Job description

Full-time, 1-year fixed-term contract
Hybrid: London Bridge, 1 day per week in the office

Central London, London Bridge Hybrid (Min of 1 day per week in our Central London Office)

Brooke works across Africa, Asia and Latin America to transform the lives of working animals and the people who depend on them. With a new global strategy and ambitious plans for growth, our vision is a world in which working horses, donkeys and mules are free from suffering. Our mission is to relieve their immediate suffering and create lasting change by working alongside people, communities and organisations.

Joining Brooke, you will help deliver, monitor and improve our new integrated legacy acquisition campaigns across channels including TV, digital, radio and print. You will play a key role in growing the number of supporters choosing to leave a gift in their will, while also supporting broader giving to Brooke. Using insight-led operational activity, you will work closely with your manager, external agencies and colleagues to drive continuous improvement and create positive supporter engagement.

We are looking for a proactive, positive self-starter with experience of delivering multi-channel campaigns. Highly organised and comfortable monitoring data, you will use this to inform and identify improvements that enhance supporter experience and build trust. Your ability to turn strategy into compelling campaigns will help support Brooke’s vital work around the world. Experience working with DRTV campaigns is essential for this.

At Brooke, we celebrate diversity and the creative new ideas it brings. We actively encourage applications from all backgrounds, particularly global majority candidates, candidates from a social mobility background, disabled and neurodiverse candidates, and candidates under 25, as these groups are currently under-represented at Brooke.

We know that women and global majority candidates are often less likely to apply for a role if they feel they do not meet every criterion in the job description. If you meet most of the criteria, we would love to hear from you.

We offer a variety of flexible working options to support our staff and help ensure our working practices are as inclusive as possible.

Closing date:

We will be interviewing on a rolling basis as we receive applications. We will close this vacancy once a successful applicant is hired.
