About the role
This is an important opportunity for somebody passionate about MAP’s work with an interest in system design, strong data skills and an eye for detail to play a key role in shaping and maintaining MAP’s Dynamics 365 CRM system. With Dynamics 365 introduced in 2024, the Senior Supporter Database Officer will play a vital role in meeting the charity’s data import needs and enhancing its infrastructure. The postholder will be involved in system design and data quality management associated with a wide variety of data types with varied requirements including, but not limited to individuals, corporates, trusts, foundations, volunteers, campaigners, institutional donors, community groups, and challenge event participants. To enable this, they will work closely with the Supporter Care Team, Finance Team, wider Fundraising team and other internal stakeholders at MAP.
The management of financial data will feature prominently in the day-to-day responsibilities of the postholder. Collaborating with MAP’s Finance team, third party payment providers and external suppliers, the postholder will deliver the secure and efficient processing of payments data. The postholder is responsible for completing complex data imports, applying accurate coding, and supporting financial reconciliation to monthly deadlines.
The Senior Supporter Database Officer will closely support the work of the Supporter Database Officer and will deputise for the Supporter Database Manager when required. In addition, they will support the work of the Performance & Insights team within the Fundraising team and the technical CRM lead in the Technology team.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Supporter Database Officer is responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy and effective use of MAP’s Dynamics 365 CRM system. The role leads on complex data imports from payment providers, agencies and internal teams, ensuring robust processes, strong data quality controls and clear documentation. The postholder oversees secure data handling and conducts regular quality checks to maintain system accuracy.
A key aspect of the role is income processing and financial reconciliation. Working closely with Finance, the postholder ensures accurate coding of income, supports daily and monthly reconciliations, investigates discrepancies and maintains appropriate audit trails and financial controls.
The role also contributes to CRM development by gathering requirements from Fundraising colleagues, supporting system improvements and assisting with testing and implementation. The postholder ensures compliance with data protection regulations, maintains consent records and supports reporting and data insight needs across Fundraising.
As a senior team member, they provide guidance to the Supporter Database Officer, deliver user training and deputise for the Supporter Database Manager when required.
About You
You will have strong experience working with CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365, alongside advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL. You will be confident managing large datasets, complex imports and income reconciliation processes.
You will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions. Experience working with supporter or customer data, alongside knowledge of GDPR and financial controls, is essential.
You will be an effective communicator, comfortable working across teams and with external suppliers, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience within a charity CRM function and familiarity with tools such as Power BI would be advantageous.

In addition, the Supporter Database Officer responds to data queries from internal stakeholders, supports reporting and data selection requests, contributes to user documentation and training, and deputises for the Senior Supporter Database Officer when required.
About You
You will have experience working with CRM systems or large datasets and an understanding of data import processes. You will possess strong Excel skills and be willing to develop your technical knowledge further, including SQL. Experience supporting income processing and financial reconciliation is desirable, alongside an understanding of CRM system design principles.
You will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to investigate and resolve data discrepancies. You will be organised, adaptable and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
An awareness of GDPR, fundraising regulations and financial controls is essential. Experience within a charity CRM environment, supporting fundraising communications or working with supporter data, as well as familiarity with SQL or data visualisation tools such as Power BI, would be advantageous.

About the role
Khulisa has invested heavily in the development of its monitoring and evaluation framework, alongside augmenting its evaluation capacity and capability through innovation. This role brings together the synergies between systems and evaluation developments to support the organisation to grow both its impact and its reach through efficient ways of working and clear narration of its impact. This role will involve:
- Managing the day-to-day maintenance and smooth running of Khulisa’s main CRM and reporting systems, including – but not limited to – Salesforce, PowerBI, FormAssembly and Wonde.

The Senior Lead - Acquisition & Digital Fundraising role is responsible for delivering Operation Smile UK’s strategic individual giving acquisition programme. This role is key to driving income growth and expanding our supporter base across multiple channels, including digital, DRTV, dialogue fundraising and print.
You will lead the strategy, planning, delivery and evaluation of acquisition campaigns, including the onboarding process, with full accountability for managing significant budgets, agency partnerships and performance metrics. This is a senior, hands-on role suited to an experienced acquisition fundraiser with strong commercial acumen and a data-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Leadership
- Develop and implement the multi-channel acquisition strategy, aligned with income targets and supporter growth objectives.

