The King’s Trust is recruiting two exceptional Delivery Managers to lead our work with young people aged 11–30 across Northern Ireland. This is your opportunity to join a mission-led organisation and make a lasting difference through high-quality, inclusive programmes in education, enterprise, and employability.

We’re looking for experienced people managers who can confidently lead and support a team of Youth Development Leads. You’ll need strong line management skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to delivering impactful services, directly and through partners. If you're passionate about helping young people thrive and ready to lead from the front, we want to hear from you!
