Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Policy & Projects Officer. Reporting to our Policy & Projects Manager, you will be instrumental in organising and coordinating various initiatives aimed at amplifying the voices of care workers. Your responsibilities will include supporting the management of the national Care Worker Advisory Board and Champions Board, organising monthly online sessions, facilitating roundtables, and arranging conferences in collaboration with the advisory board members and the wider CWC team. You must have worked as a care worker in adult social care in the UK within the past 5 years.
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per year. 16 months fixed term with the potential for extension based on funding. This is a hybrid role with home working and attending team meetings, events and conferences in London.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills:

The FA is looking for a Women's and Girls' Game Communications Executive to join our team on a 2-year fixed-term contract.
This is an exciting role with responsibilities across various areas of the women's and girls' game, including the Adobe Women's FA Cup, grassroots football, coaching, refereeing, the England talent pathway and The FA's Made for this Game campaign. Working closely with and reporting directly to the Women's and Girls' Game Communications Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering a communications strategy which promotes The FA's strategic objectives within women's and girls' football.
The role requires a smart media operator and a creative thinker who can recognise opportunities to grow the women's and girls' game across the priority areas. You will help deliver the season-long communications plan and press office function for the Adobe Women's FA Cup, helping elevate the competition to new heights. With direction from the Head of England Communications, the role will also cross into the England pathway with the requirement to scope opportunities to elevate the profile of the England women's development squads.
As a member of The FA's Communications team, you will work as part of a high-performing integrated marcomms team across the priority areas. Close collaboration with Marketing, Campaigns, Content and Public Affairs colleagues within The FA will be essential to help drive and deliver integrated campaigns. You will also work with various FA departments and external stakeholders to create and deliver the communications strategies.
It is a two-year fixed-term role, which currently includes two days a week based at Wembley Stadium and regular trips to St George's Park. Please note that the role also requires occasional out-of-hours work and travel.
What will you be doing?
- Coordinate and deliver an integrated season-long communications plan to support and promote The FA's key strategic objectives in the women's and girls' game.
- Coordinate and deliver an integrated season-long communications plan to promote and protect the Adobe Women's FA Cup, including the delivery of the competition's press office function.
- Press office support for the England women's development teams.
- Identify opportunities to promote The FA's Made for this Game campaign across owned and external channels.
- Ownership of creating and maintaining key press materials for the smooth running of the holistic women's and girls' game press office, including media lists, briefing documents and media guides.
- Play a central role within an integrated marcomms team to promote the women's and girls' game, the Adobe Women's FA Cup and England women's development teams across owned and earned channels.
- Develop and maintain trusted working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Work effectively with key internal departments, including Marketing, Digital Content, Commercial, Broadcast, and Public Affairs, to achieve joint organisational goals.
- Expertly and effectively manage incoming media requests.
- Execute additional tasks as required to meet the FA's changing priorities.

About this job
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Income and Gift Aid Accountant Assistant to help us make sure every penny counts in our mission to stop MS. You'll play a key role in managing our income processing and supporting Gift Aid claims to help us maximise the value of every donation.
You'll ensure that donations recorded in our CRM system match the funds received, resolving discrepancies and supporting our income processes to run efficiently. Working closely with our Customer Services and Fundraising teams you’ll be at the heart of making sure our financial data is accurate and robust.
You’ll also assist with preparing and checking Gift Aid claims, helping us claim back vital extra funds at no additional cost to our supporters. Your detail driven approach will help us continue to build a strong and transparent foundation for everything we do.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a good understanding of financial accounting principles, strong Excel and IT skills, and a collaborative problem-solving approach. Excellent communication and organisational skills will also be essential as you work closely with teams across the organisation to ensure our income records are accurate and efficient.

About the role
We’re looking for a Associate Director of Brand & Marketing Communications with excellent brand, marketing and digital experience at a leadership level to lead our Brand and Marketing Communications Team.

This is a senior delivery role, accountable for all aspects of planning, executing and evaluating complex fundraising events across Guy’s & St Thomas’ Foundation, Evelina London Children’s Charity, and Guy’s Cancer Charity. This position requires someone who can operate independently, manage high-value partnerships, oversee delivery risks, and influence cross-functional teams with credibility. You will be expected to take initiative, lead relationships and processes without supervision, and support junior colleagues in upholding the highest operational standards. A key element of this role is working closely with the Events Fundraising Co-ordinator to ensure seamless delivery — offering guidance and support across all operational touchpoints, while also benefiting from their delivery support in return.