As Healthcare Improvement Officer, you’ll play a central role in making sure our programmes run smoothly and have maximum impact. You’ll oversee on the logistics and delivery of events across the UK and online, from our Clinical Champions Programme and Clinical Advisory Group meetings to our annual healthcare professional conference. You’ll also oversee recruitment for programmes, manage databases and monitoring systems, and handle financial processes such as invoices and purchase orders, ensuring everything is delivered on time and to a high standard.
Your work will range from planning and scheduling programmes, to procuring resources, preparing materials and helping to facilitate sessions so that participants are fully supported in their learning. The Opportunity
As a key team member within our Partnerships and Income Development team, you will play a vital role in creating, developing and delivering the Social Mobility Foundation’s Employer Programme and Social Mobility Employer Index - how we inform, influence and positively impact employer-led social mobility, and a source of income generation.
1. Delivery of the Social Mobility Employer Index
- Deliver the SMEI 2026, including but not limited to: marking entries, creating individual feedback reports for each entrant, creating sector reports for key industries, and gathering feedback to review and update the survey for 2027
- Maintain accurate and up to date information and process documentation, including the mark scheme used to mark entries, and the process followed to create feedback reports
- Support with the ongoing development of the digital platform, employer resources and online content, ensuring it is updated in line with the survey and delivers a smooth user journey
- Support with the annual monitoring and evaluation of the SMEI and its impact on employer-led social mobility
2. Stakeholder management and customer service

About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing, experienced, and self-directed compliance professional to provide maternity cover within the Grants, Contracts & Compliance (GCC) department.
This role requires someone who operates with excellence, independence, and sound judgement from day one—a person who is confident navigating complex donor rules, shaping risk‑mitigation strategies, and leading award management processes without needing extensive onboarding. We are seeking an experienced practitioner with proven applied experience, rather than a purely theoretical background.
You will oversee the full lifecycle of European donor‑funded awards, ensuring rigorous contractual and regulatory compliance across Internews. Working closely with colleagues across Programmes, Finance, and Global Development, you will help maintain a culture where doing things right is prioritised over shortcuts.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise with major European donors (European Commission, Sida, FCDO), a proactive mindset, and the ability to lead, train, and influence teams across the organisation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, with other duties upon request:
Compliance
· Review and approve proposal budgets for assigned funding opportunities.
· Review donor agreements and ensure terms are acceptable; support the Director of GCC in strengthening organisational risk‑mitigation practices.
· Advise staff on Internews’ internal and donor rules across the project cycle.
· Work with Programme Officers and cross-functional teams on effective project start‑up, including inductions, adapting award procedures/templates, and ongoing staff training; conduct country visits when required.
· Collaborate with Finance to support successful programme audits.
· Maintain and update organisational data on institutional donor platforms (e.g., EU Transparency Register, IATI).
· Develop and maintain training materials and guidelines for at least one major donor; provide expert compliance guidance across GCC.
· Deliver inductions and training for new and junior GCC staff.
· Set up and maintain complete and up‑to‑date award records in line with donor and Internews requirements.
Development
· At proposal stage, review and approve teaming agreements and NDAs with bid partners.
· Review and approve donor budget submissions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, compliance, and adequacy.
· Coordinate pre‑award due diligence for prospective donors.
· Review and negotiate donor agreements and modifications, managing associated risks.
· Establish and maintain proposal, award, and contract records within the award management system, including significant data entry.
Procurement Management
· Advise staff on procurement requirements and maintain internal records for procurements under awards.
· Support development of compliant procurement plans.
· Lead and administer higher‑value procurements, including negotiating contractor terms.
· Draft and execute sub‑contracts and amendments in full compliance with donor and Internews policies.
· Troubleshoot contractual issues, prepare termination notices, and manage related risks.
· Prepare procurement documentation for audits and serve as point of contact for procurement audit processes.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Line‑manage GCC staff when assigned.
· Deputise for the Director of GCC as required.
· Lead award management for flagship programmes and advise programme teams and partners on donor compliance, budgeting, and agreement management.

