This job is to work with the cadet media and communications team in creating and delivering digital marketing strategy to increase awareness of both the Army Cadet Force (ACF) and Combined Cadet Force (CCF) mainly through digital platforms including our website and social platforms with the target of increased traffic, awareness, and recruitment. It is an exciting new role with lots of opportunity for personal and professional growth in a hard-working team.
Essential Skills
· A recognised qualification or proven success as a graphic designer or creative media officer, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
· 1 year of hands-on graphic design experience.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; Premiere Pro and After Effects desirable).
· Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and attention to detail across print and digital media.
· Knowledge of contemporary graphic design practices.
· Excellent organisational skills.

Our charity
ACCT UK is a national youth charity dedicated to improving the life chances of young people. The Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA) is a charity dedicated to the promotion of the ideals and activities of the Combined Cadet Force in schools. Together we want to ensure that every young person has the opportunity to learn new skills, build confidence and be inspired through their cadet experience.
We want to develop the youth leadership and training abilities of adult volunteers whilst also helping young people to access cadet activities through fundraising, grant-making, developing new resources and direct support.

- Identifying new opportunities to grow income and engagement in your region, including partnerships with local trusts and businesses.

Shannon Trust are delighted to be working with His Majesty’s Prison & Probation Service (HMPPS) to provide peer-led learning programmes at HMP Winchester.
Working closely with the prison and their staff, Shannon Trust volunteers and mentors, this post will lead the delivery and development of our prison-based reading and numeracy programme, maximising peer opportunities for people in prison to learn to read.
Ideally you will have some experience of prison settings underpinned by the ability to build relationships and possess personal qualities that include resilience, determination and a problem-solving approach.
This role will be prison based, working 4 days per week, Monday-Thursday. The Role
The Senior Digital and Content Manager leads the development and delivery of Malaria No More UK’s digital content strategy — shaping how we inspire action, influence decision-makers and elevate diverse voices to drive progress against malaria.
This is a pivotal role at a pivotal moment. You’ll design and deliver a digital engagement strategy that advances our advocacy and policy change goals, responds to the fast-moving communications landscape, and builds understanding, belief and momentum for investing in the fight to end malaria.
Combining strategic thinking, creative storytelling and digital innovation, you’ll position Malaria No More UK as a bold, credible and solutions-focused voice in the global malaria fight. Managing one staff member (Digital Engagement Officer), you’ll collaborate across the organisation to ensure our digital strategy delivers measurable influence and impact — while staying true to our brand voice: togetherness, momentum and possibility.
The average day in this role will be changeable, so being flexible and good under pressure is essential. From crafting last minute social storytelling posts, to overseeing creative content work being developed, looking ahead to create strategic plans for major events and campaigns coming up, to feeding back on creative work and liaising with multiple partners for sign off. It is a fast-paced role that requires a can-do approach.

We are recruiting a fundraising manager to be responsible for stewarding and cultivating a major supporter to deliver a bespoke charity of the year partnership and a portfolio of community and special events that generates income for their family fund. In this role you will strengthen engagement, drive income, have a creative flair that will deliver memorable fundraising experiences to an influential regional network through a number of activities including runs, walks and gala dinners.
This role sits within our Community and Events team. The team bring together and inspires individuals, families and communities to support the work of Kidney Research UK. They deliver an exciting and diverse portfolio of fundraising activity from physical challenges, to bake sales, to online activities. They’re dedicated to connecting with both new and existing supporters, helping them raise funds, spread awareness, and build a lasting network of #TeamKidney hero's!
You will have proven experience in managing a portfolio of fundraising or special events within a charity or corporate space with experience managing budgets, negotiating suppliers, and monitoring financial performance. In addition, you will have excellent relationship building and communication skills across a range of stakeholders, with exceptional project management and organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail. You will need a full driving licence, with access to a car for attending meetings and events.

Sophie Hayes Foundation (SHF) is a small but mighty charity, empowering women survivors of
modern slavery and exploitation. It is an important time at SHF. Our new strategy ‘Sustainable
Freedom from Modern Slavery’ launched in 2024 and this role is essential for the delivery of the
strategy and ensuring that survivors of modern slavery, human trafficking, and exploitation have
access to the support and opportunities they need to achieve their aspirations, independence
and a positive future. With soaring numbers of referral to the NRM and thousands more victims
living in fear of a hostile environment, this has never been more important than now.
At the heart of Sophie Hayes Foundation’s work will be the support to and empowerment of
survivors of modern slavery and human trafficking and this role is critical to survivors’ journeys
to sustainable freedom.
Alongside a small, friendly and dedicated team, you will coordinate and deliver our
programmes for survivors of modern slavery, including our flagship Employability Programme
(EP) and our Conversational English for Independence (CEFI) course.
You will also work in close partnership of the development and delivery of new programmes for
survivors, embodying our strategic aim of ‘meeting survivors where they are and taking them to
where they want to be’. You will champion the voices of survivors through the work of the
organisation, working with colleagues in CREW to provide continued support to survivors’ long
term.
About the Role
- Deliver Sophie Hayes Foundations Employability Programme and Conversational English for Independence Course to survivors.
- Support development and growth of these and other future programmes.
- Take responsibility for all programme logistics and communications with partners, survivors, and suppliers.
- Accurate data input to and management of internal monitoring and finance systems, working closely with the Head of Programmes to analyse trends and contribute to reporting.
- Actively engage with local, regional, and national partners and anti-slavery networks
- To maintain effective survivor referral pathways and raise awareness of the Foundation’s work.
- Supervise and manage Employability Programme volunteers.
- Contribute to centring survivor perspectives in the work of Sophie Hayes Foundation by sharing and channelling learning from programme delivery to colleagues. Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding across all learning and development activities.
- Other duties which may arise under the implementation of the new strategy, as directed by the Head of Employability Programme.
About You
This role would suit someone who is passionate about supporting others and empowering them
to take the next steps in their journey.
You may have prior experience as a teacher, caseworker or charity coordinator.
