Role Purpose
To provide highly efficient administrative support and be proactive within the Standards Department with exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and a strong teamwork ethic.
The purpose of this role is to provide high-level general administration for the Quality and Standards team who is responsible for raising standards through the learning lab educator platform, using benchmarking resource products, to empower young people and champion future skills.
Key tasks and responsibilities
1. Administrative support to raise standards - Learning Lab:
• Support the engagement plan activities for educators to use the online learning platform and to access educational benchmarked resources.
• To aid the Digital Skills Development Manager to support the creation of editorial and marketing scripts.
2. Administrative support to empower young people - Benchmarking Resources and National Standards:
• To assist the Quality and Standards Manager to develop teaching tools for educators in colleges and training providers.
• Effectively support the co-ordination of resources (including agencies, suppliers, volunteers, and partners) so that all project elements are delivered to acceptable standards and meet the required outcomes.
3. Support to champion future skills – Competition portfolio reviews and audit:
• Producing and distributing accurate records of meetings. Acting as secretariat for meetings that are either in person or virtual that will include setting up meetings using Zoom or Teams, minute taking, and recording actions.
4. Operational Impact:
• Administration and co-ordination of activities in line with the project operational plan
• Develop, co-ordinate and maintain appropriate systems and processes, tracking and reporting on activity.
5. To work with internal or external stakeholders at all:
• Liaising with educator partners to ensure key quality assurance documentation is submitted to deadlines and collated on the appropriate systems.
• Monitoring the enquiries, allocating queries to team members and responding to requests for information.
• Providing support to the team in answering queries from staff, external stakeholders and suppliers.
• Assisting the team with arrangements for meetings and events including booking travel, venues, catering and accommodation.
• Supporting the budget management processes; raising purchase orders, processing invoices and monitoring expenditure.
• Maintaining all administrative systems, processes and databases.
• Supporting the monitoring of key performance indicators for learner and educator engagement and prepare data for inclusion in reports.

Impact and Insights Officer
This is a brand new, unique role to be an impact catalyst across both Carlisle and Barnet youth zones, generating support and building towards a ‘culture of impact’ in both organisations such that outcome measurement and impact reporting becomes routine and ‘every day’.
Position: Impact and Insights Officer
Location: Home-working combined with a minimum of 8 days per month across both Barnet and Carlisle youth zones (travel expenses will be covered as part of the package)

About the Role
You will lead on data analysis and reporting on the data held in Salesforce CRM, improving both the quality and quantity of monitoring and evaluation processes, driving improvements in data capture through training and upskilling the Youth Work team, strengthening the ability of both youth zones to demonstrate the measurable impact of youth work delivered.
You will also be responsible for measuring and demonstrating both charities’ impact to stakeholders; authoring and providing the necessary data to the leadership and fundraising teams and Board (as required), annual publications such as Trustees Reports and annual Impact Reports. Innovation is a key aspect of this role, involving the introduction and embedding of new methodologies to enhance the qualitative data capture process.
You will collaborate closely with a cross section of teams within the youth zones, working with the Youth Work delivery teams to feed data into decision making, and with the Communications and Fundraising teams to provide impact measurement and analysis content for use with stakeholders and in donor reporting. Furthermore, it will align impact and data work with national and local policy, and use national census, health, police and other statistical data to position both youth zones for new income generation opportunities.
About You
This role is ideal for someone who has the ability to bring technical analysis to life in a youth work setting and can communicate insights in an accessible style to different audiences. The Impact and Insights Officer should be passionate about embracing the power of youth work and be keen to support youth zones in evidencing the impact created with young people. It will require someone who can bring impact expertise and creativity to create buy-in and drive improvements in data capture; and someone who is keen to work flexibly and closely with teams of passionate youth workers and who is unafraid of the challenge presented by Youth Zones in two very different geographic locations.

New Horizon Youth Centre runs a busy day centre from Monday to Friday, providing basic needs to young people experiencing homelessness and a one-stop-shop for housing advice, youth work activities, counselling, jobs, education and training support. The Services Manager (Day Centre) is a brand new role for the organisation. The successful candidate will need to be a detail orientated, solution focused, project manager with expert knowledge in fundraising and data protection regulations. We are looking for someone to lead and maintain a culture of compliance across all elements of fundraising and supporter engagement in this stand alone role.
As our Fundraising Compliance Manager, you will be the focal point for compliance, providing guidance and advice to colleagues ensuring that we have sufficient controls and processes in place across all areas of fundraising. In addition, you will provide comprehensive front line and administrative support, to facilitate best practice across Fundraising/Charity regulation and the General Data Protection Regulation and help embed this in our ways of working. You will produce and deliver training and supporting documents to upskill staff and to ensure consistency across the team, as well as identifying areas for improvement and development. You will keep your knowledge up-to-date and will be confident in communicating with staff at all levels and with varying levels of understanding; in an engaging and accessible manner.
Excellent organisation and project management skills will be required to ensure that projects and the day-to-day delivery and reporting of compliance is on track.
Key Responsibilities
Overarching responsibilities
- To oversee and be the main port of call for all compliance, data protection and gift administration queries in respect of fundraising.
- To develop and maintain robust operational frameworks, processes, systems and governance structures for compliance and gift administration that instil confidence and assurance in our fundraising operations and our ability to fulfil our contractual obligations as data processors and controllers.
- To provide guidance to fundraising colleagues and other stakeholders on compliance and data protection queries.
- To develop and maintain a culture of compliance across the Foundation through developing and delivering training and producing guidelines and departmental policies.
- To conduct periodic reviews or audits (to include external suppliers) to ensure that compliance procedures are followed and fit for purpose.
Gift Administration and Implementation
- Support our fundraising colleagues to maximise their income and engage with supporters in a compliant way
- Triage and respond to gift administration and compliance queries and requests within defined service level times
- Produce and keep updated, relevant guidance, tools and resources for colleagues across the fundraising function
- Develop new strategies to provide the best support for our fundraisers and work to build new and lasting relationships with key stakeholders

