We're looking for an individual with extensive data strategy and leadership experience to join us as our Head of Data and Analysis here at Save the Children UK. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team and embed a data-driven, supporter-centric culture that drives income growth, supporter engagement and impact as we enter a period of transformation.

Note: This role is a 14-month maternity cover contract.

About the role

As Head of Data and Analysis, you will play a vital role in transforming how data and insights drive strategic decisions across our Public Impact division. You'll lead the development and delivery of a forward-looking data strategy, enabling agile, insight-led campaign planning and supporter engagement. You'll also play a key role in leading the team through technological and cultural change, championing collaboration and capability-building across multidisciplinary teams.

Joining our Public Impact Division and reporting to the Director of Public Income & Engagement, you’ll be leading Data and Analysis teams who are passionate about harnessing the power of data to deepen supporter engagement, increase income, and deliver relevant, impactful experiences.

About you

With a proven track record of successfully guiding teams through transformation, you'll have a strong background in data strategy and leadership with a passion for unlocking the power of data to drive income and engagement.

You'll have: 

• A strong track record of leadership in data, insight, and analytics roles within complex or matrixed organisations.

• Experience successfully leading teams and departments through transformation or change programmes.

• A deep understanding of data strategy, marketing technology ecosystems, supporter lifecycle engagement, and performance measurement.

• Strong understanding of analytics methodologies and approaches, including digital analytics.

We are looking for an awesome conference producer to grow our in person events offering for our community of Pupil Premium Leads across the 1,700 secondary schools in our network

Your role will be to produce face to face conferences that provide them honest, open and trusting spaces to share how they really achieve their results in practice.

What's the role?

Your job will be to produce in person conferences, with a difference, for Pupil Premium Leads in 

Events where practitioners don’t just share what’s worked but also what hasn’t. Openly and transparently.

The aim is to curate powerful and practical warts and all stories, which attendees can ask questions about and dig deep into each other's work.

  • Glossy key notes delivered by non serving leaders telling serving leaders what to do
  • Only sharing their successes
  • Surface level panels that don’t say anything of substance about how leaders do what they do
  • Lots of passive sitting and listening in big audiences
  • Not developing deep and lasting relationships between attendees
  • Where the events are geared entirely towards promoting products and services more than the amazing PPM leaders and their practice

What experience and track record do you have?

It’s not essential you tick every box. But the more boxes you can tick the better. It goes without saying, we can help you gain and learn from the experiences you haven’t had yet.

• Education and/or teaching: Knowing how the MAT and schools system works is a must. Knowing who does what PPM role in schools will help bring the right people in the right conversations and the right time. Knowing and understanding the kinds of problems and types of conversations school leaders and teachers is also essential for this role

• Conference production: researching topics, inviting and booking speakers, crafting promotional materials, shouting loudly and proudly about the events and filling up spaces.

• Project management: Planning, tracking and delivering on project objectives across several workflows on time, every time. Managing multiple audiences who are likely to be at different stages of their engagement cycle.

• Customer Relationship Management: designing, building and automating CRMs including sales pipeline design and management eg Hubspot and Airtable

• Copywriting (and digital marketing and email workflow design): designing and writing posts and emails that convert - whether than be speaker invitations, promotional posts or conference onboarding emails.

• Digital marketing integration and automation: integrating and automating digital marketing platforms like eg MailChmip, Hubspot, Airtable and Zapier. Automating drip campaigns and email workflows.

About the role

We're looking for someone who wants to build their career in marketing and digital communications and has a knack for administrative tasks, great writing skills and an eye for detail. Events Fundraising Manager role:

We are seeking a highly organised, creative, and results-driven Event Manager to lead and grow Roundabout’s events portfolio. This is a pivotal role in our fundraising team, taking overall responsibility for the planning, delivery, and evaluation of our events programme to maximise income, engage supporters, and raise awareness of youth homelessness in South Yorkshire.

As Event Manager, you will have ownership of our flagship events — A Night at the Musicals, Sleep Out, and The Yorkshire Chocolate Festival — ensuring they are delivered to the highest standard and achieve ambitious fundraising targets. You will also lead the development of our third-party events calendar, identifying and leveraging opportunities such as the Sheffield 10k, Tough Mudder, and Sky Dives to engage new audiences.

Your role will combine strategic planning with hands-on delivery. You will:

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and technically astute Project Manager to join our Projects team. This role will oversee projects that use artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to improve education access, equity, and outcomes across the three pillars of Theirworld’s work: Best Start in Life, A Safe Place to Learn, and Skills for the Future.

The successful candidate will support the development and delivery of innovative pilots, including projects that explore how AI and technology can equip children and youth with the competencies, digital fluency, and adaptive skills needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world. You will manage local partnerships, steer experimentation, and ensure robust learning cycles that contribute to Theirworld’s pilot-to-scale strategy.

