Role Requirements
- Dealing with incoming enquiries from across the organisation and externally to signpost to the right team in an efficient way.

- Supporting the team with planning and helping to monitor tasks that come in.
- Supporting the Digital Manager with managing tickets and enquiries to our web developers.
- Supporting the Marketing and Communications Officer to manage the collateral review and management process and assist with archiving.
- Assisting with intranet updates.
- Fulfilling printing and laminating requests.
- Creating posters and templates for retail.
- Creating resources for events eg name tags, signage.

The Children’s Trust is the UK’s leading charity for children with acquired brain injury, providing expert rehabilitation, education, therapy, and care at our national specialist centre in Tadworth, and to children and their families across the UK, via our Brain Injury Community Service.

About the role

As a Senior Campaigner you’ll play a leading role in developing and delivering campaign activities, accelerating international action to increase recognition and protection of land and environmental defenders, while standing up to climate wrecking industries.
You will be a central link in the team to influence our campaign by leading on key investigations to advance policy and advocacy changes as well as promoting our campaign.
The role is a 13-month fixed term position starting in late August or September 2025

Relationship Management

As Senior Volunteer Co-ordinator, you’ll play a central role in growing and supporting our network of local support groups. The Senior Children’s and Families Pastor is a key role within the staff team at St Stephen’s.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Dementia UK as a Mass Participation Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the charity’s mass participation products, including the flagship event, Time for a Cuppa, while also leading in developing and launching new products to meet supporter engagement and income targets.
Reporting to the Senior Mass Participation Manager, you will contribute to shaping an effective mass participation strategy and implementing detailed operational plans to manage, diversify and grow the programme. A core part of the role involves planning and delivering compelling marketing strategies that increase supporter numbers, generate income and provide exceptional supporter experiences to maximise fundraising potential. There will also be a focus on identifying opportunities to expand the programme and improve internal processes and efficiencies.
Close collaboration with the Fundraising Innovation Lead will be essential to ensure innovation processes underpin the development of new initiatives. The role also involves negotiating contracts with external agencies and suppliers to secure best value for the charity and ensuring agreed outputs are delivered.
To succeed in this role, you will have a strong track record of managing mass participation fundraising events that deliver income growth. Experience in developing and implementing mass product strategies, managing budgets, reporting on KPIs ,variances and reforecasting is also required. A solid understanding of supporter needs and the ability to use audience insight to shape effective communication and stewardship approaches is vital. Proficiency in using a fundraising relationship database to support, inform and report on activity will be essential.

The Role
The Senior Evidence Officers sit within the Evidence Team and involve leading highly impactful evidence synthesis projects. These projects contribute to the Toolkit – a suite of tools aimed at distilling the best available evidence and embedding evidence into policy and practice. Key responsibilities will include:

- Critical appraisal of intervention evaluations

About You
With an MSc or equivalent master's degree in research methods, education, public health, health sciences, social sciences (or other relevant field of research), you will have experience in: project management, delivering research/analytical complex projects at quality, establishing appropriate governance with multiple, diverse stakeholders.
You will also have:
- Significant knowledge of high-quality impact evaluation methodology with a rounded understanding of evaluation design
- Capability to work successfully and independently in a multi-disciplinary team
- Skill and experience in designing and commissioning research
- Advanced knowledge and experience of systematic literature review and evidence synthesis
- An understanding of government, the wider policy making community, and how to effect change in policy making and practice, with excellent knowledge of one or more relevant policy or practice areas
