The Fundraising team is a small but mighty national team. Income is generated through High Net-Worth Individuals, Corporate Partnerships and Trusts & Foundations. Our Corporate Partnerships function is led by a Senior Manager along with a Volunteering & Partnerships Manager and Fundraising Officer.
Many of our Corporate partners are multi-year and strategic. 2023/24 will see MyBnk continue to grow, raising £4m and beyond as we build our national team and deliver more expert-led financial education through our award-winning programmes.
The Corporate Partnerships Manager will lead several existing corporate partnerships to ensure that they deliver significant impact, engage staff, and raise awareness of the importance of quality financial education across the UK. Staff engagement and senior stakeholder management will be key deliverables in addition to fundraising product innovation and maintains MyBnk’s high partnership retention rate.

About the Role
You will play a vital part in supporting the events and fundraising team to meet and exceed income targets.
You’ll be key to evaluating, improving and growing the current events portfolio which includes challenge events and regional events and you will play a pivotal role in helping to test and shape the future of the charity’s Events.
Your principal responsibilities are to:
- Work alongside the team to achieve events fundraising targets
- Oversee and project manage selected mass participation, challenge and digital events
- Work with the team and supporters to continually improve customer and volunteer experience
- Using a variety of tools and techniques, both on and offline, to skilfully steward event participants and donors ensuring they raise as much money as possible
- Manage content and participants on all fundraising event platforms
- Advise on the development of the events portfolio-bringing new ideas and suggestions
- Effectively maintain event budgets where required
- Recruit and coordinate volunteers for events
- Evaluate events, devising new ways to encourage and incentivise attendee feedback
- Identify potential partners from event attendees and devise approach alongside the Partnerships Team to ramp up engagement
- Help with logistics for events put on by our corporate partners
- Work with the National Development team, to support with the delivery of Regional events.
About You
We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience and success in both events and fundraising where the organisation can embellish your knowledge and skills further. You will have a ‘can do’ attitude and ensure that partners, sponsors and events participants are engaged, appreciated and supported in their efforts to fundraise.
You will have:
- A track record of working in a busy events team and effectively managing a small portfolio of events or projects.
- Experience in stewarding supporters to meet and surpass fundraising targets.
- Experience of using online fundraising platforms and digital tools.
- Experience of engaging a wide range of supporters, inspiring individuals, graduates, apprentices and corporate partners.
- Proven ability to manage your own workload, manage conflicting deadlines and deliver on income targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire supporters and communicate the difference their support makes

As the Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing fundraising strategy to grow income for the organisation, as it dramatically expands its work. Line managing the Events and Partnerships Coordinator and working closely with the engaged Chief Executive, this role will have support to deliver income generation strategy and build new and upon existing relationships.
To be successful as the Head of Partnerships, you will have proven experience in income generation and within corporate and trusts and foundations fundraising. This person will be the most senior fundraiser and will be confident in implementing and developing fundraising strategy to achieve income generation growth. You will be comfortable building longstanding relationships with both donors and internal stakeholders. This person will also be passionate about empowering young people in the UK to achieve their potential.
This role is a full-time permanent position that will be remote with occasional funded travel for meetings. The role also offers a salary of £50,000.

About you
We are looking for an ambitious trusts and grants fundraiser with experience of raising 5-6 figure gifts from a range of UK trusts, foundations and grant-making organisations. You will be a strategic thinker, who is ready to lead and implement our trusts and grants strategy alongside the Head of Philanthropy and Strategic Partnerships.
Strong relationship management skills are a must, as this role involves working collaboratively with a range of colleagues to identify fundraising projects and develop project concepts and proposals. We have a committed Trustee board and there is an opportunity to work with them, and other senior volunteers and donors to leverage opportunities within their networks. We need someone who is comfortable working at this level with the ability to build long-term cultivation strategies.
You will also need exceptional writing skills, with the ability to understand complex scientific information and translate it to a range of audiences. We need someone who can communicate the significant impact of our work and inspire funders to work with us.

