The Caring Family Foundation (TCFF) is dedicated to improving the lives of women, with children at the heart of all that we do. We are a grant-giving organisation with projects both in the UK and in Brazil. In the UK, our work is focused on tackling child poverty and domestic abuse.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work as part of a small, committed team in a fast-paced environment. The role will involve the management of TCFF grants, contribution to its strategic objectives, and the planning and implementation of communications’ events.

Responsibilities

• In close collaboration with the Senior Project Manager, to manage the delivery of grants, ensuring that they are in line with TCFF’s objectives, values and criteria.
• To monitor grants closely and ensure regular and accurate reporting.
• To maintain records of all grant reports, awards and applications, and to monitor milestones.
• To build close working relationships with grant partners.
• To prepare grants financial overviews in keeping with the agreed annual budget.
• To develop strong Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning frameworks, in collaboration with TCFF’s data agency.
• To develop and maintain a strong network of community partners, government agencies, and other relevant organisation to enhance synergies, increase TCFF visibility and credibility.
• To lead on planning and implementing visits to grant partners with the TCFF Communications’ team to capture TCFF’s work.
• To keep informed about developments in TCFF’s fields of work and collaborate with the Senior Project Manager on the strategic direction.
• To keep informed about government and other stakeholders’ best practices, research and legislation related to our fields of work.

Qualifications, skills and experience

Essential

• Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification/experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in charity programme management.
• Solid experience in overseeing grant budgets and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning frameworks.
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles and culturally responsive approaches to serving diverse populations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with beneficiaries, staff, volunteers, and community partners.

PCS is looking to appoint a Technology Services Officer to the Technology Services Team.

The post will support the Technology Services Managers to create a skilled and effective team providing development, technical support and training to staff and other users in all aspects of digital and ITT services.

You will have a qualification in or experience of working with digital platforms or customer relationship management systems. All postholders will need training to acquire the ADX Administrative Essentials for New Admins in Lightning Experience certification, if not already held.

JOB PURPOSE

You will work closely with the Head of Philanthropy, CEO, trustees and international colleagues to steward and cultivate key donor relationships and continue the development and implementation of the strategy to grow the major donor pipeline. As a Senior Manager, you will take ownership of the overall Major Donor Strategy, and budget and provide strategic insight into how we grow and improve our programme.

You will be confident in navigating complex environments with multiple stakeholders and in negotiating internally as well as externally, championing the major donor programme to ensure a strong enabling environment for the growth of the programme. You will enjoy developing strong relationships, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and will be adept at managing donor and prospect pipelines as well as crafting compelling donor communications.

This role will be responsible for managing the Philanthropy Manager role and will provide support, mentorship and coaching to help the development of this role.

ROLE RESPONSIBLITIES

• Manage the philanthropy manager role through coaching, and by motivating and supporting them to reach their annual target.
• Build on a warm portfolio of donors to achieve current income targets and spot opportunities for growth and deeper development of philanthropic relationships
• Monitor and deliver annual philanthropy budgets and KPIs, assessing ongoing performance, proactively managing risks and providing accurate reporting.

ROLE SUMMARY

This vital role within the Landmark Trust’s fundraising team focuses on providing excellent supporter care to our donors and ensuring supporter data is well managed. As the first point of contact for fundraising-related enquiries, and the lead user of our database, you will play a key role in delivering a first-class supporter experience while ensuring the efficient operation of our fundraising systems.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in high-quality customer service, with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence in working with data and IT systems. You will be comfortable speaking with supporters on the phone, drafting personalised letters and emails, and managing a variety of administrative tasks. While fundraising experience isn’t essential, you should have experience in customer-facing roles and working with databases. An interest in heritage or the charity sector would be an advantage.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring that donations are accurately processed, donors are promptly and warmly thanked, and Gift Aid is maximised. Day-to-day, you’ll be recording donations, updating supporter records, and producing reports and data downloads from our Salesforce CRM. Full training in our systems will be provided.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporter Care

To respond to general fundraising enquiries by telephone, email and in writing, in a professional manner, seeking the guidance of colleagues as to the most appropriate response.

