About the role

As Marketing Manager (Telemarketing & Regular Giving Growth), you will develop and deliver effective telemarketing and cross-channel campaigns to grow the value of our Regular Giving base. By understanding donor motivations, you will deliver campaigns that prompt action and drive income through upgrade, conversion, cross-sell, winback, reactivation, and stewardship activity.

You will work within a multi-disciplinary squad, collaborate closely with colleagues across Public Impact, and manage relationships with external agencies to deliver engaging, data-driven campaigns that keep our supporters at the heart of everything we do.

In this role, you will:

• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary squad to engage supporters and grow the lifetime value of our Regular Giving base, using data and insight to understand audience needs and motivations.
• Plan and deliver telemarketing campaigns with a multi-channel approach to achieve ambitious regular giving growth income and donor conversion targets.
• Drive upgrade, cross-sell, reactivation, winback and conversion telemarketing campaigns utilising Email, Direct Mail, and SMS, ensuring optimal performance and return on investment.
• Develop inspiring, audience-focused creative and calling guides, working with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality supporter experiences.
• Collaborate with data and insight teams to develop robust campaign selections, embedding test-and-learn principles to improve results.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, sharing insights and learnings to inform future activity.

• Significant experience delivering telemarketing campaigns that grow existing customer or supporter value.
• Experience planning and delivering multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns, including Telemarketing, Direct Mail, Email, and SMS.
• Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex campaigns on time and to budget.
• Experience managing external partners, including telemarketing and creative agencies, to deliver high-quality work.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.

Corporate Fundraising Manager (Maternity Leave Cover)

Hours: 35 hours per week, 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday

Location: Hybrid (Office in Amersham, Buckinghamshire), with occassional travel across the UK

Job Description:

In this interim role, you’ll play a key part in driving forward our corporate partnerships work to build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with businesses and organisations to support our mission. You’ll identify and develop high-value opportunities, inspire charitable giving, and provide excellent stewardship to ensure partners feel valued, engaged, and motivated to continue their support. 

You’ll also contribute to maintaining a healthy and active pipeline of new prospects, supporting the long-term sustainability of our work. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership 

• Lead the corporate fundraising programme at Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity, working closely with the Director of Fundraising & Communications, Director of Development, and Brand & Marketing Manager. 

• Deliver an ambitious corporate partnerships strategy that supports both regional (aligned with Roald Dahl Nurse locations) and national growth. 

• Contribute to the overall strategic planning of the Fundraising and Communications team, supporting the charity’s broader income and engagement goals. 

• Provide leadership and direction to the Corporate Fundraising Executive 

Corporate Partnership Development 

• Identify, research, package and secure high-value corporate partnerships, including Charity of the Year, sponsorship, cause-related marketing, and employee fundraising opportunities. 

• Proactively grow and manage the new business pipeline, forecasting income and tracking likelihood of success, ensuring alignment with agreed income targets. 

• Build creative, compelling cases for support and deliver inspirational, tailored pitches and proposals to senior corporate audiences. 

• Horizon scan to identify new partnership opportunities and emerging sectors, working closely with the Programmes Team to align fundraising opportunities with service delivery and impact. 

Account Management & Stewardship 

• Deliver high-quality relationship management for all existing corporate partners, ensuring clear communication, excellent stewardship, and sustained engagement, with support from the Director of Fundraising & Communications, CEO and other senior staff as needed. 

• Create and implement bespoke fundraising plans and incentives to support multi-year, mutually beneficial partnerships. 

• Prepare engaging, tailored assets and communications including proposals, presentations, impact reports and updates for corporate supporters. 

• Represent the charity confidently at meetings and events, delivering presentations and engaging with stakeholders at all levels. 

Performance & Financial Management 

• Track, analyse and report on income, ROI, and engagement across all corporate partnerships. 

• Manage the corporate fundraising income and expenditure, reporting performance against forecasts. 

