The Projects Administrator will support the Projects Manager in identifying, evaluating and overseeing projects in Central Asia including Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have some background in project management, strong organisational skills, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of suffering Christians through effective grant management
Main duties and responsibilities
· Project Identification and Evaluation
o Focusing on Central Asia. evaluate project applications for alignment with BA's mission, feasibility, risks, issues, and impact. This includes assessing comprehensive project plans, their objectives, timelines and budgets.
o Form part of the disaster response team for Barnabas Aid
- Assist in identifying potential partners and projects that support persecuted and suffering Christians.
- Assist in demographic research on the region.
o Assist in presenting proposals to the Projects & Disbursement sub-committee for their deliberation and decision-making.
· Grant Administration
o Oversee the administration of the grant-making process, from initial proposal evaluation to monitoring and final reporting upon completion of projects.
o Ensure that approved projects comply with BA’s internal policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements in the UK and the partner’s country.
o Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of funded projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and budgets.
· Stakeholder Engagement
o Support the Projects Manager in maintaining relationships with project partners and other key stakeholders.
o Communicate regularly with project partners to provide guidance and support during the application process, and implementation stage once proposals are approved.
· Budget Administration
o Provide support in tracking the region’s budget and expenditures, to ensure financial accountability and transparency.
o Assist in the preparation of regular financial reports and updates for senior management and other stakeholders.
· Reporting and Documentation
o Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including agreements, reports, and correspondence.
o Maintain the projects database for all records related to the region and prepare reports as required.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on approved projects in the region.
- Schedule meetings, take minutes, and keep records of meeting minutes.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential
· 1-3 years of experience in administration in a similar role, preferably at a charity.
· Fluency in English and one of the following Urdu, Russian, Farsi or Turkish
· Diploma in Business Administration, Project management, or a related field.
· Proficiency in MS Office suite and online applications.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with a wide range of people from different backgrounds.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.

Main purpose of post
As the Operations Assistant you will be supporting the Operations Manager in
delivering and maintaining effective operational function at the charity.
Including but not exclusively, Health & Safety, Premises, Facilities, Vehicle
Management, and IT Services.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
Act as the first point of contact for premises, facilities, IT and Estates
issues across all Weston Park Cancer Charity locations.
Assist the Operations Manager in maintaining a secure and organised
premises and facilities, which ensure colleagues, volunteers and visitors
are safe and experience a welcoming environment.
Support the Operations Manager in the successful delivery of the Annual
Operations plan.
Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and take
minutes in operations-related working groups.
Support with updating operational policies and procedures.
Act as a Charity Data Protection Officer (DPO), alongside the Operations
Manager - following relevant training, to promote a strong GDPR culture.
Assist in the coordination of charity vehicle fleet maintenance schedules
and provide breakdown response support.
Assist in the control and coordination of the use of charity space and
assets, including liaising with contractors and Sheffield Teaching
Hospitals (STH) on relevant matters as required.
Act as a designated keyholder, responsible for the opening and closing
procedure.
Manage the operations shared email inbox.
Health & Safety
Serve as the first point of contact for all Health & Safety matters,
including incidents and accidents, ensuring accurate recording and
reporting.
Provide operational and administrative support on all Health & Safety
matters at our sites and external locations (including external events and
the Outreach Service, updating COSHH reports).
Assist in the procurement, delivery and recording of mandatory staff
training needs.
Help establish and maintain safe working practices and policies and
undertake basic risk assessments.
Workwear and equipment
Act as the first point of contact for workwear and equipment requests;
including being responsible for issuing and returning stock, regular stock
checks and ordering stock as required.
Tech Support
Serve as the first point of contact for general IT enquiries.
Consult with IT consultants to ensure adherence to processes.
Work with the Operations Manager to implement processes that
maintain the IT security score.
Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of employees, including
software licenses, logins, and induction training.
Serve as lead administrator for key operational software, such as Webex
phone system and Vatix Lone Worker App.
General Administrative Support & Development
Handle general enquiries from staff, patients, and volunteers efficiently.
Manage charity postal enquiries.
Assist the Operations Manager with the procurement of stationery and
consumables.
Assist the wider team with ad hoc work and undertake small projects
that support the charity's work. e.g. Events, Logistical and Tech Support.
Environmental Advocate
Work with the Operations Manager to promote environmental
awareness and encourage the charity adopts a green approach (e.g.,
recycling, energy use, carbon footprint).
Identify and implement actions to reduce environmental impacts, costs,
and/or increase income under the direction of the Operations Manager.

The Trusts and Foundations Fundraising Officer will work alongside the Head of Income, Partnerships and Communications to help deliver Rising Sun’s fundraising targets during this exciting period of growth for the charity.
The main focus of the role is finding, attracting and stewarding new funders to help deliver Rising Sun’s life changing services. You will write compelling funding proposals that demonstrate the impact of our services and how we meet funders’ requirements. You will build strong relationships with grant officers from various foundations, providing regular updates and communicating challenges, solutions and successes as appropriate to develop our reputation as an effective, reliable and trustworthy organisation. Alongside this you will be nurturing our existing portfolio of funders to help prioritise multi-year funding.
Working with you in the Fundraising Team will be the Head of Income, Partnerships and Communications, Trusts and Foundations Officer, Community Fundraising Officer and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Team. As part of the team you will help to develop fundraising materials such as case studies, impact reports and cases for support.
We are looking for a proactive and organised individual who loves building and nurturing relationships and has a passion for fundraising. In addition, you will have excellent writing skills and experience of generating income from trusts and foundations to grow our income from this stream. As part of our committed team of approximately 50 staff, you will be contributing to the invaluable work of the Rising Sun and making a lasting difference to the lives of those who have experienced domestic abuse.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage part of Rising Sun’s portfolio of income and fundraising activities related to trusts and foundations.
- Keep the trusts and foundations stream of the funding pipeline healthy and up to date, carrying out research into new opportunities and meeting application deadlines.
- Write compelling funding applications that answer funders’ questions and effectively communicate the mission, services and impact of Rising Sun.
- Develop appropriate fundraising tools, such as cases for support and impact reports.
- Support the Head of Income, Partnerships and Communications to write bids for commissioned services and government funding opportunities.

