About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, proactive and well organised administrator to develop their skills as part of the Quality and Standards team delivering administrational and engagement support for the teams’ key objectives in the raising of standards with quality assurance process to ensure projects, activities, products, platforms and services are organised and executed to a high standard. Role Purpose
To provide highly efficient administrative support and be proactive within the Standards Department with exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and a strong teamwork ethic.
The purpose of this role is to provide high-level general administration for the Quality and Standards team who is responsible for raising standards through the learning lab educator platform, using benchmarking resource products, to empower young people and champion future skills.
Key tasks and responsibilities
1. Administrative support to raise standards - Learning Lab:
• Support the engagement plan activities for educators to use the online learning platform and to access educational benchmarked resources.
• To aid the Digital Skills Development Manager to support the creation of editorial and marketing scripts.
2. Administrative support to empower young people - Benchmarking Resources and National Standards:
• To assist the Quality and Standards Manager to develop teaching tools for educators in colleges and training providers.
• Effectively support the co-ordination of resources (including agencies, suppliers, volunteers, and partners) so that all project elements are delivered to acceptable standards and meet the required outcomes.
3. Support to champion future skills – Competition portfolio reviews and audit:
• Producing and distributing accurate records of meetings. Acting as secretariat for meetings that are either in person or virtual that will include setting up meetings using Zoom or Teams, minute taking, and recording actions.
4. Operational Impact:
• Administration and co-ordination of activities in line with the project operational plan
• Develop, co-ordinate and maintain appropriate systems and processes, tracking and reporting on activity.
5. To work with internal or external stakeholders at all:
• Liaising with educator partners to ensure key quality assurance documentation is submitted to deadlines and collated on the appropriate systems.
• Monitoring the enquiries, allocating queries to team members and responding to requests for information.
• Providing support to the team in answering queries from staff, external stakeholders and suppliers.
• Assisting the team with arrangements for meetings and events including booking travel, venues, catering and accommodation.
• Supporting the budget management processes; raising purchase orders, processing invoices and monitoring expenditure.
• Maintaining all administrative systems, processes and databases.
• Supporting the monitoring of key performance indicators for learner and educator engagement and prepare data for inclusion in reports.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The primary focus of this external-facing role is to ensure that Bond’s member organisations are deeply engaged across a wide-range of Bond services and activities.
Using an account management approach, you will thrive on seeking out, building and nurturing relationships with key job roles at every level within our member organisations, offering them regular support and advice on how to get the most out of their membership of Bond.
As the first point of contact for Bond members, you will deliver outstanding customer service with a warm, helpful, and confident demeanour, lead meetings with members to understand their needs and identify engagement opportunities, and introduce members to Bond colleagues when appropriate. A firm grasp of the Member Value Proposition is essential, as is the ability to confidently and enthusiastically speak to all aspects of it when interacting with members.
Working alongside the membership and marketing manager, you will help to develop and implement strategies to retain existing members, using data (in Salesforce, our CRM) to inform and tailor our approach including identifying members with low activity or gaps in engagement. You will gather feedback and intel from members through surveys and other mechanisms so that we better understand how and why they value Bond and to identify potential new initiatives and services they may find useful. One of your responsibilities is member renewals (which is integrated with Salesforce), in which you will work with the Salesforce Adviser to ensure that the process is optimised and efficient. The Development Manager (Individual Giving) will manage the strategic development of Individual Giving, identifying opportunities to drive growth in this area. - Drive growth of Trusts and Foundations income especially at the five- and six-figure level, with a particular view to supporting unrestricted income and major projects in the organisation’s pipeline.

Key Information
Role: The Operations Analyst will support our operations, events, executive and grantmaking teams by managing our office, coordinating meetings, setting meeting agendas, and supporting other operations processes within Longview.
