About You
To be our Institutional Partnerships Manager, you will likely have:

Over 6 years’ experience of securing and managing grants valued at over £500,000 from institutional donors.

At least 6 years’ experience of working with institutional donors such as the FCDO, EC, USAID, US State Department, Multi-laterals, and trusts and foundations, in a fundraising and/or programme capacity.

Experience of delivering ambitious income targets and comfortable working in a performance

Excellent research skills and market knowledge of leading funding organisations.

The Major Giving Department at the NSPCC has an exciting opportunity for an experienced fundraiser to become part of the Statutory Team, securing significant income from national, devolved and local government, research grant-makers and commercial tenders.
The Senior Public Sector Development Manager will work with the Lead for Public Sector Development, the Associate Head of Philanthropy, another Senior Public Sector Development Manager and two Public Sector Development Managers towards a shared income target of around £5 million per annum. The purpose of the role
This role is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of fundraising at the National Theatre, as we look to grow our income from individual members, major donors, trusts and corporate organisations.
Working with the Senior Prospect Research & Donor Insight Manager, you will develop a strong fundraising pipeline that will ensure the team can reach their long-term targets.

Purpose of job:
The Fundraising Event and Challenges Lead is responsible for overseeing the fundraising events portfolio, developing and driving the strategy, and leading the delivery of a wide-ranging events and challenges portfolio to deliver ambitious organisational objectives and fundraising growth targets. - Leading on the delivery of 2 x Individual Giving appeals per year (Big Give);
- Leading on our Gift Aid management for all donors;
- Monitoring our team inbox, online and postal donations and ensuring a high level of donor care is maintained, including thanking and being the first point of contact for individual donor enquiries;
- Maintaining up-to-date supporter records on our database and identifying opportunities to improve processes for tracking relationships and capturing data on our progress;
- Prospect Research for trusts, foundations, statutory funders, as well as major donors identified by the team;
- Acting as the Relationship Manager for a small pipeline of Trust and Foundations;
- Assisting in the planning, administration and delivery of fundraising and stewardship events;

Purpose of job:
As Senior Fundraising Strategist you’ll play an integral role in defining the fundraising strategies for cross organisational campaigns and targeted fundraising and engagement activities. Working as a senior fundraising strategist within our Campaign Strategy & Planning team, you’ll direct cross-disciplinary project teams from across all levels of the business to deliver target beating initiatives from Red Nose Day to new product development initiatives that drive new revenue streams.