Required
· University degree in a relevant field or equivalent lived/professional experience.
· Extensive senior-level experience in award management within an international nonprofit or international development organisation.
· Demonstrated hands‑on experience interpreting and applying donor rules and compliance requirements (especially European Commission, FCDO, and SIDA) in real project implementation contexts.
· Proven experience managing procurements and negotiating contracts, including drafting and executing agreements and amendments in compliance with donor and organisational requirements.
· Experience preparing procurement documentation for audits and managing procurement‑related risks.
· Demonstrated experience troubleshooting compliance, contractual, and financial issues, and advising programme teams on practical solutions.
· Experience assessing and managing compliance and contractual risks across the project cycle.
· Experience using award management systems or structured grant/contract databases, including maintaining accurate award records and donor‑required data.
· Native-level proficiency in English (written and spoken).
· Strong writing and editing skills, with prior experience producing key work outputs such as proposals, budgets, reports, and trainings.
· Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including diplomacy, negotiation, cross-team collaboration, donor communication, and discretion with confidential information.
· Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a demonstrated track record of applying critical thinking to complex compliance or award management challenges.
· Excellent time‑management and organisational skills, including the ability to handle shifting priorities in a fast‑paced or complex operating environment.
· Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within multicultural and remote teams; demonstrated leadership capacity.
· Flexibility to manage periodic shifts in workload and working hours.
· Experience mentoring or training staff on compliance, procurement, or donor‑related procedures.
· Experience leading cross‑functional processes involving both programme and operational teams.
Preferred
· Prior experience living or working in a global majority country/region
· Proficiency in Russian (written and spoken).
· Experience with EU/UK‑funded projects (e.g., EC, FCDO) in complex environments.
· Experience developing internal policies, guidelines, or training materials related to compliance, procurement, or award management.
· Familiarity with Internews’ operating environment, systems, or organisational approaches.

The Third Age Trust is seeking to appoint a Training and Volunteering Officer who will work with the Senior Training and Volunteering Officer to support the recruitment, training and management of 400 Trust Volunteers who support the work of the Trust. The role will also provide advice and guidance to staff who work with Trust Volunteers and develop and deliver training online and in person to members who run u3as.
Reporting to the Senior Training and Volunteering Officer this role will work with staff, u3a members and Trust Volunteers. This role will also involve some UK-wide travel, including in person meetings and visiting u3as.

Our Aims
The Urban Partnership Group (UPG) is a community and regeneration organization situated in West London offering a wide range of activities at its bases at the Masbro Centre, Edward Woods Community Centre, Masbro Brook Green, and Flora Gardens Family Centre projects managed include those for older people, youth, children center services, volunteering and community champions. Through these projects UPG hopes to enhance the health, wealth and well-being of the centers’ users.
Role
To be responsible for the day-to-day provision of an efficient, welcoming and professional reception and administrative/business support service to the Masbro Community Centre.
The applicant will be the first person a visitor, client or customer meets or speaks to face to face or on the phone. The applicant will need to have a good rapport with people and make them feel welcome and at ease. UPG deliver a range different activities a week with a footfall of over 500 people a week.
Supporting providers and users of the Community Centre.
Duties and Responsibilities

As the receptionist and administrator, ensuring all users and visitors are dealt with promptly, professionally and courteously.
- Provide a warm, supportive and nurturing front-of-house presence, building positive relationships with service users, tenants, volunteers and partners.
- Develop and maintain effective clerical and administrative systems in line with UPG policies and procedures, reviewing and improving systems where necessary.
- Carry out general administrative duties including (but not limited to):
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Responding to written and verbal enquiries
- Coordinating bookings for workshops and classes
- Processing invoices and supporting basic financial record-keeping
- Assisting with room and hall hire bookings and issuing hire agreements
- Attending and minuting meetings as required
- Undertaking follow-up actions where necessary
- Assist with the reporting and monitoring of repair and maintenance issues and liaise with contractors where appropriate, escalating concerns to the Centre Manager / CEO.
- Support the scheduling of events, activities and services, including providing accurate information and assisting with room set-up and clear-down when required.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of Centre usage, including visitor logs, attendance registers and staff whereabouts for emergency purposes.
- Work collaboratively with reception and administrative colleagues across all UPG sites to ensure consistent systems, shared best practice and coordinated cover arrangements where required.
- Develop and maintain links with borough-wide support services to ensure effective signposting for residents and organisations.
- Undertake student enrolment, inductions, DBS checks and other relevant compliance procedures for volunteers, staff and external groups, ensuring records are securely maintained.
- Support the promotion and publicity of the Centre, including updating noticeboards, digital displays, website content and social media platforms in collaboration with the Family Services and Performance Manager and colleagues at other sites.
- Assist in gathering data and basic monitoring information required for reports to funders and stakeholders.
- Support room inspections and ensure spaces are prepared to a high standard before and after use.
- Promote a culture of inclusion, respect and community cohesion, demonstrating empathy and sensitivity when supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds.