This role is ideal for someone who seeks greater depth of knowledge, impact-driven, and excited to shape how emerging technologies can accelerate educational equity in low-resource settings.

This role is for maternity cover but with the possibility of extension.

Main Responsibilities

Project Management

• Manage a diverse portfolio of education projects across Theirworld’s three pillars – Best Start in Life, A Safe Place to Learn, and Skills for the Future, with an emphasis on those leveraging AI and emerging technologies.

• Oversee programme planning, budgeting, delivery, reporting and learning for projects, ensuring milestones are met, partners are supported, and learnings are captured.

The Projects Administrator will support the Projects Manager in identifying, evaluating and overseeing projects in Central Asia including Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have some background in project management, strong organisational skills, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of suffering Christians through effective grant management

Main duties and responsibilities

· Project Identification and Evaluation

o Focusing on Central Asia. evaluate project applications for alignment with BA's mission, feasibility, risks, issues, and impact. This includes assessing comprehensive project plans, their objectives, timelines and budgets.

o Form part of the disaster response team for Barnabas Aid

• Assist in identifying potential partners and projects that support persecuted and suffering Christians.

Your contribution to the team 

Your role as Project MEL and Grants Officer will be critical in achieving the goals of the Projects Team to deliver high-quality support in monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL), project and grant management to colleagues across the organisation. You will support the Senior Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer to roll-out innovative approaches to how the organisation captures impact, shares success stories and learns from one another. You will support colleagues to understand compliance requirement of grants and to identify, assess and realign projects to ensure delivery against these requirements and project objectives. You will play a vital role to ensure the uptake and usability of our organisational grants and project management platform called PEBI (Project Ecosystem for Business Intelligence).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support project and organisational MEL 50%
• Support colleagues to design log frames, indicators and results framework for projects and how to align them with global indicators;
• Support colleagues to develop, improve and contextualise data collection and reporting tools and methodologies;

Tender is an arts charity working with children and young people to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence through creative projects. Our programmes are safe, enjoyable, age-appropriate spaces where young people can engage with sensitive topics and “rehearse” for real-life scenarios. Participants are encouraged to be both consumers and producers of learning through script-work, role-play and creative media such as films and art. Throughout, we enable young people to explore their choices, rights and expectations in relationships and to recognise the early warning signs of abuse.

We have a Birmingham office and a London office. This role could be based in either office. If London-based, regular travel to Birmingham would be expected. 

The Role 

Key Responsibilities 

Grants Administration and Co-ordination 

• Support the Programme Development & Partnerships Manager in preparing, reviewing and documenting memoranda of understanding, agreements, agreement modifications according to the needs of Islamic Help. 

• Coordination of the due diligence process with partners. 

• Support the Programme Development & Partnerships Manager to develop, finalise and monitor partner funding. 

• Support the preparation and follow-up of grants opening meetings, monthly review meetings, and grant closing meetings. 

• Ensure that office grants are processed in a timely and effective manner in accordance with our policies, procedures and standards. 

• Provide support to approved projects and ensure there is continuous oversight and support throughout the project management cycle including financial and periodic reporting. 

• Be self-administering including maintaining fundraising pipeline spreadsheets and monitoring progress against activities. 

• Maintenance of records and files in line with IH document management and IT policies. 

• Liaise with the  finance team to ensure grants have been received and are allocated / restricted as appropriate.  

• Support the programmes team in grants management, programme development, monitoring and evaluation, and external relations activities as requested. 

Compliance and Reporting 

• Support donor reporting processes, co-ordinating with the field staff to ensure the timely submission of high-quality programmatic reports and co-ordinate with Finance to ensure timely submission of financial reports. 

• Ensure quality information management through regular maintenance of grant files, reporting calendars, timely submission and updating of internal documentation and other grants tools. 

• Support compliance of programmes with donor and Islamic Help requirements and raise issues affecting external/internal compliance to management staff. 

Researching Funding Opportunities  

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the profile of current funders and Islamic Help’s relationship with them, including the need for reports and updates. 

• Grow the support of current funders, identifying opportunities for them to continue their support.  

• Maintain and update the database and tracker sheet with details of projects and relevant funding streams. 

 Proposals and Funding Applications  

• Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the organisation and its work. 

• Work closely with the Programme Development & Partnerships Manager to identify and pursue fundraising opportunities. 

• Assist, when required, the Programme Development & Partnerships Manager in the development and co-ordination of high-quality proposals and concept papers for submission to donors. 

• Build strong and effectve relatiionships with Islamic Help teams in the UK and overseas. 

• Support the programmes team in the on-going development of departmental strategy.  

 Partner and Donor Relationships 

• Develop and strengthen relationships with current partners and identify and cultivate relationships with potential new partners/donors through a range of communications including by phone, in writing and face to face meetings as appropriate.  

