As Senior Health Officer: Knowledge Management and Communication, you will be responsible for the knowledge management and MEAL functions for the health team. - Lead on updating and maintaining the health team's web pages. While maintaining brand requirements.

Established success in coaching managers and leaders on various HR matters is essential to this role, empowering them to manage risk, resolve conflict, support their team members to excel at work, and foster cohesion and trust within a hybrid workforce. About the role:
This fundraiser will work closely with the Heads of Departments and academics in the Departments of Psychiatry and Clinical Neurosciences. The post will focus primarily on funding for research, academic posts, scholarships and infrastructure related to Neuroscience which includes Mental Health and neurological disease (e.g. Motor Neurone Disease, Dementia, Parkinson’s, Stroke and Epilepsy). The fundraiser will work on special projects including the possible major capital redevelopment of the Warneford site. Key duties and responsibilities
The post holder will:
-Be responsible for the ongoing delivery of our Workplace Wellbeing Index and Snapshot. Building surveys, generating links and producing reports for delivery to clients
-Lead infrastructure management of the Index and Snapshot (LMS) and Qualtrics survey platform and digital and physical reporting interface
-Within Qualtrics, script and test surveys for the WW Index and Snapshot. Liaising with Qualtrics support teams (service providers) as appropriate

What does the role involve?

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and develop Tommy’s supporter acquisition strategy taking an audience-first approach to activity, using a range of tactics including paid digital, SEO and email.
· Lead the team to manage and optimise paid campaigns across platforms including search, social, and other relevant channels to maximise brand engagement and income.

· Use data and insights to map and analyse audience behaviour to inform marketing and fundraising activity (GA4, brand insights, market research).

· Support in creating and updating tracking dashboards to monitor performance
Person Specification:
· Experienced with project management.
· Strong performance marketing experience (including paid social media advertising, PPC, SEO)

The successful candidate will be an experienced direct marketing and digital project manager and collaborative team player.