Fundraising compliance and data protection
- To evaluate and apply the Data Protection principles to variable and challenging scenarios, supporting colleagues to find solutions to their problems within the limits of the law.
- Ensuring we are aware of and reacting to any fundraising and data protection regulations changes. Regulations include GDPR/UK Data Protection Act 2021, Fundraising Regulator's Code of Fundraising Practice, Charity Commission guidelines, BACS, and PCI DSS Compliance. HMRC Gift aid guidelines.
- Recognise that a change in procedure or legislation external to the Foundation has implications and who needs to be notified of the changes.
- Produce and continually monitor our operational policies; modelling best practices against the Fundraising Regulator's Code of Fundraising Practice
- Responsible for reviewing all fundraising contracts and third-party agreements for data capture to ensure they are in line with all compliance regulations, ensuring our supporter data is adequately protected, any new fundraising processes and procedures are compliant, and fulfilling the operational commitments associated. Suggest and negotiate amendments, and if the necessary compliance clauses cannot be met then decline authorisation to work with that third party.
- Assess data risks and complete Data Protection Impact Assessments where required, being prepared to work with colleagues to pull together the relevant information and present to the data protection lead for sign off. ·
Leadership

Job Title: Commercial Marketing Executive

Role Objective
To work with the Commercial Marketing Manager to drive commercial interest in Kooth Digital Health’s services in the UK healthcare setting by supporting the delivery of multi-channel campaigns, online and in-person events and customer database management.
Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Delivery:
- Working closely with the Commercial Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and logistics of various commercially focused campaigns ensuring deadlines are met and key milestones and metrics are achieved.
- Assist in planning digital marketing campaigns, providing support in defining objectives, identifying target audiences, and coordinating campaign logistics.
- Aid in the management of content on our digital platforms, such as email, social media, and online advertising, by helping with scheduling, monitoring engagement and responding to inquiries.
- Provide assistance in the implementation and management of email campaigns, ensuring proper organisation of workflows and automated drip campaigns, and helping with metric tracking to inform continuous improvement and conversion rate optimisation efforts.
- Support the creation of digital content by collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure materials align with campaign goals and adhere to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Event Management:
- Assist in planning and coordinating in-person and online events, including conferences, roundtables, seminars and webinars. Travelling domestically and overnight stays will be required on occasion.
- Support logistical aspects of events, such as venue selection, travel arrangement, and coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee the creation and preparation of event materials as required for in-person events, and manage the use of tech solutions ensuring seamless technology-driven experiences for our online events.
- Provide on-site support during events, overseeing set-up, managing schedules, and troubleshooting issues to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Marketing Operations:
- Manage marketing automation platform to streamline and optimise lead nurturing, scoring and campaign execution.
- Integrate and maintain various marketing technologies, ensuring seamless communication and data flow between different systems within the marketing technology stack.
- Develop and implement attribution models to track and analyse the contribution of various marketing channels to lead generation and conversion.
- Marketing Dashboards: Create and maintain marketing dashboards that provide real-time visibility into KPIs and support data driven decision making.
CRM and Database Management:
- Oversee the quality and integrity of marketing data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM system (Hubspot).
- Work with APIs to integrate the CRM with other software solutions (Hubspot, Monday, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and more) enhancing functionality and supporting cross-platform data exchange to map the entire customer journey.
- Integrate the CRM with email marketing to enable personalised and automated email nurture campaigns, ensuring accurate audience segmentation and recipient targeting.
Requirements
Essential:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications or equivalent work experience (Minimum of 3 years post graduate experience)
- Demonstrable experience in event management as well as evidence of collaborating with a range of internal and external senior stakeholders to deliver high quality, unique in-person experiences
- Proven track record in a previous digital marketing function with evidence of campaigns/collateral/content that you have created or contributed to and insight into their performance
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in managing customer relationship and content management systems, preferably HubSpot and WordPress
- Demonstrated experience in utilizing data analytics tools for digital marketing insights.
- Successful execution of multichannel marketing campaigns.
- Experience in implementing CRO strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Proven ability to efficiently manage end-to-end projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing relationships with key stakeholders.