• Maintain oversight of all contractual agreements and partnership terms for corporate partnerships and cause-related marketing. 

Cross-Team Collaboration & Support 

• Work collaboratively across the Fundraising and Communications team to deliver a calendar of corporate fundraising events, campaigns, and activity. 

• Contribute content and stories to the charity’s website, newsletter, annual review, and other external communications. 

• Ensure strong collaboration with the Programmes Team to develop impactful narratives. 

• Support the maintenance of accurate records on Beacon, ensuring all corporate fundraising activity is logged in our CRM system.

This is a permanent, part time opportunity working 21 hours per week.

The Ogden Trust is a family charitable trust which supports the teaching and learning of physics. The Trust delivers professional development programmes for teachers of physics across England, supports schools and multi-academy trusts to improve their physics provision and works with universities to support high-quality physics enrichment.

The person in this role will work as part of the operations team to ensure that all Ogden Trust programmes are delivered to a high standard. The postholder will work with programme managers across teams to administer the activities of the Trust in line with agreed systems and processes. Remote working will be considered, but office based is preferred.

The role will involve administrative and logistical support across the operations of the Trust, including processing applications, event logistics, monitoring event/programme participation, data processing and communications support.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic relationship fundraiser to lead a step-change in major donor giving at the Trust. 

This role is for you if you are self-motivated and driven to ensure that targets are hit and projects are delivered to the highest possible standards. 

You will have demonstrable experience of securing and managing 5-figure+ gifts from donors and be a sophisticated communicator with a collaborative approach and the confidence to build relationships with and inspire colleagues, Trustees and donors.

As Grants and Bids Manager, you will manage statutory funding applications of five, six and seven figure multi-year income compliant with commissioner/funder requirements and oversee the project management of applications – managing timelines, activities, delegating tasks and ensuring stakeholders meet them, support decision-making through providing relevant and informed advice and producing high quality funding proposals and applications.

This year, we’ve embarked on a bold, strategic initiative to enhance our data capabilities.

We’re aiming to improve our data use, integration and analytics to increase engagement, maximise impact and drive forward our strategic goals. • Manage the technical and security risk registers and, with a risk based approach, mitigate risks to the best of our ability
• Embed principles of best value and money saving into all technology decisions

We’ve made a significant investment in our Microsoft suite and have transitioned services to Azure. We’re also building a cloud infrastructure to support the Organisation’s mission critical data use improvement project.

Our Infrastructure Systems Manager plays a crucial role in the development, support and maintenance of these systems, implementing the tools and technology we need as well as driving the reduction of IT costs where possible.

This role is responsible for:

• Maintenance of technical infrastructure based on Microsoft technologies
• Automated process creation to ensure systems are monitored and managed
• Migration of remaining on premise systems to Microsoft cloud based solutions
• Maintenance of legacy systems and processes where necessary
• Ensuring systems are highly accessible and available
• Advice to the Organisation on best practice on technology

For this role we’re looking for:

• Broad expert technical knowledge of IT Infrastructure based on both cloud and on premise Microsoft technologies
• Knowledge of Dynamics CRM 365 and associated technology
• Knowledge of Azure services, PowerApps, DataVerse
• Knowledge of sound backup and security protocols
• SQL (SSIS, SSRS) knowledge
• Experience of managing external stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers

DPP is recruiting a Fundraising Manager to lead on major donor and regular giving, as well as organise events. This is a new role within our team and would be well-suited to a fundraiser that is looking for a new challenge and to bring their experience and ideas to a small, passionate team. 

We are seeking a highly committed, proactive and professional Deputy Service Manager to lead in the operational management of a specialist registered care home located in Witham, Essex. The service has been developed to meet the needs of people who have a learning disability and/or physical disabilities. They may also need support in managing a variety of health conditions including epilepsy and dysphagia.

