations with Salesforce.
- Experience working with complex datasets in Excel, including data cleaning in preparation for import/export or analysis.
- Experience generating reports for a range of stakeholders.
- The ability to design data collection processes and system changes that are scalable, impactful, and promote high standards of data integrity.
- Project management experience, including creating project plans, gathering requirements, analysing risks, and managing stakeholders.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; proactive in communicating updates and change to stakeholders at all levels.
- Confidence adapting communication style and approach to develop data skills in others, including those without a technical background.
- A creative and inquisitive attitude about how technology and automation can improve efficiencies across the organisation.
- A good understanding of GDPR compliance and processes.

You may be more successful in the role if you also have:

NAPAC is seeking Call and Email Handlers for our support services in Stockport
NAPAC provides the only free national support service for adult survivors of all types of childhood abuse. We offer specialist, confidential support to all adult survivors of any type of abuse, operated by experienced staff and trained volunteers.
NAPAC works closely with the criminal justice and public health sectors. We support survivors to navigate and understand their options with criminal and civil law, and in healing and recovery. Choice is key, and our website provides a lot of free information for survivors and those supporting them.
As a trusted public-health organisation, people use NAPAC’s services to support their overall health and wellbeing, to build and improve their resilience, and to be able to make brave, positive choices every day – including asking for help when they need it.
Those using our services ask for support with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, isolation, navigating relationships, dissociative identity disorder, reporting to the police, domestic and sexual violence, boundaries, and complex post-traumatic stress. As a support line Call Handler, you will be a key member of our dedicated team, providing emotional support and a safe environment for callers with a wide range of complex issues.
NAPAC offers full training and hands-on support for call handlers with every call they receive. You will use the knowledge and skills you’ve developed through our training to explore issues relating to childhood abuse and it how it effects adulthood and signpost callers to relevant resources and services that can provide more in-depth support. Calls are caller-led, and you will be there to empower each caller to take back control in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
· Follow confidentiality and safeguarding policies
· Provide appropriate signposting to external services in accordance to callers identified needs.
· Ensuring that key record keeping is maintained to the required standard and contributing to service monitoring requirements
· You will have the emotional resilience to be able to support individuals who may be severely distressed, experienced trauma, and people who may be at risk of harm.
· The ability to think on your feet to support callers who may call during panic attacks or flashbacks
· Excellent communication skills, spoken and written.
· Providing email support to individuals.
· Being flexible in your approach to your work in line with changing and growing needs of the support service.
· To be Caller led and be able to keep your own personal boundaries whilst working in your own unique way.
Salary: £26,520 per annum, pro rata, plus pension and an employee benefits package.
Hours: 17.5 per week (0.5 FTE) to be worked flexibly across the week in person. Remote and hybrid working is not available for this role.
Contract: One year, with possibility of extension subject to funding.

About the role:
You will work closely with our regional and country teams to ensure contract delivery in line with objectives, and overall compliance with donor and MAG requirements. Reporting to the Director of Programmes, you will directly support on day-to-day incident management, as well as acting as a focal point ensuring coordinated, timely, and appropriate support to programmes from other departments. You will be an excellent communicator, with significant experience coordinating programme delivery and support functions including human resource management, logistics and procurement, finance and compliance. You will be a strategic leader with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate and influence to drive change. You will be ready to travel internationally, including to insecure and conflict-affected areas, and have a solid understanding of geopolitical dynamics and their security impact. Ultimately you will be proactive, tenacious, pragmatic, and committed to MAG’s mission, values, and approach.
