An exciting opportunity for someone with experience to help grow Scope’s Philanthropy portfolio. The role will support Scope to maximise its’ opportunities in securing and managing High Net Worth individuals and strengthening our existing partnership with People’s Postcode Lottery.
The role
You will:
· Identify potential HNWI, develop relationships and approach them for support in the most appropriate (and GDPR compliant) manner.
· Coordinate inputs and writing of compelling proposals
· Manage the 6 figure People’s Postcode Lottery partnership, providing bespoke high-quality stewardship to build a strong relationship to in turn drive mutual grown and secure multiyear funding
· Lead on Major Donor pipeline development and implementation to grow major donor funding, deliver agreed income growth targets and organisation ambition. This includes:
Working with Trustees, Senior members of staff, current donors and other external stakeholders to recruit new Major Donors
Researching and identifying potential funders for unfunded Scope projects/concepts
About you
We are looking for someone with experience of:
· Cultivating 5, 6 and 7 figure gifts
· Building a Major Donor pipeline, ensuring opportunities are organised and acted on appropriately
· Delivering high quality stewardship to high value funders to secure longevity of funding
· Working with an organisational CRM system
· Disability issues or projects tackling disability inequality is beneficial but not essential.
We would also need you to have the following skills:
· Able to write strong, persuasive narrative for five, six and seven figure funder proposals and reports
· Knowledge of Major Donor funders and trends
· Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel effectively
· Able to work positively with internal and external individuals and teams.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team at Scope. You’ll need strong expertise in retail and charity accounting, and the confidence to provide clear financial insight, support and challenge to senior leaders. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential, along with experience guiding budget holders and influencing decisions.
You should be comfortable managing a £25m budget, have a disciplined and structured approach, and the ability to present complex information simply. Main duties
Fundraising CRM Project Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end project to replace the current CRM system, including an audit of existing data, research into CRM options, supplier selection and full onboarding and implementation.
- Manage and maintain the current Salesforce system during the review period, ensuring it remains functional, accurate, and fit for purpose while supporting the transition process.
- Act as the day-to-day lead for the CRM system within the Fundraising and Communications team, ensuring it meets team needs and supports strategic goals.
CRM and Data Management
- Maintain and improve the quality of supporter data through regular cleansing, deduplication, and tagging to ensure accuracy and GDPR compliance.
- Working with data flows and setting up integrations, ensuring the system runs smoothly on an ongoing basis, making updates, troubleshooting issues whilst maintaining data consistency.
- Work with the Finance team to support integration between the CRM and finance systems for seamless donation and income reporting.
Data Selections, Segmentation and Campaign Support
- Collaborate with the Fundraising team to perform targeted data selections for appeals, newsletters, stewardship journeys, and events.
- Develop and maintain segmentation structures and logic to support personalised supporter journeys and strategic targeting.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to provide campaign-ready data for fundraising, advocacy, and engagement activities.
Reporting and Insight
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real time insight into fundraising performance, donor behaviour and campaign results.
- Create and deliver regular and ad hoc fundraising analysis to inform strategic decisions and performance tracking.

About the role
We are seeking a Head of Fundraising to develop and drive Iswe’s income generation strategy and grow a high-performing fundraising team.
This role is ideal for someone experienced and confident enough to lead the function with minimal oversight, but still eager to be hands-on. You will bring a good understanding of the climate, democracy, and systems change funding landscape, ideally along with existing funder relationships. This role involves working closely with the CEO, Fundraising Manager, and wider team to coordinate all aspects of the campaign. As Philanthropy Officer, you will be an organised and proactive fundraiser, adept at multi-tasking and working across a variety of projects to successfully support senior leaders. You will be keen to learn from senior fundraisers and implement exciting new approaches for the Sutton Trust, and bring strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
The philanthropy income team is a team of two, working closely with the Director of Development to secure and steward individual donors. As Philanthropy Officer, you will support both the Head of Philanthropy and Director of Development in their work with individual donors, including undertaking prospect research, writing briefings and compelling reports, coordinating meetings and donor visits, and maintaining accurate donor records.

New Business

Working collaboratively with our fantastic team, board, key stakeholders and LEVEL Centre’s vibrant community, you will provide confident and inspiring leadership to develop and oversee a programme that reflects our vision, mission and values. You'll have a successful track record in fundraising, and work to promote and maintain the interests of LEVEL Centre in its relationships with Arts Council England and other funding bodies.
The role requires experience at a senior level within the cultural industries, developing diverse and impactful arts engagement projects and programmes that transform lives. You will work to identify and remove barriers to inclusion, be passionate about creating meaningful creative opportunities for disabled and neurodivergent people, and support artists to develop their talent through our commissioning and residency programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work in close collaboration with the board, staff and key stakeholders in line with the business plan aims and objectives
- Develop the artistic vision of LEVEL Centre – building a programme that delivers our mission, in collaboration with staff, facilitators, external organisations and other collaborators. This includes the LEVEL participation programme, gallery and digital exhibition programme and artist residency programme
- Oversee the effective and responsible financial management of LEVEL Centre
- Oversee HR across the organisation following best practice principles
- Stakeholder management
- Able to achieve strategic objectives within a changing cultural landscape
- Represent and champion LEVEL Centre at local and national events
- Build a network of local and regional contacts across the arts sector
- Promote and maintain the strategic interests of the company
- Fundraising from trusts, foundations and other sources to increase income generation and maximise its assets
- Partnership building
- Develop robust strategies and seek advice and guidance for up to date knowledge on policies and procedures
- Prepare reports for board meetings
- Oversee marketing, branding and vision
- Oversee projects and programmes
- Be an advocate for accessible governance
- Champion disabled creatives
- Co-chair East Midlands Disability Arts Network alongside Attenborough Arts Centre
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Occasional evening, weekend and bank holiday working may be required. Flexible working arrangements to be discussed. Core business hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays
Pension: LEVEL Centre operates an auto enrolment pension scheme deferred for 3 months from joining the organisation with Nest.