Overall Purpose of the role
The Events Fundraising Lead plays a critical role within the fundraising team, combining strategic oversight with a hands-on commitment to delivery excellence. At a time of organisational transformation and ambitious long-term growth, this role is central to building the operational foundations and supporter experiences that will enable our 10-year vision to succeed. This role will provide clear direction and structure to the planning and execution of our event portfolio, while remaining close to the operational detail — streamlining processes, refining supporter journeys, and driving performance through data, insight and continuous improvement. This role is responsible for setting high standards across everything from partnership engagement to on-the-day execution. It requires someone who is comfortable working autonomously, leading high-value relationships with professionalism and precision, and bringing creative thinking to how we engage and retain our event supporters. The Events Fundraising Lead will also guide and support the Events Fundraising Co-ordinator, working in close partnership to deliver exceptional stewardship across the supporter lifecycle and elevate every touchpoint — from first sign-up to post-event celebration. This is a key opportunity for an experienced event professional to shape the future of events at Guy’s & St Thomas’ Foundation and play a leading role in how we build supporter loyalty, scale income, and strengthen our presence in third-party partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently lead the delivery of a portfolio of flagship fundraising events (e.g. London Marathon, London Landmarks, St Thomas’ Abseil), from planning and budgeting to live execution and post-event evaluation.
- Take full accountability for event logistics, safety planning, compliance, supplier and volunteer coordination, and performance reporting.
- Act as the strategic lead and key relationship manager with external partners (e.g. London Marathon Events, contracted delivery agencies), managing high-stakes negotiations and ensuring our brand and supporter experience are protected at all stages.
- Develop and manage detailed event budgets, including forecasting, tracking, reconciliation and net income reporting.
- Design recruitment and supporter acquisition strategies (e.g. ballot, registration flows, digital campaigns, grassroots marketing), optimising for retention and ROI in collaboration with digital and comms teams.
- Provide operational guidance and oversight to the Events Fundraising Co-ordinator, ensuring compliance, quality, and consistency across all shared delivery elements.
- Collaborate on supporter stewardship planning and execution, ensuring high-quality communications, journeys and post-event follow-up — with appropriate division of responsibilities between Lead and Co-ordinator.
- Own the production and implementation of risk assessments, permits, insurances and safety documentation, ensuring all activity is compliant and appropriately escalated when needed.
- Evaluate events against defined KPIs, using data insight and feedback to improve delivery, supporter satisfaction and financial performance.
Work environment
· The post holder should expect to:
- Work in a hybrid hot desk environment, generally working 2 days a week in the London office and three from home.
- Be responsible for the input and maintenance of databases and files relevant to the post requirements.
- Will occasionally be required to attend events in the evening and at weekends.

Experience
This role requires substantial, direct operational experience. Applicants without evidence of owning event budgets, long-term strategy work, operational logistics, and external partnership delivery will not be shortlisted.
Essential Experience
- At least 3 years' experience independently delivering large-scale fundraising events with full logistical and financial responsibility.
- Strong background in supplier management, live event operations, and compliance, including health & safety, risk documentation and insurance.

About the role
This role will involve building relationships with current and new corporate donors to ensure we can resource all the material donations we need to run the Crisis at Christmas centres in London. Our advice service provides over 2,000 kinship carers a year with easy access to expert advice and support to empower them to:

We’re developing our advice service and investing in our team to make sure that we can support more kinship carers effectively. You’ll be part of a supportive team who keep kinship carers at the heart of their service.
The role of Advice Worker is pivotal in supporting kinship carers to access the right information, services and entitlements.
In this role, you’ll provide generalist advice and information to kinship carers in line with kinship carers’ preferred methods. Often, this will be by telephone, including taking live calls on our advice line, and by email. You will also need to respond to enquiries using video conferencing, text and other channels as we develop the service.
The type of person we’re looking for:
You will either have significant experience of providing advice to individuals on their rights, or you will have significant experience of providing support to kinship carers.
We will provide the training you need to undertake the role, as well as opportunities for development and progression.
You will need to be resilient and able to remain calm in difficult situations. You will have an eye for detail to identify the key issues requiring advice and the relevant legislation, guidance or practice. You will be firm, sensitive and professional in your approach and will be clear and assertive as you support kinship carers to get their needs met quickly and effectively.
The team work remotely, but there is the option to work from our office in London.
Key responsibilities include:
Advice provision:
· Respond to enquiries through a range of incoming channels. This includes taking calls on our advice line, as well as responding to enquiries submitted through our website, via internal referral or other channels.
· Provide high quality advice and information to kinship carers on their rights, entitlements and responsibilities in relation to: welfare benefits, local authority allowances, support from children’s services, kinship care arrangements and options, housing, sources of educational, parenting and legal support and other issues that may be required.
· Address all safeguarding concerns in line with policy.
· Make referrals and signpost to other services as necessary.
· Where appropriate, provide additional advice or support to enable the client to take action or undertake follow-up action on behalf of the client to move the case on.

The role is a full time and permanent contract. This role is based at our UCL East campus with flexibility to work from home on a 40/60 basis (40% working from the office). We will consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible, and job share basis wherever possible.
The post-holder will support the day-to-day operations of activity at the UCL East Campus, help other Union departments in the activity they run at UCL East and support our team with social media, events and student engagement initiatives on the campus
Do you have experience in event and social media support? Do you enjoy working with students and creating an exceptional experience for them? If the answer is yes, then we want to hear from you!
Our ideal candidate will have some basic event and social media knowledge, excellent administrative capabilities and should be comfortable supporting student staff.