Ensure all donations are thanked and acknowledged quickly and appropriately, by yourself or the relevant contact manager.

Support other aspects of fundraising income administration, such the Patrons, Friends and regular giving schemes, and as required.

Record complaints, escalating as appropriate, and in line with complaints handling policy.

Support the administration of print and digital communications.

Occasionally attend and support the running of fundraising evening receptions, site visits, or new building openings– sometimes held over a weekend (time off in lieu will be given).

Supporter data, analysis and reporting

Record all donations and fundraising transactions on the Salesforce database, liaising with the finance team to provide relevant reports and daybooks for bank reconciliations.

Ensure that supporter contacts and database records are kept up to date and comply with data protection legislation and internal requirements.

Support the Finance team with Gift Aid best practice, including managing the integrity of current Gift Aid records and auditing past records.

Produce Salesforce reports to track donations, appeals, regular gifts, and memberships.

Extract contact data from Salesforce for segmentation, analysis and marketing, including appeals, raffle, event invitations and others, working to a brief from the relevant team member.

Ensure that Salesforce use by the team is continually developed and improved. Work with IT to select, onboard new database products, and hold workshops for team members around developments to maximise use of the supporter database.

Financial management

Administer the collection of all Direct Debit donations including membership payments (Friends & Patrons), regular givers, and Standing Orders.

Maintain the team’s annual income and expenditure monitoring spreadsheets, and project/restricted income monitoring, ensuring accuracy at all times and reconciliation with finance systems.

To be the main point of contact with the Finance team on day-to-day donation queries, including Gift Aid administration, chasing payments, and general donations questions.

Keep physical and electronic supporter filing up to date as required for audit purposes.

Manage the safe and proper handling of, and accounting for, income, to agreed deadlines.

Continually strive to improve margins and reduce costs as well as suggesting improvements in operating processes at a specific and general level.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Lead to manage and collaborate with an external development/implementation partner and coordinate the smooth adoption of Salesforce within the Charity.  This critical role will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from planning and requirements gathering to execution, testing, training, and post-implementation support. You will be the central point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project.

The Access is Justice Foundation is seeking a Grants Officer who will join our Grants Team to provide ongoing administrative, operational, and data management support for our grant making activity, working alongside others in the Grants Team. Role Overview: 

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Trusts and Foundations income stream at Global Canopy, bringing exemplary relationship management and stewardship strategies to continue establishing the programme for long-term impact. This role will also nurture a small but successful team, supporting them to reach in-year and future income targets.

Key Responsibilities
As a confident and energetic member of Global Canopy’s Development team, you will:

• Oversee the delivery of our Trusts and Foundations programme, shaping plans to ensure outstanding donor engagement and stewardship, future income growth and the delivery of our mission for forests, people and nature
• Personally manage a portfolio of prospects and existing funders at the six- and seven-figure level, inspiring them to give for the first time and continue or increase their giving
• Support the Trusts/Foundations fundraising team to develop a continuous pipeline of unrestricted and restricted funding opportunities
• Working alone and in partnership with other team members, develop high-quality tailored communications, including cases for support, bespoke proposals, concept notes and donor reports that demonstrate Global Canopy’s impact
• Engage and build relationships with peer and partner organisations to identify and explore opportunities for partnership funding applications
• Represent the voice of fundraising on strategic internal Boards and Working Groups, ensuring excellent communication flow between them and the Development team
• Collaborate effectively across the organisation at all levels, operating as a supportive and reliable fundraising colleague
• Work with colleagues across programmes, communications, operations and finance to shape annual plans and budgets 
• Leverage your understanding of market trends to adapt our approach to fundraising and donor engagement
• Effectively manage a high performing Trusts/Foundations team providing clear objectives, supervision and support to enable them to thrive in their roles
• Ensure your and the team’s work is fully compliant with both our own policies and the latest charity legislation and standards of practice
• Ensure that our CRM (Salesforce) is used effectively, kept up to date and accurately maintained with prospect and donor information
• With the Director of Income and Philanthropy Lead, contribute to the effective management of the Development team as a whole and a strong organisational fundraising culture
• Undertake any other relevant duties and projects delegated by the Director of Income