Job Purpose
As Corporate Partnerships Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting and growing Jessie May’s corporate income. You’ll nurture existing partnerships while developing and managing a robust pipeline of new prospects, in line with our wider fundraising and organisational strategy.
Your work will involve creating tailored stewardship journeys, compelling proposals, and clear impact reports that build strong, lasting relationships and deliver a sustainable income stream.
You’ll identify, build, and secure high-value partnerships across a range of opportunities from strategic partnerships and employee fundraising, to cause related marketing opportunities, events, and Gifts in Kind.
You’ll know how to create mutually beneficial partnerships that meet our corporate partners’ goals while delivering meaningful impact for the children and families we support.
Main Responsibilities
Relationship Management and Stewardship
- Manage a portfolio of corporate partnerships, building strong, strategic relationships and delivering high-level stewardship to encourage ongoing support and long-term sustainability.
- Plan, manage, and deliver corporate cultivation and stewardship events, visits, and meetings with existing supporters and new prospects, while developing a corporate partnerships calendar of activities to enhance and grow relationships
- Identify key senior contacts within each partnership and drive stakeholder engagement, leveraging internal relationships to deepen commitment across all levels of the organisation.

- Research, identify and cultivate new corporate partnership opportunities through proactive and strategic pipeline management.
- Secure new multi-year corporate and charity of the year partnerships through strong prospect research, tailored proposals, and confident pitching.
- Research, evaluate and develop new corporate fundraising opportunities including strategic partnerships, Charity of the Year partnerships, commercial partnerships, payroll giving, cash or gift in-kind donations, sponsorship and pro-bono opportunities.
- Represent Jessie May at networking and events to promote our work and develop new leads.

- As directed by the Head Fundraising and Communications, deliver regular activity and income reports, and participate in the budgeting and reforecasting of corporate income.
- Represent Jessie May at fundraising events, including weekends and out-of-hours.

Terms & Conditions and Employee Benefits
Conditions, including but not limited to the following:
- Checks: The appointment is subject to satisfactory references, DBS check and a probationary period of six months.
- Salary: £33,739 - £37,241 depending on experience. Salaries are reviewed annually, at the discretion of the Trustees, where the budget allows, with any increases effective from April.
- Pension: There is a group personal pension scheme that you are entitled to participate in, subject to the rules of the scheme. You will be automatically enrolled into the scheme, however there is the option to opt out. The employer’s contribution is 5 per cent while the employee’s contribution is 4 per cent of the pensionable salary.
- Death in Service Provision (once successfully passed probation)
- Work base: Jessie May office and throughout the Jessie May service area.
- Holiday entitlement: Annual leave is 27 days pro rate, plus bank holidays. Some annual leave is pre-allocated to cover some of the time between Christmas and New Year when the office is closed. This amount increases with service.

About the role
The majority of this role supports the development and coordination of activities in our paid for service, Charlie Waller Workplace. The Position
The IT Manager will work with our outsourced helpdesk provider to deliver maximum availability of the network, data and systems, to ensure we are secure and compliant and to provide support and training to our staff. The IT infrastructure includes an extensive wired and Wi-Fi network throughout the building with approaching 100 Wi-Fi access points. This network is critical for the smooth running of the Society’s day to day activities and the successful operation of events on the premises, which account for turnover in excess of £1m p.a.
The IT Manager will also be the internal technical/project lead on the ongoing development of the Society’s CRM system, Centrepoint’s oomi product.
Salary and Benefits:

Background
The Minster Centre is a registered charity and company and specialist integrative counselling and psychotherapy training provider based in Queens Park, London. We are a leading training provider in the sector and currently have around 400 students attending training courses ranging from open access introductory courses to post-graduate degrees.
Thousands of therapists have trained at the Minster Centre since our inception in 1978 and we have an extensive community. Our courses are accredited by the UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy), the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy), and some are validated by Middlesex University. We are also registered with the Office for Students.
The Minster Centre Psychotherapy & Counselling Service (MCPCS) also provides a safe, affordable and professional counselling service to people over the age of 18 who are experiencing a range of difficulties. The service is provided by senior trainees who are in the process of completing their therapy training.
Job summary
The Registry Manager supports all aspects of training and course administration from first enquiry to graduation. This includes introductory courses, professional counselling and psychotherapy qualifications, and MA programmes validated by Middlesex University. Reporting to the responsible Management Committee Lead, the Registry Manager ensures that we deliver efficient and effective services to support admissions, enrolment, university registration, assessment, progression, HESA data returns, awards, and graduation of our students.
The Registry Manager has line management responsibility for the course administrator, leads on course scheduling, managing student data, organising the Bursaries and Hardship Fund (the Minster Centre Fund), supports key committees, monitors academic progress, and ensures accurate information is presented at Assessment Boards. They will balance day-to-day student matters with supporting the team and working to improve administrative systems.
This is a varied role which is critical for the delivery of The Minster Centre’s strategic objectives and charitable aims. The successful candidate will be educated to degree level, or equivalent, and will have significant relevant experience of administration, ideally within the Higher Education or professional training sectors. A self-motivated person with proven management, communication and interpersonal skills. They will be adaptable, able to work as part of a team, and prioritise a challenging workload.
