Responsibilities
Recruitment and retention
Lead on maintaining and strengthening existing relationships with talent and their management teams, working with the Communications Officer to ensure seamless and efficient stewardship and comms that streamline updates and inbound requests
Work closely with the Head of PR & Comms to develop and realise an Ambassador strategy that aligns with our overarching organisational goals and an ambitious targeted recruitment strategy
Lead proactive outreach and attend industry events to elevate CALM’s profile. Identify talent with lived experience that aligns authentically with our cause
Oversee the digital evolution of our talent community, working closely with the Communications Officer to develop new and existing comms channels that connect us with our Ambassadors and their teams, management of contact data within Salesforce, and ongoing monitoring of Ambassador social, press and partnership activity
Beyond the creative and relational, you will oversee the operational excellence of the department. This includes:
Leading on impact reporting and ongoing monitoring of Ambassador activity to measure success.
Managing the full lifecycle of talent engagement, from creating and managing contracts to ensuring all activity is integrated with our Stories and Safeguarding protocols to support both Ambassadors and their teams.
Collaboration
A key part of this role is high-level collaboration with the Fundraising team. You will ensure that corporate partnerships, challenge events, major and individual giving initiatives are fully supported, managing the high volume of Ambassador requests with a strategic lens
Lead on the Talent integration with Fundraising to realise our contractual commitments with funders, and deliver added value to income-generating activity across the full Fundraising mix
Work collaboratively with the Communications Officer and Social Media Manager to deliver industry-leading collaborative content, providing regular, high-impact updates to keep our supporters engaged and informed.
Work with the wider MarComms team to advise on our wider creator strategy, ensuring a cohesive approach to how we engage public figures

Your profile
Essential Criteria
Significant experience in talent management, artist relations, or high-level PR/communications
Proven track record of building and maintaining high-level relationships with celebrities, influencers, and their management teams (agents, publicists, and assistants)
Extensive experience in talent-led PR, end-to-end media campaign management, and protecting brand integrity through strategic reputation oversight
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams, managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
Ability to develop and realise long-term talent and recruitment strategies that align with wider organisational goals
Highly professional with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and influencing ability
Proficient in monitoring and evaluating talent activity, using data to produce high-impact reports for senior leadership and stakeholders

In this role, you will support the operational delivery of WCRF International’s grant programmes across both pre-award and post-award activities. You will contribute to the administration of grant calls, respond to applicant queries, process applications, support peer review and Panel meetings, and help maintain and develop our grant management system. You will also track research outputs, maintain grant records and contribute to internal reporting and analysis.
You will have a relevant scientific background (e.g. nutrition, public health, cancer biology or a related discipline), with experience working in a research or administrative environment (ideally within academia or research management).You will have a strong analytical mindset and be comfortable working with data, systems and tracking processes, and be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. In the 1980s, high unemployment and steep inflation was contributing to a shocking rise in youth homelessness across London. Thousands of young people were sleeping rough every night, with many areas notoriously dubbed “cardboard cities” due to the visible rise in street homelessness. Key responsibilities:
· Creative innovation – strategically respond to briefs with creativity, drawing on expertise, industry and pop culture knowledge to develop bold ideas that resonate with intended audiences, drive engagement and generate income.
· Sell the vision – craft treatments, pitch decks, and creative documents to bring ideas to life and secure buy-in from stakeholders across the organisation.
· Run productions end-to-end – from research and creative ideation to shoot production, post-production, and delivery. Create schedules, manage budgets, and keep projects moving by facilitating key meetings and aligning stakeholders.
· Collaborate creatively – work closely with a diverse range of producers, writers, designers, editors, and other partners (internal and external) to develop and deliver content that meets strategic briefs.
· Support on shoots with confidence – assisting with the set up and management of production days, briefing teams and freelancers, and when necessary, camera operating and directing talent/contributors to capture the best possible content.
· Champion best practice – work with Production Management to ensure productions meet safeguarding, consent, health & safety, risk management, and legal requirements, in partnership with Production Management colleagues.

Essential criteria
· Creative experience – you’ve helped produce entertainment or branded content for established brands, charities, or channels.
· Video production skills – confident ideating and creating engaging, relevant short-form video content from planning through to delivery.
· Shooting experience – used to arranging and contributing on shoots, including camera operating, interviewing, and supporting senior creatives.
· Editing experience – Adobe Premiere editing skills and experience edit-producing, leading video post-production for a range of outlets, particularly social media.
· Social media knowledge – experience across major platforms with an understanding of best practice, and curiosity for new trends and audience habits.
· Production know-how – attention to detail, strong editorial judgement, and ability to follow established processes and workflows.
· Multi-tasking – proven ability to manage multiple projects in dynamic environments, keeping organised and making clear editorial decisions.
· Communication skills – you can express your ideas clearly and confidently to gain stakeholder buy-in on suggested creative approaches.
Desirable criteria
· Fundraising campaign experience – you know the difference between fundraising content and awareness content, and how to approach each.

· Income generation – experience in creating content that has a proven ability to generate income or creates new revenue streams.
· Motion graphics – ability to create own graphic elements, such as animated logos, endboards, lower-thirds, in Adobe After Effects a plus.

Our Employment Coaches support our clients to build their confidence, strengthen their employability and secure work that aligns with their skills, aspirations and circumstances. After five years of dedicated leadership, GROW’s Managing Director is moving on. We are now seeking an exceptional, values-led leader to guide GROW through the next phase of our 2030 strategy and help realise our ambition to become a movement-shaping force within agroecology.
GROW is entering a pivotal stage of growth. Our focus now is on strengthening team capacity, centring community voice, developing pathways to leadership and employment, deepening hyper-local networks, and contributing more visibly to the agroecology sector.
With strong financial foundations, a committed team, and a long-standing partnership with a progressive secondary school, this is a rare opportunity to lead an organisation uniquely positioned at the intersection of farming, education, and community action.
The Managing Director will provide clear strategic direction and overall leadership, ensuring GROW remains responsibly-governed, financially resilient, and grounded in its agroecological values. We recognise the value of social media in communicating with all our audiences; whether unpaid carers or their friends and families, employers, politicians, service providers, supporters and all those people who may become a carer for a partner, family member, friend or neighbour and will need information, support, and to know that there are people working to make their lives better.
This role works with colleagues across the organisation - but also in partnership with external organisations and agencies, with targets set for engagement (and other indicators of the success of our campaigns). We're working on multiple campaigns simultaneously; whether that's Carers Week, campaigns to influence changes to the law to better support carers, encouraging unpaid carers to join us as members, updating on activities in the devolved nations or getting people to fundraise for Carers UK. And we use a mix of owned, earned and paid communications to drive engagement in a challenging and crowded environment in order to get our messages to cut through. It's a busy, but varied role, in a supportive and collaborative team.
About you
Working within the communications and marketing team, you'll be confident in managing our social media accounts (we have many), ensuring we're using platforms to get our messages out to both wide and targeted audiences with engaging and timely content.
You'll be happy using tools for social listening, interacting with our audiences and building our reach. You'll be familiar with key metrics for social engagement and will be reporting back to colleagues and other stakeholders - and using this data to constantly improve our communications.
You'll be skilled in writing longer form content for our members' magazine, Caring, proof reading articles, posting content on our websites, creating graphics and making sure our content is engaging, audience focused and dynamic. Oh, and you probably know your way around an emoji set and are not scared of a well timed pun. We're a small but effective communications team and pride ourselves on getting stuck in and supporting each other when we need to deliver big on fast moving projects, so you'll need be able to juggle lots of demands while recognising the importance of always hitting deadlines.
