This is a part-time role of 3 days per week in a well-established charity based in Twickenham. This role would really suit someone who wants to have the opportunity to work flexibly and build their career in the Charity sector.

Richmond Carers Centre has the mission to help unpaid and family adult carers to live a full, active and meaningful life by providing them with advice, information, activities, breaks and emotional support either face to face, by phone or by email to enable them to live well.

As the Adult Carers Activities Coordinator, you will directly deliver our leisure break activity and training programmes. You will plan, deliver, promote and review a programme of activities for adult carers, including outreach activities and leisure events, as well as group work to help enhance carers’ health and wellbeing. The core aim of the activity programme is to provide carers with a much needed break from their caring responsibilities, in a safe and social environment where they can meet other carers and focus on their wellbeing.

Main Duties include:

• To coordinate and deliver an established activities programme for adult carers with the aim to provide them with a break from their caring role and socialise with other carers to help reduce their isolation.
• To coordinate and deliver a training workshop programme to provide carers with information and advice to support them with their caring role and opportunities to learn.
• To work with relevant professionals to deliver a programme of wellbeing activities, including yoga, Pilates and complementary therapies.
• To recruit, train, support and manage volunteers and paid sessional staff to contribute to the delivery of a selection of the activities and workshops.
• To research and continually develop the activities and training programmes to ensure it is responsive to carers needs.
• To create promotional material to promote activities and training opportunities to carers registered with Richmond Carers Centre.
• To work with Adult Carers Support Team Leader to ensure activities are within budget, achieving targets and meeting the requirements of funders.

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a creative, ambitious, and data-driven individual to join us as Senior Officer Digital Optimisation, specialising in UX/UI to lead on the development and delivery of UK for UNHCR’s testing and optimisation strategy to improve conversion rates and user experience online, including our website, donation pages, and various subdomains. The role reports to the Head of Digital Fundraising and manages all donation pages, digital testing and tracking, as well as a range of Google and optimisation products.

The primary purpose is to optimise digital performance through A/B testing across our websites and supporting teams to adopt and implement a test-and-learn framework in their digital channels to raise more funds for refugees.

An existing A/B testing roadmap has been developed and is ready for your input and ideas. However, testing and optimisation is not limited to fundraising and will aim to improve digital conversion and performance across teams, channels and platforms – playing a key part in UNHCR’s annual fundraising programme to enable UNHCR to deliver its vision of a world where every person forced to flee can build a better life.

You will work very closely with the digital fundraising team and wider Individual Giving team, as well as Communications and Philanthropy/ Corporate Partnership colleagues, our digital agency and international fundraising teams.

Passionate about UX/UI and fundraising, you will be a skilled communicator, tech-savvy and an experienced project manager. You will have strong problem-solving skills, a test-and-learn approach and a track record of meeting deadlines and meeting/ exceeding set KPIs.

Role Responsibilities  

• Develop and lead strategy for conversion rate optimisation, including the management of a testing roadmap to regularly execute A/B and multivariate tests and the use of new and existing technology, e.g. heatmapping to reduce friction rates and continuously improve and optimise conversions.
• Lead UX/UI across organisation, overseeing and implementing tests and analysis across teams to improve web experience and achieve required KPIs and objectives.
• Manage Google suite of tools and relevant relationships, ensuring everything is up to date and operating as necessary.
• Manage all donation pages and fundraising landing pages, building new pages, maintaining existing pages and closing pages; identify areas for improvement and work with relevant stakeholders to test and optimise.
• Utilise and manage suite of third-party platforms, e.g. Optimizely, Mouseflow, iRaiser, Sleeknote, Typeform to improve user experience and increase donations and conversions.
• Remain flexible and quickly respond to emergency situations, identifying fundraising opportunities and develop relevant comms and journeys as needed, collaborating with colleagues from across the organisation.
• Use data and insights to produce regular reports on performance against KPIs; use analytics to identify trends and optimise activities based on user behaviour.
• Manage and maintain vanity and tracking links across the organisation, utilising Google Tag Manager and UTMs to monitor performance and results.
• Stay up to date with digital best practices and technology, including sector trends, follow industry policies, including GDPR, PECR regulations, attending training and optimising plans accordingly.
• Stay up to date with issues affecting displaced communities, campaigns from international, content and reports from the field.
• Share creative and insights with UK colleagues, global teams, and HQ.
• Participate in training seminars, workshops, and skill shares where applicable.

Personal Attributes and Experience

Essential Experience

• Experience of implementing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across channels, including paid and organic social, search and display; preferably within the charity sector.
• Experience of developing and delivering strategies for conversion rate optimisation and user experience/user interface. 
• Experience of using digital channels for lead acquisition and conversion to grow income.
• Experience of measuring, evaluating and reporting on digital activity and performance across multiple channels and digital campaigns, paid and organic.
• Experience of working with external agencies and suppliers.

Essential Skills/Knowledge

• Experience of using Google Analytics or other web behavioural analytics tools.
• Experience with experimentation tools like Optimisely or similar.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent written communication skills: able to produce compelling, persuasive, and concise copy for a range of specific target audiences.
• Attention to detail and proofreading skills and an ability to give clear and constructive feedback on creative and copy.
• Proven proficiency with design principles and tools (Canva/Adobe suite).
• Able to demonstrate flexibility and do what it takes to get the job done.
• Understanding of HTML and other coding languages.
• Able to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks and meeting programme deadlines.
• Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management.
• An understanding of GDPR, PECR and other regulatory compliance for fundraising and electronic communication.

