An exciting opportunity to lead and transform the CSP’s data capabilities in support of our public-good mission. You will improve our understanding and use of data across the organisation in aid of our 65,000 members and the physiotherapy profession.
The CSP is a one-off organisation. We give expert voice to UK physiotherapy, and support our members throughout their education, working lives and retirement. This makes us stewards of critical knowledge about the profession and its central role in the healthcare system. You will be shaping the data culture and capabilities that scaffold that knowledge.
You will be the visible lead for data in the organisation, a proactive voice to connect our data operations with the strategic objectives they serve. You will combine professional expertise with personal integrity: we are a values-driven organisation, and Data for Good will be your core business.
You will champion the data perspective among the organisation’s leadership: cementing the importance of data in corporate decision-making, and ensuring that our Data Governance and Management follows best practice and supports our ability to leverage data.
You will lead the organisation’s developing data maturity, including use of data and growth in data skills and capabilities in order to improve organisational decision making and influence.

About this key role

About the role
We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Manager with a passion for relationship building and service sales. This is an opportunity to join Refuge as a Service Manager to support women and children who are impacted by domestic abuse and other gender-based crimes. In this role you will provide line management and support to staff who work with and help women and their children who have experienced domestic abuse and are staying in our Lambeth refuges. Our Lambeth refuges are culturally specific services for women and children of African and Caribbean heritage. This will include providing supervision on complex casework issues such as child protection, overseeing operational emergencies and ensuring high standards of casework.

Camphill Village Trust are seeking a new Philanthropy Manager and Prospectus is excited to be heading up the search. A leading UK charity, Camphill Village Trust support adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental-ill health and complex needs to lead a life of opportunity. About this Role
Together with the Director of Fundraising, the Philanthropy Manager will develop and deliver the Philanthropy Strategy, with the support of the Philanthropy Assistant. This is a significant part of the organisation’s overall Supporter Engagement Strategy which focuses specifically on unrestricted income generation. This role will raise unrestricted income through the development of Amref UK’s Major Gifts programme - the Mbele Movement - by identifying and cultivating new high net worth supporters, and inspiring them to make unrestricted, multi-year major gifts, in line with the Philanthropy Strategy. The Philanthropy Manager is also responsible for nurturing and growing our existing portfolio of philanthropists and philanthropic organisations by building strong relationships and securing unrestricted income in line with the Supporter Engagement Strategy.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to cover parental leave.
The successful candidate will have accountability for several key areas of operational delivery of BITC’s programmes across England, Scotland and Wales. This role will ensure the high quality and consistency of performance through these aspects of operational delivery and development, working closely with businesses, internal stakeholders and external partners. This role is responsible for leading and managing a high-performing team, delivering programmes and contractual obligations across their patch. The post holder will lead on driving programme/contractual performance (both KPI’s and financial) motivating and inspiring the team. They will also have responsibility for ensuring continued funding from key partners and securing new income; monitoring and reporting on this important activity as it contributes to BITC's vision within a set geographical area or programme/project areas.
The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience of:
· Managing the delivery of contract and programmes to meet contractual obligations
· Working with business, schools and/or community organisations to create beneficial relationships
· Providing leadership, motivation and development for a dispersed team to achieve excellent results for businesses and beneficiaries
· Securing funding for impact programmes
This is a fixed term contract for approximately 10 months to cover parental leave.

About You
- Minimum of three years of experience in the charity or third sector.
- Proven track record in supporter engagement and database management.
- Good understanding of UK GDPR regulations.
- Familiarity with fundraising functions and project management.

- Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication.