Job description
Major Donor Fundraising
- Proactively research, identify, and develop support from high-net-worth individuals.
- Manage a portfolio of philanthropy partners, building our income from major donors and developing a long-term major donor strategy.
- Plan and participate in engaging cultivation events, fostering strong donor relationships.
Corporate Fundraising
- Build and nurture strong partnerships with companies of all sizes, taking a proactive approach to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships nationally and locally in our choir cities.
- Securing gig sponsorship and Charity of the Year partnerships, both on a national and local level.
- Manage a portfolio of corporate partners of all sizes, building our income from businesses and developing a successful long-term strategy for securing financial, pro bono and in-kind support.
- Develop long-term relationships with companies and senior business people for the Choir with No Name
- Develop our workplace singing workshop programme into a sustainable self-earned revenue stream
General
- Contribute to the annual fundraising strategy, alongside the Head of Development and CEO.
- Develop a robust fundraising pipeline and stewardship plan to generate sustainable income in line with our targets and strategy.
- Produce accurate and timely reports for funders and Trustees.
- Ensure donation data is accurately recorded in accordance with data protection regulations.
- Carry out any other duties as may be reasonably required by the Choir with No Name within the scope of the role.

The Role
The Engagement Lead will report to the Associate Director for London and is responsible for leading our Engagement Team and function in London. You will play a key role in our London Senior Leadership team alongside a service delivery colleague. You will drive our engagement with colleagues in the London Health and Social Care system and with people affected by stroke.
Key responsibilities will include supporting the London team to:
· Develop and deliver our London Locality plan alongside the rest of our London senior leadership team.
· Lead our relationship mapping and stakeholder engagement approach, supporting the team to act as a system leader.
· Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
· Lead on the development of the London Involvement Network to support stroke survivors in having a voice in local stroke policy to improve our ability to influence for impactful and tangible improvements.
· Build our community engagement function by supporting staff and volunteers to develop the Stroke Group network.
· Develop a London community volunteering approach.
· Scope and lead on engagement projects to achieve outcomes in our London Locality plan.

We are seeking an experienced consultant to help us shape and implement our global advocacy program for dogs. At ICAM, we strongly believe that some Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) cannot be achieved by 2030 without putting in place policies and programs for humane management of dog populations. As such, we are in the process of initiating an influencing strategy targeted at global health and urban development stakeholders to recognise Dog Population Management (DPM) as a contributor to sustainable development.
We have established a strategy and action plan and now need to drive forward the next external facing phase, including building relationships with influential stakeholders in the field of urban development. The next two years will focus on mainstreaming the important contribution of DPM in achieving SDG 3 (Health) and SDG 11 (Sustainable cities and communities). We are waiting to hear your proposal for developing and driving forward this advocacy strategy in collaboration with our international coalition of DPM experts.

About ICAM: The International Companion Animal Management (ICAM) Coalition is membership organisation that supports the development and use of humane and effective companion animal population management worldwide. Our vision is of a world where companion animals and human populations live together harmoniously. We are a registered charity (CIO Association) with the Charity Commission of England and Wales.
The position: We are looking for an experienced advocate and communication professional to work with our Director, Board of Trustees and ICAM members to lead the development and coordination of our advocacy work to ensure influential global stakeholders understand DPM’s contribution towards achieving different SDGs. As an advocacy expert, the consultant will also be a first-class communicator and convener and with sound knowledge of UN and other international institutions particularly in relation to urban development. A seasoned tactician in advocacy, the consultant will help us in developing and implementing the advocacy strategy and plan. Familiarity with DPM would be beneficial but is not required; as an internationally recognised and respected organisation in the field of DPM, ICAM is able perfectly positioned to support an advocacy consultant with the necessary DPM expertise.
Essential skills:
- Experience in advocacy and/ or external affairs management at the international level
- Excellent communication and networking skills, including at the highest levels of decision-making Knowledge and experience of the urban development sector
Key accountabilities:
● To co-lead the implementation and monitoring of advocacy strategy and plan for mainstreaming DPM within SDGs – in particular, SDG 11 on developing resilient and safe urban communities for all.
● Use insight into the UN system to inform ICAM’s advocacy targets and actions.
● In consultation with the Director, initiate strategic relations with key identified stakeholders within the urban development community and introduce/engage the Director, trustees and ICAM members as and when required.
● Effective management of relationships with these stakeholders.
● In consultation with Director, identify key external events and opportunities critical for engaging and influencing target stakeholders; and where agreed, represent ICAM in these events.
● Propose and organize events and side events in identified important global events - either as ICAM or as part of collaborative effort with other institutions and NGOs.
● Lead the development of campaign assets (reports, infographics, videos, etc) designed to target the interests of key stakeholders.
