Job description

We are looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to start ASAP until the end of the year.

The role is part time, 3 days a week. The charity is happy to do this on a day rate.

This can be a remote working role with team meet ups, must be flexible and willing to travel/come to London for meetings

The Charity
An inspiring medical charity dedicated to helping people at some of the most vulnerable moments in their lives. Youll be joining a highly respected organisation, known for its supportive and inclusive working culture, offering fantastic benefits and flexible working!

Key focus of the contract
Shaping and directing the comms strategy to launch and embed the new organisational strategy, ensuring the charity are joined up across internal and external comms in their approach and messaging
Helping to effectively integrate the (refreshed) brand work into internal comms strategies, ensuring to maximise the benefits of this refresh to drive engagement, behaviour change and belonging/shared purpose across the Charity.

Candidate
Demonstrate a commensurate depth of experience of internal comms, be used to operating at senior level
Comfortable working autonomously/on own initiative and as part of a wider comms team and function, steering and shaping the role.
Experience designing comms for strategy launch and also preferably experience of integrating brand into internal comms before.