The service supports 18 individuals in three detached bungalows. The accommodation has been carefully designed to meet the 24 hour needs of individuals that live there and has been rated as Good by the CQC. All tenants receive well planned, personalised support to enable them to be more confident and independent. The care provided includes aspects of intimate personal care, medication administration including epilepsy rescue medication, moving and handling and support with nutrition.

As the Deputy Service Manager, you will work together with the Registered Manager to ensure that the service remains of the highest quality, meeting all CQC and contract requirements and that this can be demonstrated through comprehensive quality and monitoring/auditing processes. You will ensure that the service works in a cohesive and coordinated manner and that clients experience a fully integrated and seamless care, support and housing experience.

You will ensure that the personalized care and support delivery is in accordance with agreed care plans, enabling clients to continue to enjoy wellbeing, quality of life and community connections. You will promote and re-inforce a culture of responsive, person-centered practice and active support across the service, with relationships based on respect and unconditional positive regard.

Significant practitioner or management experience in services for people with a learning and physical disabilities is essential alongside a warm, person centred and respectful approach. You should ideally have a relevant professional qualification (e.g. Diploma in Social Work, RMN NVQ 3/4/5) and/or a degree level or post- graduate qualification. The Role 

Vocabulous is an innovative online resource to aid targeted and explicit vocabulary teaching in Key Stage 2 and 3 English lessons. We are a small, fast-growing education technology company looking for an innovative, organised and enthusiastic individual to join our team. Our Operations and Engagement Coordinator will be a key support role, responsible for keeping the business running smoothly day-to-day, while also engaging directly with our schools and teachers.

This varied role combines administration, customer communication, social media/marketing support, and basic system management (CRM). You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, ensure processes run efficiently behind the scenes, and help us build strong relationships with schools and teachers. 

We are a small organisation with a social purpose, so we are looking for someone who is excited about the job description, but who is also interested in learning more about all aspects of running an education start-up and keen to support Vocabulous’ strategy and growth beyond their job role.  

Position: Operations and Engagement Coordinator 
Location: York and Harrogate (the business is based in York until December 2025 then moves to Harrogate in January 2026) 

Flexibility: At least 2 days in the office and the rest either remote or in the office as preferred 
Hours: 30 hours a week across 4-5 days 
Salary: £21,600 (£27,000 FTE) per annum 
Contract: Fixed Term Contract until Summer 2026, with possibility of extension dependent on funding

Key responsibilities include: 

Administration & Operations 

• Provide general administrative support across the business. 

• Manage and maintain our CRM system, ensuring data is accurate and up to date. 

• Assist with scheduling school training and catch-up calls, document preparation, and email correspondence. 

• Content development for the new KS2 and KS3 curricula, including example sentence writing. 

• Create and format new resources such as worksheets and certificates. 

• Upload new content to the Vocabulous website. 

Customer Engagement & Support 

• Respond to teacher enquiries by email or video call. 

• Help onboard new schools, including scheduling and leading basic online training sessions. 

• Monitor schools’ site usage and provide support to teachers via email. 

• Monitor teacher feedback and flag issues or opportunities for improvement. 

• Proactively recruit new schools to use Vocabulous and secure commitments from returning schools. 

Marketing & Communications 

• Support the creation and scheduling of social media content. 

• Assist with email campaigns, newsletters, and website updates. 

• Contribute ideas for content, customer stories, and events that build our community. 

• Attend selected education conferences to manage our exhibition stand. 

Skills & Experience 

Essential 

• Strong organisational and administrative skills and attention to detail. 

• Clear and confident communicator (written and verbal) with a professional, friendly manner. 

• Comfortable learning new technology tools (CRM, social media platforms, etc.). 

• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently in a small team. 

• Interest in education and technology. 

• Ability to work at least 2 days a week in the office in Harrogate.

Desirable 

• Experience with CRM systems or customer support. 

• Experience delivering basic online training or onboarding. 

• Familiarity with tools such as Pipedrive, Canva or MailerLite. 

• Experience creating or managing social media content.