Skills and Experience
Successful candidates will:

• Have a proven track record of having identified, cultivated and secured six- and seven-figure funding partnerships with trusts/foundations
• Have proven experience of building relationships of trust, working collaboratively and in close partnership with internal stakeholders to deliver joint outcomes 
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident in synthesising complex information for external-facing, donor-friendly communication and talking with funders, prospects and stakeholders
• Be adept in negotiating in complex environments with multiple stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes 
• Be skilled in adapting your style of management to meet individual needs and provide support to team members in achieving their professional and developmental goals 
• Be familiar with the Fundraising Code of Practice and/or other relevant fundraising best practice frameworks
• Have excellent relationship management skills and high emotional intelligence
• Have strong financial literacy, including budgeting and financial reporting
• Be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities and demands
• Have experience in working in the forests, nature and/or climate sectors, preferably in a global context
• Familiarity with the human rights and social dimensions of commodity-driven deforestation and environmental degradation and/or the nexus between human rights and nature-related issues would also be beneficial

About the opportunity

Are you passionate about using data to create change for children and young people in education? We are looking for a Data and Insights Manager to lead the ongoing development of our Salesforce CRM and help us make the most of our data to achieve our charity mission.

At Action Tutoring, data is central to everything we do. With an evidence-based culture and impact at the centre of our strategy, gathering and analysing high-quality data is a key priority.

Our highly customised Salesforce database supports every aspect of our work—capturing and managing data from volunteers, pupils, schools, and tutoring sessions. As Data and Insights Manager, you will make sure our system remains fit for purpose and help turn data into meaningful insights that can inform decision-making.

Duties and responsibilities 

Salesforce and systems development

• Collaborate with external Salesforce development consultants to continue building our system capabilities and design.
• Design and oversee the collection of stakeholder, tutoring delivery, quality assurance and evaluation data, working with colleagues to ensure data is collected in a timely, accurate and consistent manner.

Team leadership and support

• Line manage the Data Lead, ensuring their work is of high quality and they have clear development objectives.
• Plan and oversee training and support for the whole organisation on the effective use of Salesforce, developing their understanding of the purpose and value of data.

Data insights

• Support the Head of Impact and Quality to generate insights from data to inform evidence-based decision-making across departments, including through dashboards.

• Data governance

• Champion data security and GDPR compliance across the organisation, including contributing to the upkeep of privacy notices, responding to queries, and facilitating stakeholder GDPR rights.
• Any other reasonable tasks as per the request of the CEO.

Qualifications criteria:

The Philanthropy Manager will join our recently established Philanthropy and Partnerships (P&P) team to help us develop and nurture a range of corporate and philanthropic relationships. Together, we will significantly increase our income in support of the world leading research, treatment, and care that takes place across our hospitals in areas such as: childhood cancer, rare diseases, neonatal and maternal health, children and young people’s mental health, and critical care.

We’re looking for an experienced Philanthropy Manager to play a pivotal role in securing significant philanthropic income from high-net-worth individuals and charitable trusts and foundations to support the vital work of our hospitals. Leading a team of three, this role is responsible for cultivating and managing existing high-value philanthropic relationships, expanding our high-value networks and further embedding a culture of philanthropy across our hospitals and charity.

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding and experience in working with high-net-worth individuals to secure 5-6 figure gifts. Communication skills (both verbally and in writing) ideally gained within a fundraising or sales/business development environment. They will be a self-starter with an appetite to make unsolicited approaches to individuals, along with the ability to develop and grow lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals, charitable trust and foundations.  They will have strong time management skills, a motivation to work towards and achieve targets, and an appreciation of working for the NHS.
