Summary of the role:
The Senior Videographer & Video Editor will lead the creation and management of engaging video content across multiple channels, including social media, fundraising campaigns, and branded content. This role requires strong storytelling, production, and editing skills to develop impactful content that resonates with diverse audiences and drives engagement.
About the Role:
- Shape and oversee the visual tone and identity of Muslim Aid’s video output.
- Work closely with senior management, fundraising, and programme teams to identify stories, campaigns, and opportunities for impactful video.
- Storyboard and record video content including needs assessments, thematical impact stories, staff/donor deployments, and fundraising challenges.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Fundraising teams to develop video strategies aligned with business goals.
- Support the day-to-day running of the video editing team, providing mentoring and technical guidance.
- Ensure all content is high-quality, audience-appropriate, and delivered at pace.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Purpose of This Role:
This is a key role within the NASP Operations team, providing exceptional support to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) currently consisting of CEO, Executive Director of Strategy & Partnerships, and Director of Operations; as well as the Board of Trustees. In addition, the role will play a central role in driving best practice and efficiency across the organisation as part of the wider Operations team.
The role will support communication between NASP and our key stakeholders and partners (including government officials, ministerial departments, and international sector leaders), providing detailed administrative support, requiring a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and an ability to work flexibly and proactively. In addition, the role will act as the main point of contact for our relationship with London's Southbank Centre, where the NASP office is based, including managing room bookings and logistics for key meetings.

Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant:
• Providing detailed diary administration for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), consisting of CEO, Executive Director of Strategy & Partnerships, and Director of Operations; prioritising and taking a pro-active approach to both short and long-term planning
• Providing wider diary and scheduling support for the organisation where appropriate (e.g. senior management meetings)

About the role
As Events Fundraiser you will;
- Meet agreed fundraising targets for events fundraising at Zoe's Place Coventry.
- Create, implement, and evaluate strategic fundraising plans, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and donor engagement strategies.
- Plan, deliver, evaluate, and grow a diverse portfolio of fundraising events, including the development of new opportunities by producing a business case for investment
- Work with third parties and external event suppliers to deliver high-quality events and maintain long-term, valued partnerships.
- Deliver an outstanding and consistent supporter journey across all fundraising events.
- Recruit, support, and manage volunteers to strengthen the events programme.

To be successful in this role, it is desirable that you have had some experience in Events Fundraising however relationship management is key to this role so other transferrable skills will also be considered.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Education Executive plays an important role in the facilitation and delivery of RLSS UK’s Education Strategy and will be a key contributor towards our organisation’s goal to ensure everyone can Enjoy Water Safely, Free From Drowning. The role supports the Education Manager with the implementation of educational initiatives throughout the whole of the UK and Ireland and works with both external partners and colleagues within RLSS UK to communicate our vital water safety messages to young people in an accessible, engaging and inclusive way. RLSS UK are leading experts in water safety and this role aims to grow both the number of children that receive our life-saving education but also looks to diversify the audience through adaptable resources and new approaches.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the Education Manager and colleagues throughout the organisation to deliver the RLSS UK ‘Education Strategy’, ensuring that that more young people have access to quality water safety education
- Facilitate education pilots and new interventions that are informed by the ‘Education Strategy’
- Administer future developments of RLSS UK’s education packages, ensuring that they are impactful and inclusive
- Work closely with the Volunteering Team to extend the capability of the community to deliver water safety education, providing volunteers, partners, and members with the relevant information and resources, thus standardising the delivery of our education programme
- Communicate regularly with schools, colleges and other educational institutions, encouraging the growth and stewardship of our education workforce, so that RLSS UK is more visible in schools and youth settings across the UK and Ireland
- Deputise for the Education Manager and occasionally represent RLSS UK at wider forums and groups as someone knowledgeable about water safety education
- Work with RLSS UK internal teams to ensure educational resources are up to date, accessible and attractive to a variety of different audiences

SCOPE OF WORK
1. Communications Strategy & Leadership

Lead on delivery and implementation of a new communications strategy, building on 2025 planning foundations.

Summary and key purpose
This new role will be primarily responsible for developing, marketing and managing our individual giving together with working across other fundraising disciplines. You will be a key member of our fundraising team, producing compelling fundraising communications, stewarding individual donors, including regular donors and gifts in memory. You will ensure that our donors receive excellent care.
Our Individual Giving programme will incorporate one-off donations, regular giving, digital fundraising, appeals and in-memory giving. You will do this, with the support of our recently appointed fundraising agency, who you will manage our relationship with week by week.
A critical element of the role will be how we market ourselves to potential new donors, taking them on an emotional engagement journey in order to solicit regular gifts.
Your expertise and skills:

Kineara has a new vacancy for an experienced Housing support worker to join our small and dedicated team for our new School Housing Advice project.
About the project
The School Housing Advice Support Project builds on the success of a pilot program and aims to provide tailored housing advice and support to families, particularly those living in temporary accommodation (TA). The project started in January 2025 and is currently being delivered at three primary schools in the borough of Southwark.
The initiative offers practical housing advice, casework, workshops, and legal support through a collaborative partnership between Kineara and Southwark Law Centre. It also addresses challenges such as poor housing conditions, legal proceedings, and impacts on families' health and wellbeing.
About the role
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and compassionate support worker to deliver housing advice and practical support to parents from four Primary Schools in Southwark. This role involves conducting housing surgeries, providing follow-up casework, and running workshops to empower clients with the knowledge and skills to address their housing-related issues. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions to help them achieve sustainable housing outcomes. The role will be based mostly in Southwark, and you will be working in partnership with schools, community organisations and the council to coordinate tailored support for each client to avoid eviction and sustain tenancies, address suitability of the property, mediating with landlords where necessary and providing advice for onward housing when needed. The objectives of these programmes are to avoid evictions, sustain tenancies or move to a better suited property, improve wellbeing and awareness of tenancy rights and housing polices.

AFK is a national charity creating opportunities for children and young people who are disabled or neurodiverse, to increase their independence, reach their individual potential and remove the barriers they face. Our vision is a world where there are no barriers to independence for children and young people who are disabled or neurodiverse. As part of this we provide bespoke employment skills training and organise work experience across North London.
At a national level, we provide mobility equipment not available on the NHS for disabled children and young people up to the age of 25.
Overall Job Purpose
To support young people aged 18+ with a range of disabilities/neurodiversity to progress towards and into employment. The role will be to primarily liaise with employers and brokering new opportunities for supported and unsupported employment. You will also work with young people assessing their employability skills and place young people into employment, some voluntary roles and work placements. We’re looking for a permanent full-time support officer to contribute their skills, experience, and personality to add value to our Blesma Support team within the Independence and Wellbeing department at Blesma, The Limbless Veterans. The role is a varied one, focusing on all aspects of welfare and support to our members.
This home-based role is to support Blesma members in the South West of England by providing a lifeline to members by delivering effective wellbeing support and advice to help reduce the negative impacts of disability and to assist them in leading independent and fulfilling lives. The role also involves representing Blesma and enhancing the charity’s profile within the local community of your area of responsibility.
The Independence and Wellbeing team works collaboratively across the Association to ensure Blesma’s programmes and services can help our service personnel, veterans and their families.
Blesma is unique as a membership Association as well as a charity. Our members are the heart of all our work – therefore, the impact of Support Officers is clearly visible in the experiences of our inspirational limbless veterans.
