Job description

Overview:
Lead recruitment, training, and support for CWV’s volunteer workforce, ensuring a positive and empowering experience for everyone involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard new volunteers

  • Coordinate volunteer schedules and placements

  • Deliver training sessions and maintain records

  • Develop volunteer engagement and recognition programmes

  • Liaise with team leads to match volunteers with appropriate roles

  • Support the safeguarding and welfare of all volunteers

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong people and organisational skills

  • Experience managing or supporting volunteers

  • Good communication and record-keeping

  • Enthusiastic about community engagement and teamwork
