We’re looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to lead and shape how Blood Cancer UK is seen and understood by audiences across the UK, on a maternity cover basis.
You’ll lead the strategy and delivery of brand marketing and major brand campaigns, working across teams and with agency partners to ensure our communications are clear, consistent and audience-led. With a strong focus on insight and performance, you’ll champion an audience-first approach, embedding segmentation and learning into decision-making across the organisation.
This is a highly collaborative role for a strategic brand marketer who combines big-picture thinking with practical delivery. The role is based in London with hybrid working, and you’ll be expected to attend the office 1–2 days per week on average, with some additional travel as required. The Role
Join an ambitious not for profit organisation that helps to design, fund and scale better solutions to complex social problems.
As the Head of Data and Analytics, you will shape the future of the national data and digital ecosystem driving a step-change in how programme captures, interprets and uses insight to strengthen employment outcomes across England. You will lead the team through significant technical and cultural change, fostering new ways of working, building capability, and enabling colleagues at every level to confidently apply data in decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic oversight of IPS Grow data analysis and business intelligence functions and, in collaboration with expert Digital colleagues, IPS Grow digital tools
- Strategic leadership of IPS Grow information systems
- IPS Grow Lead for information governance and data protection
- Budget management and other senior team responsibilities
This role goes far beyond business-as-usual.
About You
We are seeking someone who thrives in complex environments, brings clarity and momentum to change, and is motivated by the chance to modernise systems, strengthen data governance, and build a high-performing analytics function that supports national impact.
You will have:
- Experience of designing and leading data strategy at a senior level.
- Experience of managing a national programme and/or large scale change.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record in data governance and compliance (e.g., GDPR) and the associated standards and requirements when hosting and processing personal data on behalf of public sector organisations.
- Strong track record of leadership in data, insight, and analytics roles within complex or matrixed organisations.
- Expertise in the development and use of Customer Relationship Management systems, such as Salesforce
- Expertise in data analysis and business intelligence, including PowerBI, Tableau and/or similar analytics and data visualisation tools

About you

Hands-on experience with experimentation programmes—ideally within enterprise environments—is essential, as is the ability to influence product decisions through robust data and testing.
You bring working knowledge of Figma, GA4, and front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience in managing and/or coaching others is important, as you’ll help support and develop talent within our team.

The role

- Leading and overseeing multi-site operations, ensuring consistently high standards of care, safeguarding and support
- Holding accountability for regulatory compliance, quality assurance and service improvement

- Ensuring services are financially sustainable, working closely with finance colleagues on budgets and resources
- Developing, coaching and inspiring senior managers and leaders to perform at their best

About you
We are looking for a values-led, strategic and credible leader who brings:
- Senior leadership experience within social care, housing, homelessness or a closely related sector
- A proven track record of leading multi-site services and managing senior operational leaders
- Strong experience of working within regulated environments and delivering high-quality, compliant services
- Sound financial and commercial awareness, with experience of managing budgets and resources of a similar scale to Keychange (250 staff across 10 sites)
- A passion for developing people, culture and values-driven practice
- A personal commitment to the Christian faith and active agreement with the Keychange mission, vision and faith basis. (This is a genuine occupational requirement under the Equality Act 2010)
You will be someone who combines strategic thinking with practical delivery, and who leads with integrity, humility and purpose.
