Variety is looking for a Corporate Partnerships Executive to support the development and delivery of our corporate partnerships portfolio and to support securing new partnerships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Support the account management of corporate partnerships, delivering first class stewardship, increasing engagement and supporting delivery for maximum potential for Variety
● Research business leads to feed the corporate pipeline and new business approaches, identifying prospects
● Keep partnership account plans up to date including fundraising, communications, finance and impact reporting, ensuring we meet key deadlines
● Send fundraising materials to supporters and corporate partners to enhance staff fundraising and engagement
● Attend Varity fundraising and awareness events, maximizing engagement opportunities for corporate partners and building relationships with supporters, while working closely with the services and communications team

The Team Administrator for the British Association of Perinatal Medicine (BAPM), is a varied and vital role in which you will provide administrative support for the Association’s activities, such as supporting the working and steering groups, minute taking, managing the application process, adding events to our website and sending email newsletters.  

As Team Administrator for the BAPM, you will manage the administration for the BAPM endorsement process and run the administration for the student essay competition and the BAPM Awards.

Reporting to the BAPM Chief Executive, you will work as part of a team of five staff members, therefore flexibility of duties and roles will be required. As a crucial member of a small team, it is essential for you to develop and maintain an understanding of perinatal issues in order to appreciate the wider impact of BAPM’s work. Ideally the role is for 35 hours per week but 28 hours per week can be offered for the right candidate.

Educated to a good standard, you should have substantial experience of providing administrative support to a busy team and be capable of prioritising competing demands and delivering to deadlines. With experience of organising online meetings and taking notes, ideally you will have a background in using online forms to collect and present data and be adept at managing a shared email inbox, running webinars and updating websites using a content management system.

An excellent team player with outstanding organisational, communication and customer service skills, you should be self-motivated and have the ability to act in a professional manner and manage sensitive and confidential information.

The ability to undertake occasional travel for BAPM meetings and conferences would be desirable.

Position: S11287 Stroke Support Coordinator

Location: Home-based, Coventry. However, extensive travel will be required as part of this role (will include team meetings and other work-related meetings)

About the Role

As Policy and Public Affairs Officer at the National Youth Agency, this is a unique opportunity to shape the future of youth work in England. You’ll be part of influencing national policy and driving change that directly impacts young people’s lives. Working within a dynamic and supportive team, you’ll be at the forefront of monitoring and interpreting developments across Westminster - from government consultations to parliamentary debates. Key responsibilities for this role will include:

Policy and public affairs support

• Research and track policy developments, political landscape changes, and other relevant areas to identify opportunities to further NYA’s policy calls.
• Monitor and report on parliamentary activities, government announcements, and consultations relevant to youth work.
• Compile and analyse data from various sources to support policy briefs, reports, and other written materials.
• Draft policy briefings, research summaries, consultation responses, letters, reports, newsletters and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain and develop stakeholder relationships and record engagement on the CRM system.
• Work with the team with the preparation and delivery of youth participation activities to support our policy influencing objectives.

Event support

• Support the organisation, coordination and note-taking for meetings and events, including webinars, roundtables and political party conference activity. 
• Support with planning and executing of large events including attendee registration, youth participation, materials preparation and using the CRM system.

Other

• Represent the Policy Team at external and internal meetings, policy forums and events.
• Work collaboratively with other teams and directorates to help build an understanding of the work of the Policy and Public Affairs team and effective working relationships across the organisation.

About the Service – Door of Hope (East London)

The Door of Hope Service provides support to women who sell sex in Tower Hamlets.  This includes journeying alongside women, whilst providing advocacy, information, emotional and practical support.  The service also has a strong team of around 15 volunteers, who deliver street outreach to women in Tower Hamlets on a Thursday morning and Friday night.

About the Role

Beyond the Streets is a UK charity with over 20 years’ experience of partnering with women in the sex industry, to see them safe from coercion, violence and abuse. We deliver trauma-informed, person-centred support, provide training, and create resources and reports informed by research, lived experience, and practitioner experience.

Our psychotherapy service for women who sell sex in Tower Hamlets, was borne from the recognition that many of these women would benefit from this style of support, when mainstream offers were not feasible or appropriate or women were denied access because of the multiple disadvantages they were experiencing. In the 18 months since the support has been provided, the positive impact on women and the psychological and behavioural change it has evoked, has been testament to the necessity in providing this service.

Based at our offices in Tower Hamlets, your role will be to provide women-centred, psychotherapeutic support for women with complex needs, either in- person, online and on the telephone.  You will, on occasion, be required to meet a woman in a local café, hostel or elsewhere in the community, to start forming relationships and trust, as well as small brief, interventions.

The role will be working alongside a small team of Door of Hope daytime support workers, and a service manager, who deliver an in-person support service, with women who sell sex in East London. You will work closely with our Door of Hope team, to manage risk around women, and to support her accessing appropriate support services in the Borough.

Within this role, we are seeking someone who is non-judgemental, compassionate and can see the strengths that each individual woman brings.  You will be able to work in a gender and trauma-informed way and will have a good awareness of the need and role of safeguarding policies and procedures. You will have experience of working with complex trauma, individuals who experience multiple disadvantage and be familiar with working in a multi-disciplinary manner to manage risks around women.  You will have a passion for supporting women and want to be part of increasing our positive reach and impact.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following stroke.

Position: S11233 Stroke Support Coordinator

Location: Home-based, Durham. However, frequent travel will be required as part of this role (may include team meetings or other work-related meetings)

Salary: £19,596 per annum (FTE £27,400 per annum)

Hours: Part-time, 25 hours per week

Contract: Permanent. However, services are contracted and there is currently funding for this contract until 31 March 2026.

The Role

The service aims to identify and address the needs of stroke survivors and carers across the stroke pathway, by providing a range of innovative support solutions, supporting them to meet their desired outcomes.

Reporting to the Stroke Service Delivery Coach, the Stroke Support Coordinator will:

• Support new stroke survivors and their carers from hospital discharge into the community.
