The Outreach Manager is responsible for driving the expansion of the Schools Consent Project’s reach, engagement, and impact across London and the South East. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Social Work Service at St Joseph’s Hospice, based in Hackney. As a Senior Social Worker, you will work as part of a committed and creative team, which offers innovative social care interventions and support to people with palliative and end-of-life care needs, and to their families, carers and children.

The social work team works in collaboration with other clinical professionals and volunteers across all areas of the service: inpatient, outpatient and community. The team includes social workers, a dedicated carers service lead and welfare benefits lead. Changing Markets is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Campaigner to join our dynamic team in running and winning market transformation campaigns. They will work on our high-profile campaign to reduce emissions from food systems and hold big corporate polluters accountable. The position is full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a semi-flexible working environment (daily working hours are flexible but attendance at the London office is expected three days a week).

The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Campaigner with at least seven years’ experience in running campaigns and a proven track record of success. They will work on our landmark campaign to transform the food system. The successful candidate should have strong writing skills, experience in commissioning research, writing reports, policy briefings, and building NGO coalitions. They should have outstanding inter-personal skills and be a team player with a good network of NGO contacts and the ability to form collaborative working relationships with a variety of different stakeholders.

· Lead the implementation of high-impact campaign strategies and tactics for our campaigns on food system transformation with a focus on agricultural super pollutants.

The successful candidate must have:

- demonstrable experience in running and winning international campaigns;

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, whose mission is to see a time when no deaf person feels alone, is seeking a Principal Gifts Manager responsible for identifying, cultivating and stewarding high-value donors to the charity giving £100,000 plus.

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People has been creating life-changing partnerships between hearing dogs and deaf recipients since 1982. As well as acting as an ear to their partners and alerting them to sounds, the charity’s clever and expertly trained dogs help deaf people to live life with confidence and independence, whilst providing love, companionship and emotional support.

Following a strategic review, the charity is now looking to build a new Income Generation Directorate to enable it to transform many more lives across the UK. This role will be critical to help Hearing Dogs reach their goals to significantly grow and diversify income.

Reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, the post-holder will work closely with senior leaders, trustees and senior stakeholders to solicit high-value gifts, typically of six and seven figures, and to build and deepen long-term relationships between donors and the charity. You will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of potential and current principal-level donors, as well as delivering exceptional stewardship journeys that demonstrate the impact and value of donor support.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in securing major gifts at the six-figure level or above, ideally in a principal or transformational giving context. You will be skilled at building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, as well as being experienced at developing and delivering complex donor strategies and bespoke giving propositions. Finally, you must be a collaborative team player with strong project management and communication skills.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Grants Manager to join our Fundraising team and play a key role in stewarding relationships with our institutional funders. You will manage a portfolio of trusts, foundations and statutory donors, ensuring excellent account management and delivering high-quality applications and reports that help secure and grow vital funding.

Working closely with colleagues across fundraising, campaigns and finance, you will identify opportunities to deepen partnerships with existing supporters while ensuring compliance, strong communication and long-term relationship building. Your work will directly contribute to achieving our fundraising targets and supporting the organisation’s long-term financial sustainability.

About you

You are an experienced grants professional with a strong track record of securing significant income from trusts, foundations or statutory funders. You are highly organised and confident managing multiple relationships, from identifying opportunities and developing compelling proposals through to reporting and ongoing stewardship.

You are an excellent communicator with the ability to translate complex information into clear, persuasive proposals and donor updates. Collaborative and proactive, you enjoy working across teams, building trusted relationships with colleagues and funders alike. You are motivated and comfortable using own initiative.

Interview

It will be a two-stage interview process.
