The role of Member Response Team Leader offers hybrid working with flexibility to work from home outside of peak periods. Due to key operational and democratic activities, the Member Response Team Leader will be required to attend the office daily from February to April each year and additional periods throughout the year. Outside of this period, hybrid flexibility will apply in line with team needs and organisational policy.

In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the day-to-day delivery and ongoing development of the project, guiding and supporting a small, dedicated team. Working in close partnership with voluntary and community organisations, the NHS, and other local agencies, you’ll help strengthen Redbridge’s community support infrastructure. You’ll champion person-led, strengths-based approaches, ensuring our work remains inclusive, responsive, and firmly grounded in what truly matters to the people we support.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, compassionate, and skilled in partnership working; confident in leading teams and managing projects; adept at maintaining and developing project systems and processes and committed to tackling inequalities and promoting wellbeing across diverse communities.
Prior experience in social prescribing, project coordination, or health and wellbeing initiatives will be especially valued.

About the role:
This role is a hybrid post and your location will be Dyfed Powys Police Headquarters in Carmarthen.
As a Triage & Early Intervention Officer you will:
- Directly support victims affected by crime & ensure the provision of tailored one-to-one support
- Assist those victims in ensuring they receive the support required to complete their journey through the criminal justice system to cope and recover from the impact of crime and help people to move beyond the crime and access additional support services.
- Develop networks of agencies to which victims can be referred for ongoing/specialist support and report on the effectiveness of relationships with partners with a view to improving services delivered by Victim Support

Manchester Diocese is seeking a passionate and collaborative Racial Justice Support Officer to help shape and deliver its commitment to racial justice, equality, and inclusion.
The Racial Justice Support Officer will promote the rollout of key initiatives in our racial justice work across the Diocese of Manchester. They will work alongside parishes, mission communities and deaneries, pioneering development and training opportunities, and equipping people to recognise and respond to racism in their contexts.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver a programme of development and training to help parishes:
- Reflect on and address the impact of racism within their contexts
- Foster a culture of welcome and inclusion for all
- Promote fair and transparent approaches to clergy recruitment and selection
• Collaborate with clergy and Mission and Ministry colleagues to connect parishes with wider learning opportunities
• Build partnerships with external organisations to share learning and best practice
• Liaise with the Church of England’s Racial Justice Unit to make best use of national training resources
The post holder will be a skilled communicator and facilitator, with proven experience of delivering training and development programmes — ideally within the areas of racial justice, equality, or inclusion. They will bring insight, empathy, and the confidence to engage people in thoughtful and sometimes challenging conversations.
An understanding of the Church of England’s structures and culture, safeguarding best practice, and relevant national racial justice initiatives will be an advantage.
The successful candidate will be expected to be sympathetic to, and supportive of, the aims and values of the Church of England.

Time Commitment and Remuneration

A daily fee of £319 will be paid. This is in line with our member fees policy and member fee schedule. This is taxable and subject to Class 1 National Insurance (NI) contributions. It is not pensionable.
Members can claim expenses for travel and subsistence costs incurred on Council business as set out in our expenses policy.

Overall purpose
As the Finance Officer, you will be required to ensure that our income and expenditure records are accurate, complete, free from error and comply with both the relevant accounting standards as well as donor restrictions. This role will play a key part in ensuring that the recording of financial information is compliant and auditable, in both the finance system and CRM.
You will also work alongside the Head of Finance to support the wider organisation in its financial understanding and management. This support will focus on both the fundraising team to empower them to raise as many funds as possible, especially unrestricted funds, and the services team to ensure their financial processes are robust and efficient. Key responsibilities
Finance responsibilities
- Record all income and expenditure general ledger transactions in the finance system, ensuring correct coding and full supporting documentation is stored in either the finance system or in the CRM.
- Have ownership of both the sales ledger and purchase ledger, ensuring all entries are recorded accurately with the correct VAT treatment while adhering to the relevant controls.
- Ensure all staff and client expenses are captured and recorded accurately, adhere to the relevant expense policy and are paid in a timely manner.
- Prepare and post payment runs alongside the Head of Finance
- Support the Financial Accountant in the monthly bank reconciliation
- Participate in month end processes to ensure the I&E figure is accurate within the pre-determined deadline, including posting prepayments, deferrals and accruals where relevant and other accounting adjustments as needed such as grossing up of platform fees.
- Ensure all finance documentation is complete and auditable including restricted fund evidence, and ensure the relevant GAUs are tracked on salesforce.
- Capture all restricted fund income and expenditure is the finance system on a monthly basis (staff and non-staff) alongside the Financial Accountant and Head of Finance
- Understand clawback risk on grants
- Ensure Breaking Barriers is claiming gift aid where applicable and optimising opportunities to reclaim input VAT in our business/non-business VAT return
- Reconciling to third party platforms on a monthly basis including fundraising platforms and Equals
- Work with the Head of Finance to upskill the fundraising and service teams to ensure they understand necessary financial processes
- Undertake income and expenditure control activities e.g. checking for grant rejection letters and verifying changes to supplier details.
- Be the finance team’s superuser for the CRM
- Support in year-end audit and the creation of relevant notes
- Support with ad hoc projects such as the implementation of a new finance system and policy and procedure updates