 Desirable Skills/Experience

• An understanding of digital fundraising practices and principles
• Experience with Google Tag Manager or other tag management platform is a plus, but not a requirement
• Experience of working across a broad channel mix (social, web, email, SEO, SEM and other Direct Marketing channels would be advantageous).
• Knowledge or experience working with Salesforce (or similar CRM platform).
• Knowledge or experience working with Wordpress and iRaiser (or similar CMS / ecommerce platforms).
• Experience of, or a passionate interest in the charity sector, and the drive to further their fundraising knowledge.

The Business Intelligence Reporting Lead will be the MS Society’s leading expert in Power BI and other reporting tools, playing a crucial role in enhancing the organisation’s data maturity and decision-making capabilities. They will be responsible for the design, development, and management of BI reports and dashboards across multiple BI tools, overseeing their full lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment, maintenance, and optimisation. This includes providing best practice guidance for reporting within systems such as Dynamics and Assemble.

As the expert of BI reporting, they will ensure that staff have access to data, and that reporting mechanisms remains available, effective, and continuously developed to address new and existing challenges. This will involve complex data troubleshooting, including resolving process inefficiencies, data quality issues, and user knowledge gaps. They will work closely with other teams to investigate and resolve these issues.

The BI reporting Lead will contribute to the MS Society’s data, digital, and technical strategy, particularly within Microsoft Azure data architecture, and play a key role in shaping the strategic use of BI tools across the organisation. Through independent research, collaboration with peers, and engagement with stakeholders, they will define the future direction of BI tools, ensuring that the MS Society can fully leverage its data for informed decision-making and operational efficiency.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The role is responsible for delivering comprehensive HR support across the organisation covering recruitment, onboarding, training, and support for performance management and employee relations.  It includes managing volunteer processes and working closely with both internal managers and external HR and training providers.

The postholder will play a key role in maintaining effective HR systems, ensuring policy compliance and supporting a positive work culture.

Key responsibilities

· Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multi-disciplinary teams, including: recruitment, onboarding, DBS checking, training and development, absence and performance management, and leaver processing

· Oversight of SCT’s volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training and administration in collaboration with SCT’s manager

· Working closely with SCT’s outsourced HR support

· Providing SCT managers with guidance on volunteer recruitment and any management issues

· Implementing, maintaining and reviewing an annual training plan for all employees

· Maintaining up-to-date staff files and HR system records including DBS validation, handling confidential employee and volunteer data in line with data protection legislation

· Supporting employee relations by assisting with complaints, grievances and disciplinary procedures including the provision of support to managers on all employee-relations matters

· Working with SCT’s Business Operations Manager to ensure accurate information is provided to SCT’s outsourced payroll administrators to ensure accuracy of all relevant information

· Supporting the ongoing review, development and improvement of clear, consistent and accessible policies and procedures across the organisation

PERSON SPECIFICATION

· CIPD-qualified to level 5: significant HR management experience will also be considered

· 3+years demonstrable generalist HR management experience or similar role types – ideally in a small organisation or NFP

· Demonstrable experience of working across multiple sites

· Excellent communication skills both written and in person with the ability to adapt to a range of audiences

· Experience of presenting materials and report-writing to a range of audiences.

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join the team in this integral role, helping The Access Project achieve its ambitions.

About the Role

You will ensure the effective maintenance and development of Salesforce to support The Access Project’s programme delivery, volunteer recruitment, and partnerships management. You will have full oversight of the system, independently making updates (e.g. reports, fields, custom objects, flows, and user management) and escalating complex needs to Impact Box or the line manager. As the first point of contact for user requests, you will assign and manage queries to ensure timely resolution. The platform integrates with Moodle, requiring collaboration across teams to support online learning and ongoing functionality improvements aligned with organisational goals.

Role responsibilities include:

· Salesforce administration, including managing user roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, and flows.

· Troubleshooting issues, data cleansing and implementing secure system changes.

· Evaluating and deploying Salesforce updates, manage Mass Action Schedulers and document workflows. Advising on system development viability and working in sandbox environments to test and deploy changes effectively.

About You

Someone with previous experience implementing, configuring, or administering Salesforce (1-2 years) would be ideal, as would having experience in an educational or non-profit organisation, but this isn’t essential.

Skills and Competencies:

· Salesforce administration: Ability to manage and maintain user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.

· Reporting and dashboards: Knowledge of how to configure and maintain custom report types, reports, and dashboards

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a self-motivated, personable, and enthusiastic individual to work as part of a team to support and grow our lifesaving clubs as well as developing and grow recognition of and participation in Lifesaving Sport.

Pivotal to the role will be the collaboration with external agencies and clubs in Scotland, to strengthen and publicise our water safety education throughout the region together with supporting the needs of clubs in the region.

KEY TASKS, ROLES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To build and maintain productive relationships with organisations involved in the field of water safety, particularly with Water Safety Wales, Water Safety Ireland and associated partners including attendance at relevant meetings
• To actively recruit and increase the number of clubs affiliated to RLSS UK
• Understand the water safety and drowning prevention geographical landscape across Wales and Ireland and actively seek to enhance lifesaving provision in areas of low activity

The NSPCC’s mission is to end cruelty to children. Today, the NSPCC lobbies government on child welfare issues, leads national campaigns and offers front line services support for thousands of vulnerable children. The Supporter Data Operations team is a team of 15 sitting within the Data and Analytics Hub that process all the fundraising data coming into the society from numerous and diverse sources and maintains and trains staff on our supporter data systems..