• Assist in co-ordination of existing relationships through professional account management and communicating the impact of our work to partners in a compelling way.  

• Maintain accurate partner and donor records in order to monitor, evaluate and report on fundraising activity. 

 Other Responsibilities:  

• Support the Programme Development & Partnerships Manager on the management of the department including development of departmental calendar, coordinating meetings with agendas and record keeping, oversight and development of departmental workplan. 

• Communicate with offices and partners as and when necessary and communicate progress or queries to colleagues. 

• Support the programmes team in the analysis of budgets and reports to determine impact, achievements and outputs. 

• Prepare feedback reports for donors and other stakeholders within appropriate timeframes. 

• Provide marketing colleagues with appropriate beneficiary data and case study material etc. 

• Verify budgets, invoices and financial liquidation reports to ensure that money is being spent according to the approved operational budget, plan and conduct appropriate desk reviews. 

• Review budgets and communicate any changes where needed. 

• Ensure the prioritisation of the most vulnerable within the communities Islamic Help serves by adopting a pro-active, holistic approach to safeguarding. 

• Contribute to department workplans, help set budgets and manage programme funds. 

• Support the programmes team on Emergency Response including – development of Emergency Response process, first response, setting up Emergency Panel, development of surge capacity and the development of proposals and reporting 

• To participate and actively engage, under the supervision of the Director of International Programmes, as part of Islamic Help’s first response to an emergency, including but not limited to travelling to emergency response locations, planning and implementing emergency response projects and liaising with partners and others to ensure successful implementation 

• Support the partnerships department with partner care – accompanying partners on field visits wherever needed to ensure the smooth coordination of operations and projects

About the Adopt a School Trust
Founded in 1990, the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts’ Adopt a School Trust is a national charity delivering food education in schools. The Adopt a School team, members of The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, and those in the hospitality industry trained by us, work with schools with the aim of passing on their passion and expertise. Our vision is that every child learns about food in a holistic sense and has the confidence to eat well, be healthy and happy. Our programme helps children to develop healthy eating habits and encourages an enthusiasm and interest in food and cooking, as well as giving an insight into the hospitality industry.

About the role
In August 2025 we completed the initial phase of implementing the charity’s first CRM system, Beacon. It marks the beginning of an exciting phase of development for the charity that will continue through to the end of 2028 and include other projects to significantly modernise and improve our operations.

A further period of Beacon implementation will follow throughout the 2025-26 academic year. The CRM and Programme Administrator is a new role, created primarily to fill a pressing need for extra admin and office support. However, there is potential for the role to grow alongside the charity’s ongoing digital transformation.

Our CRM system is heavily customised to meet the unique requirements of the Adopt a School programme. Due to the often-complex nature of facilitating relationships between busy schools and hospitality professionals, our system is only lightly automated at present, but this may change in future.

The successful applicant will join a small and friendly team, working closely with our CRM, Learning and Engagement Manager to coordinate the day-to-day delivery of the Adopt a School programme. Other colleagues and key collaborators include:

• our team of Regional Chefs
• the chefs and hospitality professionals who volunteer their time and expertise to deliver sessions in schools
• the schools who participate in our programme
• our fundraisers, supporters, partners and suppliers
• the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts team, with whom we share our London office.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Main duties

To coordinate the Adopt a School programme for active schools, chefs and volunteers. Responsibilities to include:

• Monitoring a shared Outlook inbox, responding to enquiries about the programme and liaising with schools, chefs and volunteers to coordinate sessions.
• Setting up school subscriptions and sessions in the CRM as they’re confirmed.
• Using third party tools (such as Google Forms and SurveyMonkey) to collect registration forms, onboarding information, safeguarding data and evaluation surveys.
• Sharing allergy information and photo permissions with chefs and volunteers.
• Ordering hats, aprons and other classroom resources to be delivered to schools, chefs and volunteers.
• Preparing bookkeeping information for schools that need to be invoiced.
• Processing applications and expressions of interest from new schools and volunteers.
• Maintaining a waiting list of prospective schools and volunteers.
• Responding to routine and ad hoc requests for data, programme insights and reports.
• Maintaining CRM system integrity by performing data cleansing, troubleshooting and bug fixing tasks as required.
• Assisting in continuously reviewing the CRM system, offering ideas to maximise its capabilities and further enhance our systems and processes.

Additional duties

To regularly research and roll out solutions to common operational challenges, in particular ones that relate to data, tools and technology. Examples may include:

• Options for exporting CRM data to third party map and calendar apps.
• Methods for setting up an efficient and scalable assets library.
• Best use of AI tools and technology for supporting our work.

Ad hoc duties:

• Occasional support and attendance at in-person events including volunteer training sessions, industry expos and fundraising dinners.
