About the role:

This role is offered on a hybrid basis working 3 days at out office in Chandlers Fold and the other 2 days from home.

As a Children & Young Person's Caseworker you will:

• Develop, deliver and monitor safety and support plans for children and young people who accept ongoing support, which will include providing resources, interventions, and information
• Liaise and actively engage with other local providers to share information on the VS service offer and options for victims and survivors
• Use a bespoke case management system to maintain accurate and confidential records and contribute to monitoring information including the collection of outcomes
• Working as part of a team with staff to provide a seamless service to clients

You will need:

• Understanding of the impact of crime on children and young people
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Experience of successfully delivering services and working directly within a statutory, voluntary or multi agency setting(s)
• Ability to balance competing needs and priorities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience of building effective working relationships across internal and external stakeholders
• Personal resilience to manage exposure to highly emotional or sensitive demands of the role
• Ability to manage a caseload including complex case management
• Ability to use generic IT applications competently.

This role involves regular travel and due to the location, a driving license and access to a vehicle is considered an essential requirement. Transforming Lives for Good (TLG) are a national Christian charity working in partnership with local churches to bring struggling children hope and a future. Building on the huge success of TLG Early Intervention Coaching, TLG Therapeutic Support will be a new way for TLG, with partner churches, to provide support in school for the increasing number of pupils struggling to cope due to their emotional, relational, and mental health experiences. This programme addresses the underlying issues children are facing, whilst also providing the option of direct support to their parents/carers and the school staff team.

In this role we are looking for individuals with an accredited coaching qualification that thrive working with children and young people in a school context and are passionate about supporting pupils and their families struggling with emotional, relational, and mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will have an aptitude for creativity whether this is music and drama, sport and outdoor recreation or other fields of kinaesthetic development. The TLG Therapeutic Coach will be present each week in the school, providing specialist trauma aware care for these children, whilst supporting staff and parents/carers too, so we're looking for an individual who can build and foster strong relationships.

We are looking for an Arts Production Coordinator, who will support the artsUCL Producer to expand student-led performance at the Bloomsbury Theatre and Studio, deliver the new artsUCL Fringe Festival, and foster a performance culture rooted in equality of opportunity, professional practice and inclusivity.  They will work closely with student leaders to support all aspects of student-led performances, enable effective collaboration between a number of stakeholders and play a key role in the delivery of our flagship arts events and festivals.
