An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experience Business Development Marketing professional to join our team.
The Children’s Trust is the UK’s leading charity for children with acquired brain injury, providing expert rehabilitation, education, therapy and care at our national specialist centre in Tadworth, and to children and their families across the UK, via our Community Rehabilitation Service. We are the largest centre commissioned by NHS England for Category A neurorehabilitation.
This role is pivotal in leading on developing commissioning and referral relationships with external stakeholders, whilst driving development of services and marketing activities to build and promote new business, increase income, strengthen pipelines, and position The Children's Trust as the provider of choice for children with acquired brain injury and neurodisability.
You’ll work alongside a cross-organisational team to promote our services to external stakeholders, in particular managing our key account plan to influence, maximise referrals and income generating opportunities. Key to this is cultivating and maintaining relationships with stakeholders including hospital-based clinicians, commissioners at both integrated care boards and local authorities, with professionals with NHS England at a regional and national levels, embassies, medico-legal professionals including case managers and lawyers.
To underpin this, you’ll create, implement and review services-related multi-channel marketing activity, both on and off-line, including development and oversight of our professionals’ events programme, ensuring all activity aligns to, is integrated and works towards delivering our strategic objectives.
You will have the opportunity to develop and implement your expertise in an environment that is focused on the highest clinical and quality standards. You will work in a 24-acre site which is unusual in its beautiful historic nature, as it is unique in its state-of-the-art facilities including robotic technology and virtual reality.

Role Requirements
You’ll play a key and central role in driving promotion of our services, and this requires a balanced mix of both business development and marketing skills, knowledge and experience in a complex, services environment. You’ll be comfortable with matrix working, recognising the importance of this role in working across the organisation to drive referral generating activity.
To succeed in this high profile and diverse role, you must demonstrate:
- Building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of external stakeholders, including commissioning bodies such as NHS England, Integrated Care Boards, Local Authorities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Marketing of services, preferably within healthcare/social care sector.
- Managing and reporting on development of services and associated marketing activities, in a structured way.
- Knowledge of commissioning landscapes, within healthcare/social care sector.
- Proven self-starter and excellent track record in development of services, including driving referrals, building pathways and promoting service.

About the role and you
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and talented senior practitioner to join the management team for a thriving service area, whilst continuing to work directly with autistic adults. In this role:
· You will oversee the development, delivery, and evaluation of specialist services for autistic adults who have sexually offended or are at risk of doing so.
· You will support our skilled practitioners in delivering an evidence informed and quality service.
· You will passionately enable and uphold the team’s commitment to excellent practice in the prevention of child sexual abuse.
This role requires clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of autism, sexual offending behaviour, and safeguarding. The postholder provide expert consultation, and will ensure that all our interventions are neurodiversity-informed, trauma-sensitive, and evidence-based. The goal of the project is to ensure that autistic people across Scotland are empowered to make better choices about their behaviour online and offline.
The postholder will also contribute to strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and service innovation, supporting the Lucy Faithfull Foundation’s mission to prevent child sexual abuse.
This post needs someone who is confident in project management, professional, proactive and outcome-focused, with exceptional communication and engagement skills. You will have the vision and operational management capabilities to maintain and advance support for our clients.
The post is funded by the Support Autistic Adults fund until March 2028 and the post is offered on a fixed term contract until this date.

Purpose of job: | To work with the Finance and Fundraising teams to provide excellent finance, CRM & other systems administration. This will support income generation, research, data capture and information security throughout the Museum. The Foundling Museum is transforming how digital systems underpin the foundations of this small but mighty Museum and charity. The position of Finance & CRM Administrator sits at the heart of this continued transition, following the successful implementation and migration to Shopify, Xero & Beacon CRM which began in 2023.
This new role is essential to the success of the Finance & Fundraising teams, in providing effective finance and CRM administration support. The Finance and CRM Administrator will support income generation activities including fundraising and venue hire, as well as playing a vital role in keeping the Museum’s accounting systems working effectively.
This includes processing all types of financial transactions on Xero and maintaining records on Beacon. You will work as a key part of both teams supporting the Museum’s strategy through the provision of high quality financial & other data, and the maintenance of the underlying systems.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual with strong financial skills, an attention to detail, and a flair for collaborative working and information management. Essential :

BFT is a charity established to restore native woodland habitats to Southern Scotland, an area with the lowest percentage of native woodlands in mainland Scotland. Since 1996, we have been working towards planting trees, restoring peatlands and other natural habitats, enriching the biological diversity of around 31 sq km in the Southern Uplands. OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
We are looking for a locum practising solicitor with substantial experience of litigation OR a practising barrister with experience of conducting casework (including litigation) within a solicitor-led agency OR a caseworker with significant experience of litigation. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The post holder will share responsibility with the MLP staff team, and partner organisations to ensure that:

·Relevant stakeholders are engaged in developing the work so that they can participate as effectively as possible.
·The MLP does not duplicate work being delivered elsewhere but is able to collaborate where appropriate.

Casework
Asylum Aid has been awarded a Category 1 independent Peer review from the Legal Aid Agency.
The post holder will, with support from the team also working on this issue:
·Provide high quality advice and representation for clients, NGOs, practitioners and other groups as appropriate.
·Conduct and co-ordinate immigration/asylum/public law casework and litigation on behalf of organisations and individuals.
·Conduct legal research where necessary.
·Record all work undertaken and carry out billing, ensuring all income is accounted for on each case.
·If the postholder holds Supervisor accreditation, and is appointed as a Supervisor, your responsibilities will include the full responsibilities of a Supervisor, including responsibilities for the work of people under their supervision.
The post holder will be expected to carry out their casework with a high degree of professionalism, and to conduct their work in such a way as to meet relevant external standards (e.g. Law Society, Solicitors Regulation Authority, Immigration Advice Authority and Lexcel). They will also be expected to meet performance targets in relation to time recording.
Training and Information Work
The post holder will share responsibility with the other members of the legal team to:
·Develop and disseminate relevant information on legal developments in this area for relevant stakeholders, supported by the team.
·Attend and contribute to relevant meetings.

Administration
The post holder will:
·Contribute to the fulfilment of any reporting requirements to funders, the LAA, Asylum Aid management team and others.
·Undertake general administration.
·Represent the MLP externally as necessary.

As Head of Data & Technology, you will ensure that we’re maximizing the functionality of our fundraising database (Raiser’s Edge), make proposals to SLT spanning topics from cyber security and technology strategy to compliance and internal capability and skills, and deliver tangible improvements to how the organisation works. This is a varied and crucial role and the postholder will have a real opportunity to make their mark and leave a lasting legacy.
You will be supported by a forward-thinking SLT, a range of great suppliers (including an outsourced IT provider and data protection advisors) and the wider Corporate Services team.
The job description for this role is broad and we are not expecting applicants to have deep technical experience in every area of the role – but we would love tohear from anyone who can meet the following key requirements:

This is a permanent, full time role. We currently offer a hybrid-working model. This means you may usually work from your home or remote location, but are expected to attend meetings and pay for your own travel to the office in London.

First round – Thursday 9th October, focusing on skills & experience, may include a brief assessment tbc, in person in central London

Second round – Monday 13th October, focusing on values & behaviors, held online via Teams. Second round candidates will also be invited to informally meet individuals in key roles via a 20-30 minute informal Teams call on the same day.