KEY WORK AREAS AND MAIN DUTIES
- Providing appropriate advice, information and practical help to clients via in-person appointments, outreach visits, telephone, letter or email. Where necessary, advocating on behalf of clients in the appropriate forums.
- Ensuring that all casework records are kept up to date and completed clearly and effectively.
- Contributing to monitoring service delivery and recording client outcomes.
- Maintaining a good knowledge of other available services, and signposting or referring clients as needed.
- Participating in regular team file reviews and supervision sessions, and contributing to maintaining BIAS’s high-quality service in line with Advice Quality Standard (AQS) requirements.
- Engaging positively and constructively with other service providers, including local authorities and housing providers, to maintain partnerships.
- Staying up to date with developments in welfare benefits and housing legislation and identifying opportunities to effect positive policy change, together with the Advice Services Manager.
These are the basic duties required of the Welfare and Housing Adviser. However, it is necessary for all staff to be flexible and you may be required from time to time to perform other reasonable duties which are required for the efficient running of the organisation. We will also offer training opportunities to support your career development.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK. This role will be based in our advice venues in Haringey[1], with some presence required at our main office in Willesden and some options for flexible working (i.e. one or two days per week).
[1] BIAS is currently running its Haringey advice services from the Hornsey Vale Community Centre, with plans to expand into additional venues in the borough later in 2025.

We deliver our support through our welfare advice drop-in service, our active ageing clubs and our Be-a-Friend volunteer scheme. Job Title: Fostering Registered Area Manager
Salary: £54,702 per annum (increasing to £60,780 in 18 months) + £750 Homeworking Allowance per annum + £1,500 Out of Hours Allowance per annum

The East Midlands service has been rated as ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted and the successful candidate will need to continue to prioritise trauma informed and therapeutic methodologies and actively support/encourage diversity and inclusion within all aspects of the role alongside contributing to the provision of services for to our families across the East Midlands region.
This role will report directly to the Operational Director of Children's Services and is non-case holding role, however, there may be the need to occasionally cover casework due to staff sickness or leave.
In this role you will be responsible for the smooth running of a staff team of Deputy Area Managers, Social Workers, Family Finders, Recruitment Managers & Officers, Consultants, Panel Members, Administration Team and Children’s and Young People's Resource Workers.
The main role requirements for the Fostering Registered Area Manager role includes:
- A Level 5 Management Qualification (or a willingness to enrol on such a course within 6 months of appointment and to complete within 3 years)
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years post qualifying experience in fostering or in other childcare settings
- A proven track record in working with and on behalf of children, respecting and maintaining their individuality and promoting their positive development
- Experience of managing a diverse and experienced team, ideally remotely
- Experience of group work and/or delivery of training
- Up to date knowledge of relevant legislation including the Fostering National Minimum Standards and Fostering regulations
- Ability to prioritise, plan and self-organise efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to use IT effectively, including participating in virtual meetings and webinars.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance including service monitoring
- Responsible for the safeguarding of children and young people
- Taking part in the out-of-hours rota.
- Delivery of the Service Operational Plan which will include the management of budget and contracts
- Being a Panel Advisor

The Fostering Registered Manager will be located in the East Midlands area, and travel across the region will be required along with to travel to face-to-face meetings at least once a month and on other occasions for training and team wellbeing events
