Blue Cross Grimsby Animal Hospital has been serving the local community for more than 40 years and treats thousands of sick and injured pets every year.  

Our Grimsby Animal Hospital is state-of-the-art and modern, equipped with extensive onsite facilities to support your work.  Explore our facilities and meet some of the team by watching our video tour!

All our Veterinary Surgeons at Blue Cross work on a healthy mix of emergency and routine treatments. You'll be exposed to more complex medical cases and experience a greater variety of work compared to private practice.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:

  • Member of Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons
  • Demonstrable small animal or mixed practice experience
  • Sole charge experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Desirable qualifications, skills, and experience:

  • UK small animal or mixed practice experience
  • UK driving licence

For Veterinary Surgeons joining us at our Grimsby Animal Hospital, we offer a one-off £2,500 Recruitment & Retention Allowance, £1,250 included in the first, monthly salary payment and £1,250 on successful completion of probation.
