Main responsibilities will include:
Administration
- Be responsible for securing contracts by confirming booking information and working with the Head of Budgets, Contracts & Policy to ensure freelance trainer contracts and Service Agreements are in place

- Ensure all finance and operations processes and procedures are rigorously implemented in collaboration with the Finance & Operations team
- Produce budget forecasts for APD and provide monthly updates on current financial position to the Deputy CEO and Head of Budgets, Contracts & Policy
- Chase debtors and regularly report any overdue payments to the Finance team
Strategy
- Contribute to the APD growth strategy through ideas and practical solutions
- Work with the APD team and Deputy CEO in the development of new programmes, routes to market and audience development
Communications
- Help to maintain strong communication channels with all partner organisations and customers
- Provide administrative support in developing regional networks, contacts and partners
- Assist with the engagement of employers and partners for projects and programmes

Duties and responsibilities
Content Planning

Role Particulars
Working Pattern: Full time working hours, including weekly in-person team meetings in London: monthly all-staff meetings on Tuesdays twice a month, and weekly on Wednesdays twice a month. - Manage relationships with donors/investors to increase success rate of applications and ensure continuous funding.

This is a newly created role working within our Fundraising & Communication Dept.
Role summary
Working within our fundraising and communications team, you will support the management of our communications portfolio of work. Maintaining our consistent brand, you will lead on digital and print asset development. Provided exceptional account management and smooth project implementation, ensuring partnership deliverables align with key objectives.
Responsibilities of the role
-
Be responsible for securing a fixed amount of new business income annually. Identify and secure new high-value partners through proactive prospecting, engaging pitches, and effective relationship building.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless partnership delivery, including Campaigns, Talent, Finance, Legal, Commercial planning and more.

Brainstorm creative branded content ideas and partnership solutions to meet both proactive and reactive briefs.

Produce comprehensive post-campaign partnership reports to summarize activities to highlight key learnings and recommendations.

Diligently manage partnership accounts, providing materials, resources, contracts and project plans as required.

Provide support to Head of Brand Partnerships on all projects and practice adaptability according to external and internal priorities.

Develop strong working relationships and exceed expectations with partners secure repeat business.

Produce compelling case studies and pitch documents to support new business endeavours and potential award entries.

Support with financial reporting, income tracking and forecasting.
What you will need
- Proven track record of creating new business pipelines and meeting ambitious fundraising / sales targets, with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong project management abilities, with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Passion for pitching to big brands, coupled with strong design and copywriting skills.
- Creative thinking ability, from problem-solving to generating innovative ideas.=
Desirable qualifications

Experience in media and/or charity environments.

Track record of securing six-figure sum multiyear partnerships.
