Prospectus is delighted to be supporting our client in the search for a Senior Corporate Partnerships Officer.
The organisation is a national charity tackling financial insecurity and its structural causes. They support people facing financial hardship to access the resources and opportunities they need to thrive, while working to challenge stigma and change the systems that drive financial insecurity.
This is a full-time, permanent role paying a salary of £45,155 per annum. The postholder will be working in a hybrid model from their offices in London.
The Senior Corporate Partnerships Officer will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of corporate partnerships, delivering high-quality stewardship and identifying opportunities for growth. You will support the development of commercial opportunities and the new business pipeline for the organisation's digital tools, including sales, licensing and strategic partnership opportunities that embed the tools into partner customer journeys and generate sustainable income.
The organisation are looking for candidates with an understanding of corporate charity partnerships, social impact, and Environmental Social Governance (ESG). You will have a track record of building, managing and growing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and the ability to identify opportunities to grow existing partnerships and secure new business.

The Corporate Partnerships Officer will support the delivery of The Brain Tumour Charity’s growing corporate partnerships strategy, steward partners and generate income that advances our mission.
Working closely with the New Business Corporate Partnership Manager, the post holder will help with effective account management, engage senior stakeholders and support high-quality partner experiences with measurable impact.
They will also contribute ideas and improvements that support the charity’s fast-paced and evolving fundraising needs.
Please note that our office is currently based in Fleet; however, we will be relocating to Woking from 2027. Candidates should be comfortable with this future change in location.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Support the Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships and New Business Corporate Partnerships Manager to build a strong and sustainable corporate pipeline.

Support employee engagement and fundraising activity with corporate partners, ensuring opportunities are delivered effectively and aligned with partner objectives.

Lead on a portfolio of small to medium sized corporate partners, providing high-quality stewardship relationship management and partner experience to support long-term engagement.

Maintain accurate records of partnership activity, pipeline progress and key contact information on Salesforce to support effective relationship management.

Support the preparation of tailored approaches, pitch materials and supporting documents for prospective partners, based on their charitable giving criteria and business priorities.

Support the planning and securing of meetings with new business prospects, helping to convert opportunities into sustainable partnerships.

Contribute to cross-team projects and provide wider support to the New Business Corporate Manager and team as required.
