The Executive Assistant to the Chief Development Officer and the Director of Development (EA to CDO and DoD) will provide proactive senior-level support within a busy office and theatre environment.

The EA to CDO and DoD will support the Chief Development Officer (CDO) and the Director of Development (DoD) in delivering their roles efficiently and effectively, focusing on comprehensive inbox and diary management to ensure strategic prioritisation of commitments. They will source and / or draft briefings as needed for donor meetings and events and ensure prompt and sensitive follow-up is carried out.

As an engaged and diplomatic communicator, they would act as first point of contact for all matters relating to the CDO and DoD, working in partnership with colleagues in the Development team, and more widely across the organisation. They will understand the nuances of the external relationships the CDO and DoD hold to enable co-ordination of supporter correspondence on the CDO and DoD’s behalf, ensuring that conversations progress sensitively and at pace.

The role also manages the co-ordination and communication with the Development Board and other fundraising committees.

The successful candidate will have the following: 

• Significant experience in an assistant role, including complex diary and inbox management.
• A positive disposition, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal confidently with a wide range of internal and external contacts.
• Skilled multi-tasker - both independently and within a team - with ability to adjust to varied deadlines and work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines.

We are seeking an experienced Charity Administrator (Maternity Cover for CEO) to provide continuity and ensure the smooth running of CURE UK during our CEO’s maternity leave. This is a caretaker role: you will be the charity’s sole staff member, responsible for day-to-day operations, donor communications, and ongoing fundraising projects. These include management of the donor database (Beacon CRM), support with bookkeeping and reconciliation, handling charitable giving for our projects, and processing invoice payments to suppliers.
• Part-time (c. 20 hrs/wk): The role would focus on communications, fundraising, and donor care. Finance, accounting, and governance tasks would be handled by our external Accountant partner.

Joining our dedicated team of nurses, you will support our helpline and Ask Our Nurses (AON).

You will act as a resource for clients, healthcare professionals and the wider public about breast health and breast cancer. This includes providing information and support to clients though our national helpline, by email and social media.

The helpline service is run throughout the week, and on Saturday mornings (the latter is optional, other than training days) and the helpline hours are 8:45am to 4.00pm. Team training usually occurs twice a year on Saturdays. You’ll be supported by a senior clinical nurse specialist and have regular clinical supervision. We are looking for candidates who can work at least one day (6.25 hours) per week

Your Role in Our Vision 

We’re looking for a proactive Finance Business Partner to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused finance partnering service. You’ll play a key role in supporting strategic and operational decision-making through expert financial insight, modelling, and analysis. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders supporting operating plans, strategic decisions, and identifying opportunities to maximise impact and value. 
• Develop complex financial models, forecasts, and long-term plans challenging assumptions and enhancing understanding of financial risk. 
• Design and deliver clear, insightful financial performance reports and commentary. 
• Provide financial training to non-financial managers, empowering confident and informed decision-making. 
• Build strong relationships across the organisation from budget holders to accounting operations with occasional national travel. 

What You’ll Need 

• Proven finance partnering experience in a complex or multi-division organisation.

Events Marketing Executive - Church and Community

Are you an experienced events planner with a keen eye for detail? Do you have a passion for inspiring supporters to help people living in extreme poverty fulfil their God-given potential?

As a member of the Church and Community Building Squad, you would be responsible for the delivery of our events campaign at multiple and varied events, including leadership conferences, summer festivals and more. As we upscale our in-person events programme, we are looking for an organised and detail driven events planner. The right candidate will manage our presence and help us engage well with our supporters so that they can better understand Tearfund's mission and learn how to partner with us to see lives transformed.

We are particularly looking for a person who has experience in delivering events logistics at small and large scale, with a passion for encouraging the UK church to engage with global justice. Hybrid Working: This role offers hybrid working. The British Academy – the UK’s national body for the humanities and social sciences - is seeking a Development Operations and Stewardship Officer to join our Development Directorate, providing key support within a small fundraising team of 9. It’s a particularly exciting time to join the Development Team - we’ve recently completed a successful capital campaign (£9.5m raised) and are now in planning stages of our next major fundraising initiative.

The role

This role is central to ensuring our supporters feel valued and engaged. You’ll help deliver the operational side of donor stewardship from processing income and coordinating communications, to supporting events and managing donor data. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the Academy, including Development, Communications, Finance and Programme Teams, to ensure our donors are well supported and celebrated.

This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys working across teams, communicating clearly, and managing multiple priorities. You’ll be proactive, organised and creative in your approach, with a keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in strengthening relationships. Whether you’re coordinating tailored donor communications, supporting the Development Board, or helping deliver impactful events, your work will help ensure our supporters feel understood and appreciated.
