Community Fundraising Executive
Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men’s health globally, tackling mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, testicular cancer.
In our mission to stop men dying too young, we’re seeking a passionate Community Fundraising Executive to join our London based team.
About the role
You will support fundraisers across the schools audience, providing them with a remarkable experience and keep them coming back to the charity.
The role will focus on both retention of high-value supporters and acquisition of new supporters, with a particular focus on the Movember campaign in November.
You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between home and our Clerkenwell office. This role is being offered on a full time fixed term basis (12 months).
You’ll have the opportunity to
· Collaborate with Senior Community Fundraising Manager on school project plan, meeting targets.
· Provide regular data and reports on progress to Senior Manager.
· Identify opportunities for new school supporters, aligning with targets.
· Develop segmented reactivation plan for past supporters.
· Record supporter data and interactions on Salesforce.
· Manage day-to-day school supporter relations, ensuring consistency.
· Act as main point of contact for schools, with timely responses.
· Co-create reward plan with Senior Manager to enhance supporter value.
· Assist in developing engaging fundraising tools for schools.
· Represent Movember at events, increasing public awareness.
For this role, you’ll need
· Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a fundraising role.
· Proven experience of relationship management and stewardship.
· Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of stakeholders, internal and external.
· Highly developed organisation skills, the ability to prioritise and manage projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

Time & Talents is a lively, busy community centre in the heart of Rotherhithe, SE16. Set in a leafy heritage building, and ‘T&T2’, our second venue in Surrey Quays Shopping Centre, we offer something for everyone. With a history of 137 years of supporting people of all ages in Rotherhithe and Bermondsey, we bring people together for mutual support, fun and friendship with a wide range of services and activities for older people and other adults, along with volunteering and children and families’ projects.
T&T has grown substantially over the last 5 years, and we are in an exciting time for the charity. We are reviewing our long-term aims and changing local needs to ensure programme delivery continues our extensive track record of positive outcomes. We also need to review our current contracted provision and best practices in the charity’s business and operations.

The successful candidate will play a key part in delivering Sense’s strategy to reach 50,000 people with complex disabilities by 2026. Central to this strategy is our plan to deliver growth in our charitable projects and to build several new multi-million-pound hubs in Belfast, Leeds, and the Southwest. Sense has a strong track record in Trusts fundraising over several decades. We have recently secured several 6 and 7 figure statutory partnerships, and we have talented colleagues in post, but there is room to grow, and Sense is investing. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a robust portfolio of prospects and supporters to meet income targets
- Research and identify potential funders for unfunded Sense projects/concepts

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience:

- Direct experience of developing and submitting six figure plus proposals for Trusts Foundations, Statutory funders, or equivalent

CAF is a market leading philanthropy service for US and UK philanthropists and the postholder will take ownership of the growth plan and lead a dedicated team, ultimately being responsible for the relationship management and retention of a portfolio of CADF clients.
The Senior Manager, CAF American Donor Fund will lead on all business development activities, working closely with the Business Development Manager to continually develop and implement the strategic growth plan. Leading a team of four, the Senior Manager will achieve agreed sales objectives which are financial, activity and behavioural based. More broadly, the Senior Manager will become a leading voice in the US/UK professional advisor community and will be a strong ambassador for CAF externally.
The selected candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing strategic income plans that drive growth and will have done this within a HNWI relationship setting. You will have a proven track record of building and maintaining a network of business contacts who can drive referrals. Coupled with being a great presenter to a wide range of audiences, you will also be passionate about understanding philanthropy and why donors give to the causes they support.
